GOODBYE TO MY CRASHED MCLAREN 720GTR… _EMOTIONAL

**A Wild Ride: The Misadventures of Transporting a 720 GTR**

It was supposed to be a straightforward job - transport a Porsche 720 GTR from one location to another. But as we soon found out, things don't always go according to plan. Our team at Fast Track Auto Body in Richmond British Columbia Canada was tasked with the challenge of getting this sleek vehicle safely from point A to point B.

As we began our journey, it quickly became apparent that things were not going to be easy. The Porsche's owner had a very specific request - he wanted us to get it to its destination without any damage. Easy peasy, right? Wrong. It turns out that the car's weight distribution was an issue, and we soon found ourselves struggling to keep it upright.

"I thought you guys had this under control," our team leader said, frustrated with the situation. "I honestly can't handle you right now and I'm not going to go crazy." It was clear that everyone involved was feeling a bit of stress and anxiety, but no one wanted to admit it out loud.

As we continued on our journey, things only got more complicated. We encountered a series of obstacles, including a bridge that seemed to be an impossible height for the car to clear, and a ravine that threatened to swallow us whole. "I don't know what's going on here," our team leader said, exasperated. "This is like a puzzle, but we can't solve it."

Our solution was to call in some backup - literally. We enlisted the help of a cop car, which we used as a makeshift "tractor" to push the Porsche forward. It was a bizarre sight, to say the least, but desperate times called for desperate measures.

As we pushed our way through the ravine and over the bridge, it became clear that this was not going to be an easy job. The Porsche's owner had high expectations, but our team was starting to realize that getting this car to its destination might not be possible. "What do you think?" our team leader asked, looking at Carlos for guidance.

"I don't know," he replied. "But I'm sure we can figure it out." And indeed they did. After some careful discussion, our team came up with a plan - using a pickup truck to push the Porsche forward. It was a bit unorthodox, but it just might work.

As we made our way through the next part of the journey, things only got more complicated. We encountered another obstacle - a ravine that seemed impossible to navigate. But this time, we were ready for it. With the help of a winch and some careful planning, we managed to get the Porsche across without any damage.

"It's like a puzzle," our team leader said, as they looked at theravine below. "You solve one problem, and then you see the next problem." It was a moment of clarity - despite all the setbacks, they were making progress.

As we finally made it to the end of our journey, our team couldn't help but feel a sense of pride. They had overcome countless obstacles, from ravines to bridges, and had managed to transport the Porsche safely to its destination. "It's not easy," one of them said. "But that's what makes it worth it."

**The Apollo 13 Effect**

As we reflect on this wild ride, it's clear that our team learned an important lesson - sometimes you have to roll with the punches and adapt to changing circumstances. It's a bit like the Apollo 13 mission - after solving one problem, they found themselves facing another.

"It was like when Dave puts his hand under the thing," one of them said, laughing. "The wheel that the wheel is not attached to." But in all seriousness, this experience taught our team the importance of flexibility and creative problem-solving.

**A Tale of Two Wheels**

As we wrapped up our journey, our team couldn't help but think about the little things that went wrong along the way. The diffuser they had designed for a car - it turned out to be a bit too aggressive. And as for Carlos's original plan - he was going to use it to push the Porsche forward.

But in the end, it didn't matter. What mattered was that they had persevered and overcome countless obstacles to get the Porsche safely to its destination. "It's like when you're trying to build a 765 LT into this concept," one of them said. "Sometimes you have to think outside the box."

**The Road Ahead**

As our team looked to the future, it was clear that they had learned an important lesson - sometimes things don't go according to plan, but with determination and creativity, anything is possible. And who knows what's next? Maybe a P1 or a Cena? The possibilities are endless.

For now, though, we're just grateful to have made it through this wild ride. "It was like the most emotional Vlog we've ever done," one of them said, still shaken by the experience. But in all seriousness, they were proud of what they had accomplished - and couldn't wait for the next challenge.

**The Final Word**

In the end, it's not about how hard things get - it's about how you respond to those challenges. Our team at Fast Track Auto Body showed remarkable resilience and determination, overcoming countless obstacles to deliver a Porsche 720 GTR safely from point A to point B.

