**Unboxing and Quick Overview of the iPhone 6**

We're using the Sim ejector tool and an insert your nano SIM and this one to put in your phone. This is where you can put your nano SIM before activating the phone. As you can see, this nano SIM needs to be inserted first because you cannot set up the phone without it.

**Physical Overview of the iPhone 6**

On the top of the device, we have a power button that has been shifted over here. This is also where the nano SIM tray is located, and there's nothing else on the device except for that. On the bottom, we have the speakers which are actually pretty loud, as well as the lightning connector, main microphone, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

On this end of the device, we have the volume rockers and a toggle switch. Moving towards the back of the device, we have an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash. If you notice closely, the camera just comes out, it's not flush with the body. This is the space gray model that we have, and I feel that the bands are okay on this but on the gold one, it has white bands.

**Setting up the iPhone 6**

Let's quickly set this up and we'll choose our language and country. We have India as an option, and we can also select some other Regional languages. Let's just continue in English and hit next. The device supports both 2.4 GHz and Wi-Fi 5 GHz AC bands.

The iPhone 6 has connected to our Wi-Fi network, and now it's automatically activating the device. We can enable the location service and set up the device as a new iPhone. You can also restore it from cloud backups if you're already using an iPhone. Let's sign in with our Apple ID or create one.

We'll skip signing in for now and agree to the terms. We can also set up Touch ID, which requires placing your finger on the device about 10 times to recognize your fingerprint. It's a good idea to do this because you can unlock your device with just your fingerprint instead of having a password.

Let us put a simple passcode as an alternative in case Touch ID does not work. The iPhone 6 is almost set up, and I'll use the standard View. Hit next to complete the setup process. Our iPhone 6 is now set up.

**Available Storage Space**

Let's go to the settings and General section of the device. If we go to usage, we can see that out of the 16 GB available storage space, only 11.4 GB is currently available.

**iOS Version and Features**

The iPhone 6 comes with iOS 8, which is actually very familiar to the earlier version of iOS that is 7. However, it also has some new features such as the notification center. The device sports a 4.7-inch screen, but if you feel that it's difficult to reach the edges of the device, Apple has provided this option called Reachability.

To enable Reachability, simply double tap on an icon or the entire screen, and it will slide down to make it easier to operate, including in the browser.

this out again and it says designed by Apple in California let me take that out and we have some manuals and this is this uh Sim ejector tool that we have and we also have some manuals here and this gives us info about iPhone 6 and uh we also have two Apple stickers so let me keep these things to the side and we also have the Apple year birs uh this is the power adapter and this is the usb2 lightning connector that we found on the iPhone 5S also so let's keep these things to the side and let's look at the handset itself so here I have the iPhone and let me take out this protective plastic cover and this is the space gray model and the iPhone xcept Nano SIM let's actually put in and here we have that and we're using the Sim ejector tool and and the tree comes out and you can put in your nano SIM and this one and I'll just put that as you can see and let's put that back and actually you need to put this nano SIM before uh activating the phone because it uh you cannot actually
