Beach Workout with Sarah Grace: A Cardio-Based Routine

Hey everyone, I'm Sarah Grace with Sgt tring zone.com and today I'm on the beach doing a beach workout. I'm here with two of my friends, Nicole Malo, who's also a competitor, and Michelle Forte, a recording artist. We're going to show you guys some awesome stuff today, so this little routine that I have for you is similar to an Insanity workout, it's kind of a cardio-based sort of thing, it's going to get your heart rate up.

So, what you're going to do is start first with jumping jacks. Alright, so we're going to go for 30 jumping jacks. Doesn't everybody love jumping jacks? Now, you can play with any of the numbers I give you if you feel like you have to shorten them or you want to take them up to 100, whatever you guys want to do. You can do this is kind of a good way just to get warmed up. Alright, so we got five more jumping jacks: five, four, three, two, one. From there, we're going to go to jump squats ready, one.

You're going to do five of these with 30, 3, 2, drop all the way down and five from there. We're going to go to sumo squats. Yeah, you guys remember sumo squats? You widen your base, turn those knees out over the toes, get down as low as you can, come up, squeeze the booty. Two more good! Alright, from there we're going to 30 high knees here we go. Drive those knees up as high as you can, get them up, get them up, move your hands too guys! Okay, we got five more: five, four, three, two, one. And we're going back to jumps, jump squats, one, two, three, four, five.

What do we have next? Sumo squats 15. One, two, sumo squats, you widen your base, turn those knees out over the toes, get down as low as you can, come up, squeeze the booty. Two more good! Keep pushing, you want to get low, drop that butt. You got two more good. And from there, we're going for 30 butt kicks. Make sure to get that heel to your butt, keep that heart rate up, move your hands, keep going. We got five, four, three, two, and one. Uh-oh! Here we go, jump squats, one, two, three, four, five good. Sumo squat, one, two, I'm feeling it, three, four, five good! You want to go for 15 guys, keep that tummy in chest up, good okay.