As they looked back on this wild ride, they knew that it had been a learning experience unlike any other. And for that, we can all be grateful.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys welcome back to another episode of daily gym Exotics this is a big one an important one major update on a 720 GTR it's gonna be stressful it's gonna be a pain it might not work out but we have a plan stay tuned for that in the meantime let's do it today pipes Lamborghini six and a half liter v12. okay now you're probably wondering I know you're wondering if it's in the comment section what's the plan of the build where's the Crazy Rap on all those things the truth is I've really just been enjoying this car the way Lamborghini built it call me an old man but I haven't enjoyed the car but now it's time to create a livery that really not only suits the car but also my personality it does mean wheels so who has wheel 13 inside something all new for this car with delivery in the meantime to enjoy driving it because well that's why so we're talking about just dialing in and making sure we have the wheels for the Huracan super fail Evo otherwise known as the hater Slayer or just the tire Slayer 6.0 uh we have by the way the 720 GTR is getting picked up in like a couple of minutes all right gotta go all the way back to Canada so then they break it down and assess it and we're going to go over a bunch of stuff in a second bam look at that sure makes an Aventador look boring you're right you're right hey how it turned out really good all the little things will be put on after obviously like the emblems we still have to make there's a specific like scoop that takes the air after it goes through the front and Scoops it out through the hood or boy my guess is going to build all that but in the meantime bang out the wheels get the car painted so it'll be a solid color put on the little bits boom first reveal a few weeks after that once the paint's cured with a special Livery that'll go on the car where's Carlos he said he would be here yeah he's uh he's buttering me up somehow for uh before you go okay welcome back before you go basketball problem here this has lug nuts it's a five log I see it get this into your thing two pictures yeah and just do something for that for that car do you have a design you like boundary issues I don't yeah I need to inspire me come on yourself this is the whole point of you doing this build I need some inspo are you wrapping this are you doing I already have a rapid redesigned okay so monoblock two-piece three piece four piece individual then bolted on 15 piece Wheels thank you very much appreciate it guys in the meantime our friend Carlos is here to pick up the 720 GTR now this will not be an easy feat do you want to know why well if you haven't been paying attention the car was in an accident the back wheel's broken off and you get on a trailer he needs to roll now if you know how to roll it in the shop and that's these guys right here these fancy pink little dollies you would just think oh he's rolling the trailer and life is good well unfortunately the trailer is only so wide so we can't put it on the trailer with a dolly I think Carlos Carlos said he has a plan I don't know how this is going to work but if this car can't go in the trailer we have a serious serious issue so it all comes down to this moment right now right here hey how you doing so how are you getting on the trailer you can't use hands on there right no let's talk about what we're gonna do um uh we're gonna figure it out as we go so before the cars go in we have to rearrange it Carlos has his midlife precious Porsche here what and uh this is our bulletproof game plan here we're gonna put the back end of the car on a furniture dolly as long as it doesn't weigh over 1500 pounds let's see how it goes 1500 yeah the corner well I guess technically you're Distributing the weight over the other three wheels mathematically you take the amount of the gwbpq and you multiply it by four divided by half then you end up with 1500 squared it should be okay so one of the issues with this car is that if I go back to Canada because we couldn't get someone to come here and fully adjust it because if we send it to a certified McLaren shop here the shops are being difficult and they're like hey look we'll only paint it one color it has to be a McLaren paint code ironically the large color is a McLaren paint code but McLaren won't give it to us they won't give it to anybody so I couldn't even paint it all pink and then paint it gray afterwards if I wanted to will this car remain on the channel we don't know we're gonna have to wait probably a few weeks to a month to get the quote and then get Insurance's answer now let's look at this two-way this car is a total loss buying it back doesn't make a whole lot of sense yeah a lot less money for the car you get the car but then on top of all that you're gonna have a problem because you're gonna have a car at the end of the day that has a huge Declaration on it and or salvage title that might not be the best offer a better option might be to take the payout and to just move on and basically rebuild this get another 720s and do the exact same thing we could build this on a 765 LT or we could build this on a center that's a very expensive car but not out of the realm of what we would be willing to do here at Daily driven exotic the nice part about Ascent is you kind of skip putting a body kit on a car right which is a big part of the process you buy a sand and you paint this Livery on it do the motor build and all that sort of stuff and have the first 1300 wheel horsepower Center that shoots eight foot Flames those are some of my thoughts Carlos wants to get on with trying to get this car on the biggest issue is if we can't get the car in the trailer it's just going to delay this whole process so last night last night we charged it because we want to kind of get it actually I'm not going to we're trying to charge battery because we'd like to turn the car on so we can steer it um apparently it's just sitting here in neutral because my game plan is to steer it on and to winch it on right unless we can drive it with a single wheel single wheel power out the back all right major step number one get the window down for transport I haven't been in here since that night this sucks that battery's dead dude I wonder if there's a kill switch just now when I unplugged it it said