The Porsche That Stole My Heart

I have to warn you now, I'm not going to say Porsche, okay? I know it might sound like Porsche, but nobody in real life walks around saying Porsche. So yeah, the car is nuts and the spec is pretty nuts too! It's really close to actually being a Corvette with ceramic Matrix gray, but it looks really good and even better with the blue accents. The blue mag wheels are oh yeah, oh yeah.

Now, one little detail here that's notable is the badge. Well, it's not actually a badge; it's a sticker because a badge would clearly be way too heavy. I know that's how you know Porsche is serious about tracks and lap times. Lamborghini just doesn't seem to care as much because look, they left the actual badge on there. That's what a terrible mistake that is! Only Porsche knows what they're doing, and that's how you win records right? But anyway, enough about the badge and the arrow; let's go for a drive.

Key in Hand

I'm going to try to use this [unspecified device], but I didn't see a good spot to mount it. So, I'll just have to make do with what I've got. Remember when I said some days I love my job? Yeah, that's right now! When you open the door from the second you open it, you can see what I'm talking about. The car is really tight but not in a bad way; it's compact and small when I sit here, I can reach over and touch the other door. That's something I couldn't do in definitely not the Lamborghini or even the Corvette! It looks like that from the outside, but it's actually pretty tiny.

The Seats: The Best

I'm not joking; the seats are the best I've ever sat in in any car ever! They're really tight and secure but again, not in a bad way at all. Tight in the best way, climb over the bolster, don't sit on the bolster, turn this key here, there you go! Oh boy, let's do it!

Driving Experience

Now, the only bad thing is that there are a lot of buttons, and I don't know what many of them do. I need like an hour-long course on how to operate this car, but I do know that Drive modes come with some options we can go sport, track, or middle of the road – you get it! Push this in drive, and off we go! It's so hardcore in the best way; it feels incredible. At low speed, it's kind of clunky, but in a race car kind of way like when I want to go fast, it tells me that it wants to drive, and it's impressive.

The Porsche Performance

520 horses from a 4-liter Flat 6 – wow, oh my gosh! It's so flat and stable. I'll say one thing about Porsches: they lack a little bit of the wow factor like you see a Lamborghini or even Ferrari; you're like "wow" look at that! Porsche cars all kind of look the same, and it just doesn't have that special exotic look. But, they drive darn good – man, it's got to be insane!

Track Mode

I can only imagine this car on a track – it's got to be incredible! The bad thing again for me is that it lacks a little bit of the spice or flair, especially in the Lamborghini or even Corvette. Not really the base model, but like the Z cars; it just doesn't have that extra something. But it's good; it's a great car, and I'd be happy to own one – not going to buy one, but I'd be happy to own one! That's why people love these cars especially if you drive on a track; oh my gosh, I'm jealous!

driveway is a brand new Porsche Porsche GT3 RS 911 GT3 RS the most insane car I think I've ever driven and I haven't really driven it a whole lot but just on the drive over here it was nuts now this is a car that I kind of swore off I said i' never own a Porsche or a Ferrari those are my two bugaboos I don't it's not that I don't like the car I don't like I don't know if it's the brand like the the stigma the people I don't know what it is but those two cars I don't love I love Lamborghinis always have always wanted one swore that I'd buy one Porsche Ferrari not so much but have I been unfair have I been too quick to throw away a really great brand now I've driven Porsches before and I'll tell you they are great cars I do not deny that they drive great they're built great um and they get the job done but I just don't feel like they are that special or that deserving of the cult following that they have but again I might have been wrong because this one yeah it's special from the second I got in the car I felt like I was in something different um like an actual race car I've had cars like the svj I own now I've had a Viper ACR Corvettes all of all different kinds and uh none of them the spj is close but none of them quite feel like the GT3 RS does it it really does feel like you're getting into an actual race car um which is pretty cool and look at it like there are vents and flaps and holes everywhere you got I don't know what this even does look at it it's like a like a dinosaur skin material scales on the hood there you have the entire front fender just gone back here behind the front wheel it's gone on you have a big uh you know flap here a big uh Arrow piece here and you can totally see the back of the front wheel moving on to the back of the car you got the intake there of course and the absolutely massive Wing even bigger than the wing on the svj look at it that one looks small and it's active look at look at the Hydraulics there the wing is fully active and when it flips up it says Porsche on the bottom now as I say Porsche let me warn you now I'm not going to be saying Porsche okay I know it might be Porsche but I'm saying Porsche
