beginning to hear oh well I'd not be playing basketball ever since I was young you know it was a great outlet growing up in my neighborhood you know if he's a basketball player calling up in the projects in New Orleans you were safe no they were let they wouldn't mess with you they let you run around having a good time um you know I went to college and after college I'm from New Orleans and they had Hurricane Katrina hit our family lost everything we evacuated to Houston Texas the Globetrotters was doing a charity event for the victims of Hurricane Katrina I got to work out with the team while it was there and I've been with him ever since 14 seasons 90 countries three-time lose on Amazing Race and I've been voted the best looking player on the team every year is that self up nope nope I don't have a photo so you've been with the scene for 14 years what's your favorite memory thus far my favorite memory there's so many but the one that I always go back to we was in Sacramento my first year and it was a little kid on the court was doing like something for the make-a-wish Foundation and we were shooting hoops shooting hoops man him shot hoops the whole time he really didn't say too much but we had a good time and the next day I was in the airport I was flying out and his mother walked up to me and she started crying and she said my son having he didn't speak a word for like the past six months was going through so much pains with his with his disease and diagnosis that um it was the first time he had talking it was too big easy and I was up Michael that's his name and he's out there and just about last year she sent me some pictures of him you know he built his first computer and he's doing well so that's one of my best memories you know that's an amazing story I just having so much fun with you he's able to kind of work through the pain yeah that's crazy yeah yeah he saw he was talking the next day and he was talking about me and it was cool yo dude this basketball and AH you know it's this smile just lit him up and it hit me up and every time I think about it I get a warm feeling inside that's amazing so with the Harlem Globetrotters you also are the holder of two Guinness World Records correct could you tell our audience a little bit about those so I have two Guinness World Records one Elm is a half-court blood full hook shot and I can't think of the how far I was but it's right but right after half court and I have one from 3/4 court the longest hook hook shot the fall this hook shot ever that's insane so the the half court hook shot with series II so you know I'm saying the normal one the normal one was too easy so you decided to do it blindfolded let everybody know you know you know weed a heart of gold truss so everything we do we have to do it at another level you know just because you can do tricks and everything the balls still have to go in the room so if anybody trying to take my record don't do it you know another group of guys they broke both of them the next year and I took them right back if you want to waste your time go ahead I'm up for I have a number time so you guys just recently launched an app yeah my