it just had 2.4 in it so it's I don't think it took any kind of a charge so we're gonna back it up a bit as well okay once the doors are open Watch the cop car watch the Murcielago foreign so we come in here you can see like upper control arms snapped in half everything the concern we have is if this wheel got shoved into that frame rail right there you won't see it because it's aluminum you won't see a band if that's bent this car is so my my plan was to take the wheel off I'm gonna put the boat to rest all on that yeah but um are you the whole car still on the ground the whole car would sit on on this dolly but what was going on I see what you're saying yeah so you're better off to put the wheel on that get a ratchet strap and strap this wheel so it won't move so if we can get a big ratchet strap strap to the frame hold it so we'll bounce around if we let it down onto this this ridiculous hillbilly cart becomes the part of it that becomes how this wheel rolls and the other wheels will roll themselves okay let's stop there because there's no upper control arm to stop from going this way if you can see that right here normally the controller right there'll be attached so it wouldn't Buckle this way I can just see the comment section right now about how everything we're doing is wrong everything's wrong it would be so nice if there was a professional helicopter or some airlifted though we totally got this guys so let me get this right hold on hold on I would not strap anything down to the frame I would not put any wood or any pressure on a square aluminum frame and strap it down and having this wheel push that block of wood into the corner of that because if this ends up getting creased or dented or anything that's ruined okay I just want to say I just want to say on camera my game plan is to take this wheel off how is he not putting pressure on him to set the car which would easily sit on my dolly this is all broken so you take the wheel off all that's in pieces but that jack point right there that we're on right now this dolly will sit over there nice and flat the whole car is flat underneath it'll sit on it and it'll sit flat and then Jack underneath the jack point get the dolly on the jack point with the Jack's there to hold the car in the air well you're just going to hold it up and I'll put it I want to see you execute this so go for it take the wheel off and then show me how Dave's gonna hold the car up Dave can barely hold the donut up he just picked up that was a week like I love the guy but like let's all play our own role here the strongest muscle he has is his mouth and his brain in 2019 it used to be his all right here we go yeah okay the first line didn't work foreign bar endings or anything like that so it's gonna be like this right away and snap that off so it can't roll if it is a skate like that oh you got the you got the skate on what if you just get on the inside like that just on one tire it's going to kick again if we could reattach it here stop it down tighter it won't it won't kick it's gonna kick good it goes front and back to side to side like a 64 Impala what we have to do is remove the diffuser put the skate up have it on the outside and then put the trailer nothing bad can happen foreign from here to here so it doesn't pivot around a big strap okay he's taking your job like all right this is your son I love you guys oh it's easy all right thanks for watching this episode this is basically done oh wait we're putting a trailer now next trick let's get a 40-foot trailer around this corner without hitting that wall oh my God Carlos Aldo's side is a professional and does this all day long so he's in a thread that's like a needle oh he's got it I'll save my it's over here no one's spotting him we're just laughing from the back of the trailer dad and contact very close oh should I throw us McLaren here on transports a 53 foot enclosed subjects got four fouls and he's got four valves per cylinder in the trailer we're gonna load it up you ready hey Carlo it's going to be easier if you just owned a flatbed truck at any point here we could call a tow truck if you guys want and it can go to Canada open so we're trying to get close oh we don't mind this open deck or not we don't care no we didn't I told you that I told you I think Jacob was open deck or not just so you know Winston I've told your dad this not your first Dad pulled your second dad what I told you I told your second dad here Carlos is limited tell your son Winston about how this should work son father I can't see how anything could possibly go wrong here with this setup dude scientifically nothing can go wrong insurance companies bringing charges right now they say it's free insurance for you guys because it's foolproof the amount of math that we've put into this today and the amount of research and R D I feel that the setup we have is the right one for the job we're trying to do Elon Musk was taking notes right now good doing that's gonna Flip Flip here that's the issue get your arm out from under there now look at that cheese of Catholic reactions what's going on here I thought you guys had under control I honestly can't handle you right now and I can't handle stupidity like when Dave puts his hand under the thing that the wheel that the wheel's not attached it that the wheel is not attached to anything if that let's go you have a broken arm all the time you're traveling and that's holding it that way it's not gonna come backwards dude you don't know if that something on there snaps and changes the whole geometry a baby kitten right now that I love um I'm done what we're dealing with here uh what we're talking about right now is how in the scope of everything we're all dealing with right now we could pretend like we're all in shape living our best life but in reality we're all out here struggling fighting our fights we are this right here we don't need to call it a problem what we can do is we can call it a bonding opportunity we can call it uh we can call it a problem solving opportunity we can call it uh an experience um opportunity yeah and we are today creating for ourselves and the DDE viewer core memories you can also just overcome the problem and just get this thing on there other things to I have other things to do today keep rolling your plan there a 720s has about two inches of clearance on the fender so all we have to play with here is two inches which we just have to make work