**Unboxing and Hands-On Review of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max**

As I opened up the box, I was excited to see what was inside. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, also known as the Redmi Note 8 Pro Plus, is a budget-friendly smartphone that promises to deliver high-performance capabilities at an affordable price. As we begin our unboxing and hands-on review of this device, let's take a closer look at its features and design.

a 5.5 inch HD display with the resolution of 1080 by 1920 you got a 13 megapixel camera in the rear and a 5 megapixel camera in the front now this is an unlocked GSM and CDMA phone alright so all of that for 260 bucks this might be the trap phone of the year let's pop this open to see what it looks like right right okay inside here's your phone oh nice a nice weight to this alright let's see what else you get ok usual books and follows to the side now here's your charging cable this is USB type-c now charging brick and you get your sim ejection tool simple is straightforward now for the phone itself unibody metal design nice heavy weight to this feels good in the hands ladies hit me up more plastic let's get rid of this plastic real quick okay on the back did your 13 megapixel camera there's your flash let me just make sure make sure we 13 megapixel camera alright that's a go right there what a dual LED flash dual speaker grills on the bottom now we got to find out if that's dual speakers but you do got dual speaker grills could be one speaking the mic we're going to put it to the test there's your USB type-c on one side power button let's just power to song real quick okay volume up and down nice clicks on these five megapixel camera on the front headphone jack gotta mention that these days let's see okay now you got another button on this side this might be some multi functional button like on the Alcatel Idol 4s we'll find out and there's your SIM tray for your dual SIM slots okay pretty much it now Oh fingerprint sensor on deck to 260 bucks I hit yeah this is information in the phone I've been using it for a little while and I got to tell you honestly for 260 bucks this is a certified wing this could easily be the trap phone of the year now there's a couple of things that I don't like and we'll talk about those real quick number one no NFC that's not the biggest deal in the world but I'm a Bluetooth speaker kind of dude so I like having NFC and I like to switch phones a lot so you know NFC is kind of important but not the biggest deal number two no motions and gestures now I like all that gimmicky stuff but for two 60 bucks we're not gonna complain too much but I would like to have the double chapter awake the screen or the flip the mute the phone calls I like to have a few motions and the last thing I don't like is the speaker now the speaker's loud but it's definitely not the best quality speaker it sounds a little bit hollow but like I said for 260 bucks this is still a certified win now let me talk about the things that I do like number one the build quality the build quality on this is excellent now if this was about five years ago for an aluminum unibody phone like this with a fingerprint sensor you would have easily been paying five to six hundred bucks what a time to be alive now there's no excuse to be walking around with some cheesy flip phone from back in the days when you can get something like this for two hundred and sixty bucks all right that's the drinking game every time I say two sixty take a drink this is a great build on the phone now the front it has a nice feel to it now you know some phones they have a different feel to it this one has a feel like it has a tempered glass screen protected even though it does it but it has that smooth glass kind of feel to it hard to explain got a hold it for yourself next fingerprint sensor now this is actually a button so it's not just a touch of positive button it's an actual button so you could press it and you see how fast that fingerprint sensor works nice and smooth now of course it's not Google pixel all right not that smooth but for 260 I ain't going to complain it works every time so I'm definitely feeling the bill definitely feeling the fingerprint sensor next now on one side remember that button right there that's your WorldStarHipHop button so when you pull up your phone press that button it'll take you directly to your camera now one thing the phone does have to be on so when you pull your phone out if you got your phone let's say you're on your home screen or you're doing something maybe in the app and something pops off you need to take a quick picture hit that button directly to your camera all right should actually worldstar button I would like to have had the button work with the display off that would have been a little bit better but it is what it is 260 let's get drunk next let's breathe through the OS real quick now here's the thing I like about this OS this is basically a stock Android phone there's no bloatware at all okay so this is just a stock marshmallow phone everything is simple and smooth no unnecessary apps now these are all my apps that I downloaded no unnecessary apps nothing stock nice and smooth I saw I'm feeling it so let's say I scroll down real quick pickles or toggles all your basic toggles let's see anything different here you got your battery saving mode you can cast I got sorry you got your screen gasp so you can scratch up scratch you can cast let's keep moving let's taking the settings real quick now let's go through all the sentence alright so you got your Wi-Fi you got your turbo download so what that means is if you