what i've become all kidding aside i am a tea lover i believe in teas i believe in the product that they sent me and i believe there are a lot of health benefits to teas so without further ado let's get started let's get tea drinking and stick with us so the first tea we're going to try guys is this goji day tea it's incredibly good and probably my number one favorite out of all the teas they sent me as a matter of fact i'm drinking a cup right now um it has let's have a taste here it has a barley date sweetness to it it's kind of subtle it's not all that strong just enough so you can taste it it's made from dried dates kind of a chinese cure-all tons of vitamin c probably 80 percent more that's in apples believe it or not but that's what they claim and if that's true well that's great because they lose your immune system it's anti-aging tons of antioxidants you know vitalizes the blood um just a great tea to drink super tasting so this is well worth giving it a try the second tea we have is a lotus red tea it's a very subtle tea there's not a whole lot of taste to it but there is some in it is good if you can imagine drinking a rose petal or tea made from a rose petal that's similar to what it would be like it reduces stress all kinds of antioxidants in it good for blood pressure anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory good for cramps etc etc so this is another tea the lotus red tea that's well worth trying tea number three is a honey ginger tea and again these are all chinese teas it has a very strong flavor to it it just about burns going down but a very pleasant flavor as well it releases pain relaxes muscle lots of anti-inflammatories as well aids with digestion etc etc so it's another chinese tea that you can probably give it a shot and i think you'll like this one again this is a honey ginger tea all righty then guys tea number four and we're getting into more familiar teas now is the white tea uh the white tea again it's like the green tea we're gonna talk about next it has a very subtle flavor to it now the trouble with this tea is very high in caffeine probably the highest of all the teas so you don't want a drink that's going to bed or you'll be real you know having the jitters all night and stuff like that the other question comes to mind is caffeine good for you that's something that's a whole different topic but this tea is cancer fighting it combats anti-aging it reduces the risk of heart disease all kinds of stuff so white tea is another one and well worth giving it a shot too tea number five is the the green tea this is a jasmine green tea probably all of us have heard of it and we've even drunk green tea there's a lot of benefits to green tea it's processed very differently than white tea it's processed a lot faster than white tea so white tea is maybe a little bit better for it but green tea is cancer fighting it helps with the risk of heart disease boosts metabolism it aids in cholesterol and there's even some evidence that it helps combat parkinson's and alzheimer's disease so green tea is it's good i mean i i drink green tea all the time so again another option for you and last but not least of the 60s is a puree tea a really good very subtle flavor to it similar to the green tea actually has all kinds of health benefits lots of antioxidants lowers cholesterol promotes weight loss inhibits cancer growth and so that's another option of teas so we've gone through the 60s now i i need to mention my it's saturday and my camera crew is off today so i'm kind of flying solo here so you'll have to gives you a good 16 ounce cup or put the k pot in slip it in lever down and you're good to go you got your water reservoir up top i hope you can see that okay it takes 40 ounces of water so you got tons of water um on off down here you've got your 16 ounce setting and your 8 ounce setting depending on how strong you want your tear coffee and it's got this little apparatus that comes up or down depending on how cup how big your cup is and that's pretty much about it it's a good little rig i like it because before i dealt with the drip coffee machines and you make you know six eight cups you're on your own and you come back you know an hour later or something like that and it's got that burnt coffee or tea taste to it this it just comes out you drink your 16 ounce cup or your 8 ounce