right so so all we're going to do is Jack it back up and go back two inches and we're just gonna Jack it up to something that we can work with all right dude right this car is going into what's gonna happen is we're gonna get a pickup truck and we're gonna push this car through to the front we have a cop car get the cop car and push the car in that'd be stabbing once we get past the bridge we're calling it was the gap between the uh ramp and the trailer there's actually a huge little essentially a ravine I'll show you right now that right there that's our next issue after that issue every single little track here some of the wheels get caught on each side now my argument was have at the back of the trailer unfortunately there's a car that has to go in front of it now you might say well why wouldn't you put the Porsche behind it you said that and Carlos a very politely explained that he has to use the winch he can't run a winch under the Porsche so it has to go in the front my idea was let's pay for that Porsche To Go in different transport but obviously the client has an expectation and Carlos has to maintain a service level and can't just bump somebody the quest continues where's your own we're growing this is an opportunity for us to grow Jokes Aside it is true you can give up right now and get frustrated but like anything like the Apollo 13. Apollo 13 you solve one problem and then he saw the next problem he only saw the third problem so the first one's done so the first problem is getting this car off the ground up the ground right that's been taken care of now it's the bridge in the track and then the big problem is gonna be getting off each other fortunately for us it won't be our problem s yeah like how you been good um thank you hey Carlos good luck getting it off so smooth so basically what you saw there today guys we showed up 25 minute job we loaded up the 720s black shark recovery we do this all the time give us a call and uh we'll get the job done hold on bro that was a journey of discovery all right guys and there you have it the 720 GTR is on its way back to Fast Track Auto Body in Richmond British Columbia Canada I hope we can fix it if we can't what do we do next comment below take it all apart build another one 720 amp build a 765 LT into this concept or do we go next next level and do we build a Cena or P1 that P1 is way too much money can we just get over all love you guys smash the Subscribe button join the DD fam Dave It's Time to Say Goodbye let's wrap it up five GTR wow Carlos there against them we'll leave that apartment customs didn't work you need to put in the car for customs oh it's gonna rip it off then what do you think bro my diffuser that was a perfectly good diffusion we're two blocks in the beach and that noise is a snowman warning this is like the most emotional Vlog we've done so far I'm not sure if you feel the tension of the Stress and Anxiety but I definitely feel it and to add to that now there's a tsunami warning foreignhey guys welcome back to another episode of daily gym Exotics this is a big one an important one major update on a 720 GTR it's gonna be stressful it's gonna be a pain it might not work out but we have a plan stay tuned for that in the meantime let's do it today pipes Lamborghini six and a half liter v12. okay now you're probably has about two inches of clearance on the fender so all we have to play with here is two inches which we just have to make work right so so all we're going to do is Jack it back up and go back two inches and we're just gonna Jack it up to something that we can work with all right dude right this car is going into what's gonna happen is we're gonna get a pickup truck and we're gonna push this car through to the front we have a cop car get the cop car and push the car in that'd be stabbing once we get past the bridge we're calling it was the gap between the uh ramp and the trailer there's actually a huge little essentially a ravine I'll show you right now that right there that's our next issue after that issue every single little track here some of the wheels get caught on each side now my argument was have at the back of the trailer unfortunately there's a car that has to go in front of it now you might say well why wouldn't you put the Porsche behind it you said that and Carlos a very politely explained that he has to use the winch he can't run a winch under the Porsche so it has to go in the front my idea was let's pay for that Porsche To Go in different transport but obviously the client has an expectation and Carlos has to maintain a service level and can't just bump somebody the quest continues where's your own we're growing this is an opportunity for us to grow Jokes Aside it is true you can give up right now and get frustrated but like anything like the Apollo 13. Apollo 13 you solve one problem and then he saw the next problem he only saw the third problem so the first one's done so the first problem is getting this car off the ground up the ground right that's been taken care of now it's the bridge in the track and then the big problem is gonna be getting off each other fortunately for us it won't be our problem s yeah like how you been good um thank you hey Carlos good luck getting it off so smooth so basically what you saw there today guys we showed up 25 minute job we loaded up the 720s black shark recovery we do this all the time give us a call and uh we'll get the job done hold on bro that was a journey of discovery all right guys and there you have it the 720 GTR is on its way back to Fast Track Auto Body in Richmond British Columbia Canada I hope we can fix it if we can't what do we do next comment below take it all apart build another one 720 amp build a 765 LT into this concept or do we go next next level and do we build a Cena or P1 that P1 is way too much money can we just get over all love you guys smash the Subscribe button join the DD fam Dave It's Time to Say Goodbye let's wrap it up five GTR wow Carlos there against them we'll leave that apartment customs didn't work you need to put in the car for customs oh it's gonna rip it off then what do you think bro my diffuser that was a perfectly good diffusion we're two blocks in the beach and that noise is a snowman warning this is like the most emotional Vlog we've done so far I'm not sure if you feel the tension of the Stress and Anxiety but I definitely feel it and to add to that now there's a tsunami warning foreign\n"