downloading a file over 20 megabytes you can use Wi-Fi and data at the same time that's a nice little touch right there bluetooth you got your SIM cards remember this dual SIM slots on this phone so you can have two SIM cards or one SIM card and a micro SD card let's see let's go to more real quick ok nothing here now this is where your NFC would have been whatever let's go to display now you got your mirror vision okay now this enhances your pictures I didn't really play around with that looks cool low brightness levels you got adaptive brightness let's see anything else like I said you got your screencast and you got s view cover settings so they will have an S view case for this what else let's check anything from sounds now you got different sound profiles so one button vibrate only one button outdoor and you got sound enhancement now I did test this out it's I wouldn't call this a high-five deck but when you plug your headphones in and you turn in the audio enhancer for headphones it does get a little bit louder alright I wouldn't compare this to a HTC 10 on exon 7 but it give you a little boost I ain't mad at that what else let's see Papapa let's go - okay you got app storage you got an LED notification all right so that's kind of dope you do have an LED now you can set it up for while charging low battery and here's a good thing you can change the colors of it all right so for my miss Cole's I can have none messages maybe green miscellaneous blue play with it for yourself let's see yeah anything else got your battery your memory now this does have quick charge it's not the shower and shave quick charge status but it's actually not bad because when I started setting up the apps the battery percentage was about maybe 15% I let it charge for maybe 30 minutes and it went to 56 or maybe 56 66 one of the two but it wasn't it wasn't bad wasn't bad at all let's see anything else let's go to shortcut buttons now the world saw hit pop button you can actually change that so I got to set the camera but you can put it to any app that you want I so if you like to let's see if I got it on here let's troll a little bit okay so if you like to get your tinder swipes on you can have one touch access right to your swipe activity yeah I know how I go now you also have navigation bar so y'all seen this before you can change the balls on the bottom now you see this little arrow that will hide your navigation key I told you if you're on a regular app maybe on YouTube or something you hit that little arrow you see a Hajin up yeah your notification bar on the bottom and you swipe back up and bring it back up now you can switch these put them whichever way you want I just let this stock for now let's see how battery saving mode and that's pretty much it alright so no motions and gestures but like I said this is basically a stock Android phone now let's take a look at the camera real quick camera is actually not bad I see when you open up your camera you do have HDR got your flash let's take it a settings real quick now you got a bunch of settings you got your self timer sound location change the size we leave it on max 13 megapixels got face detection auto scene detection voice capture eye so when you're doing them selfies you just say cheese zero shuttle I you got your gesture shot you do the wave and take a little picture and I always add a little take a little picture Oh anyway you got your smile shot face duty capture mode y'all know exactly what I'm talking about well it's kind of like whenever you want to clown somebody you'd be like oh I see you with your little friends you add little I don't know why I've been saying that lately let me chill out let's keep it moving let's go back out of this let's see now you got video photo you got Pro Mode and panorama let's take it a promo real quick so when you're in Pro Mode you do have a full size pro mode so change the white balance change the shutter speed do whatever you want let's take a video real quick alright let's check the video settings iso video quality max quality 1080p that's not bad for 200 bucks sound you can turn the sound on and off you got time lapse noise reduction you got audio mode and you can just reset everything back to stock now let me show you how some pictures I took real quick cameras actually not bad now this was up in the diner just now so this is optimum lighting and it looks pretty good pretty good this is inside carbon fiber cases sitting on the diner now this is some nighttime photos this is a low light but you knows a lot of light in front of the diner but it lacks it actually looks pretty good not bad at all let's let's see if we can zoom in a little bit not bad at all not bad this is a low light photo zoom in a little another angle trying to you know be on some photography inside the car now this is a this is the lowest light photo that I took not Google pixel but not bad not bad for 260 bucks not bad at all let's take it a video real quick will I check out the sound then max volume now these aren't dual speakers right the only one speaker but I don't mind having two dual grills makes everything look uniform 1080p display looks beautiful here's the sound it's a look a little bit hollow but it gets the job done you'll be easily be able to watch a video and chill out with this definitely not bad overall I gotta say it one more time for two hundred and sixty bucks this is a certified win now I'm not saying it's the best trap phone out but you could argue and we could debate this will be in the top five the build quality on this the basic stock Android function so none of that bloatware you're not gonna have to worry about this lagging you
