MY NIGHT ROUTINE - Pregnancy Edition!

**My New Obsession: Phone Game Addiction**

I have to admit, I've never been a fan of phone games until recently. However, since discovering this puzzle battle game, I've become utterly addicted. The game is incredibly challenging, with each level becoming progressively harder as you progress. I'm currently on level 50, which is a significant milestone for me. What's even more impressive is that the game can be played offline without any Wi-Fi or data usage, making it perfect for when I'm away from my device. Additionally, there are no annoying popup ads to distract me from the gameplay. If you're interested in trying out the game, I'll provide a link and information on how to access the free levels.

**My Nightly Routine**

One of my favorite things about this time of day is going for a walk around my neighborhood. As an expectant mother, it's essential for me to stay active and healthy during pregnancy. My walks are usually in the early evenings when it's cooler outside. Unfortunately, I've recently started experiencing lower back pain while walking, which has never happened before. According to my doctor, this is a common issue during pregnancy due to the loosening of joints and ligaments.

To alleviate the discomfort, I've been listening to audiobooks or podcasts while on my walk. As soon as I return home, I start preparing dinner for the night. My favorite meal at the moment is vegetable fajitas, which I make with paleo RS (coconut meat-based). I meal prep these on Sundays, and they stay fresh throughout the week. To accompany my meal, I drink my signature iced tea – a caffeine-free beverage that I'm obsessed with.

**Evening Wind-Down**

After dinner, I spend some time relaxing in front of the TV. While I'm not a huge fan of TV, I do enjoy watching cooking shows on the Food Network. Tonight's schedule includes an episode of "Cutthroat Kitchen" and "Cooks vs. Cons." Once I've finished watching, I head to the kitchen to clean up any remaining mess from dinner. This is also part of my cleaning routine, which I'll be sharing in a future video.

**Bedtime Routine**

Before bed, I take some time to unwind and prepare for sleep. My nighttime routine starts with a quick shower to rinse off any dirt or sweat from the day. While I'm under the water, I also wash my face and brush my teeth. Once I've finished getting ready, I apply some lotion and jump into my skincare routine. Due to my pregnancy acne issues, I've been working on finding products that are safe for use during pregnancy.

To help manage my acne, I've created a special mask with the help of my mom, who is a cosmetic chemist. The mask is designed to be gentle and effective, and I apply it to my face before bed. With a good night's sleep and a clear conscience, I'm ready for the next day.

**A Special Moment**

In a recent update, I've started feeling the baby move while I lay down to sleep. This has been an incredible experience, and I feel so grateful to be expecting. As I drift off to sleep, I often listen to the sound of my baby moving, which brings me immense joy.

That's all for tonight's routine. It's been a pleasure sharing this with you, and I look forward to continuing this journey in future updates. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more content!

Ryan gets home which is typically sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 he will go change out of his work clothes and we'll pretty much start making dinner right away he's been up since 4:00 a.m. and he goes to bed really early so that's why he eats early I will make a protein smoothie as a late afternoon snack for myself now that I'm in the second trimester thankfully most of my food aversions have gone away and I'm able to eat a lot more Foods right now I'm trying to get more protein in my diet so while he's cooking we will chat a little bit about how our days have gone I'm telling him a crazy story right now about our dog groomer and then once he's done cooking his dinner we will sit down to eat and I wish we could say we were civilized and ate at our dining table but we don't we usually just eat on the couch if you guys don't know this about me I love to play all different types of games so pretty much every night after he's done eating I will try to convince him to play a board game with me and usually he's too tired what I have learned to do instead now is play phone games and my current obsession is a game called best fiends I'm super excited to be partnering with them on this video
