Morning Everyone and Welcome to Beautiful Sicily

As we begin our five-day adventure through the Holy Land of Sicily, I am thrilled to share with you that we will be exploring every corner of this stunning island. We have just started our journey, and already, the breathtaking views are leaving us speechless. It's now quarter to seven in the morning, and the sunrise was not as spectacular as we had hoped for, but nonetheless, it was still a beautiful sight. To give you a better idea about what brought us here, I'd like to introduce you to our special guests who have joined us on this incredible trip.

Porsche's Road Trip Competition

Last year, Porsche ran an exciting competition that allowed two lucky fans to join us on this adventure. We are thrilled to announce that these two fans, including my colleague Elena from Frankfurt, Germany, will be joining us for the entire week. As we set off in our beautiful Boxster, we're looking forward to exploring Sicily's best roads and indulging in delicious Italian cuisine.

Exploring Sicily with a Twist

We'll be taking a different approach to road tripping this time around. Not only will we be focusing on finding the most scenic routes, but we'll also have a team following us for backup, including a mechanic and route planner. This way, we can ensure that our adventure is not only exciting but also safe and well-planned. With our trusty Boxster by our side, we're ready to take on whatever Sicily has in store for us.

The Road Trip Begins

With the sun shining brightly overhead, we've decided to get started with our epic road trip. We'll be navigating through some of Sicily's most stunning landscapes, and I'm excited to share it all with you. As we make our way down the mountain, we're eager to catch up with our friends from the Rhino team and get this adventure underway.

Catching Up with Lena

As Elena takes the wheel for a while, I can already tell she's going to be an excellent driver. Germans are known for their exceptional driving skills, especially when it comes to navigating challenging roads like those found in Sicily. With her expertise behind the wheel, we're all set for a thrilling ride.

The Road to Nowhere

Just two minutes into our journey, and we're already lost! Elena's directions don't seem to be working as well as I had hoped, but that's okay – it's all part of the adventure. We'll take things slowly and enjoy the scenic views while trying to figure out where we are.

Finding the Perfect Spot for Lunch

After a morning filled with breathtaking scenery, we're on the lookout for a quaint spot to grab some lunch. With so many delicious Italian dishes to try, I'm sure we won't be disappointed. Whether it's pasta or pizza, Sicily has something for everyone.

A Day of Filming and Driving

With our cameras ready and Elena behind the wheel, we're off on another exciting leg of our journey. We'll be capturing all the stunning views and thrilling driving moments as we explore Sicily's hidden gems. It's going to be a day filled with adventure, good food, and quality time together.

Lena's Driving Experience

As Lena takes the wheel, I can feel her confidence and skill behind the wheel. The road she's chosen is certainly not for the faint of heart, but she navigates it with ease. The sound of the engine purring beneath us is music to our ears – a true delight for car enthusiasts like ourselves.

The Boxster's Launch Control

Lena asks if I can describe what this launch control feature does in German. Well, as we all know, Porsche is renowned for its exceptional vehicles, and this system is no exception. It provides the perfect blend of speed and control on the road, making it an absolute thrill to drive. Whether we're speeding through twisty roads or cruising down a straight highway, this system ensures that we have complete control over our ride.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enmorning everyone and welcome to beautiful Sicily over the five days that we're gonna be here we're going to be exploring the holy Sicily we're doing a full lap of the island and first impressions are it just looks absolutely stunning here we got up actually at four o'clock this morning to try and come from the sunrise it's now quarter to seven the sunrise was nice not quite the sunrise we were hoping for but nonetheless it was still nice and to fill you in a bit more about the trips I've been joined by one of the youtuber who I will introduce you to in a bit and as well Porsche it ran a competition for two Porsche fans to be able to come join us on the trip and they are down there somewhere the moment taking pictures so over the week myself and the other youtuber and the two Porsche fans are just gonna be exploring the whole of Sicily trying to find the best roads to drive and of course good food to eat because that's what do in Italy we also have a small portion team following us just as backup mechanic route planner things like this which is really really handy so with that being said I say we jump in the Boxster and head back down the mountain catch up with the Rhinos and get this road trip started we've got the roof done because it is a beautiful sunny day today already quite warm and I just want to introduce Lena to the channel welcome to the channel Elena hey guys she is the one of the Porsche fans that won the competition to come join myself and Toby the other youtuber for this week-long trip in Sicily and she's taking the wheel at the moment I'm not fearing for my life yet hopefully not either I've no I trust as she is from Frankfurt Deutschland oh I do believe that she could drive quite well Germans are in general very good at driving especially growing up around the Autobahn we're just kind of going with the flow today exploring Sicily probably going to eat too much pasta drink too much coffee and yeah it just have some fun in a Porsche I mean what more g1 that's the brakes yeah so you had the brakes work pigs why is it jam on the floor liner why is the jam rolling around where you going why no see we've already been only been driving two minutes and we're lost I contour because I have directions like a goldfish so I can't really say anything it's normally of course I love driving but in this second I'm just enjoying being driven chillin in the Sun so we're gonna head off to our next destination now which I'm not entirely sure where that is we're just following everyone and yeah let's head on and see what the rest of the day home we were just stopped Anna yeah commonly looking for somewhere to eat and of course it is pretty as always I'll just be filming with Toby he is the fellow youtuber but not a vlogger filmmaker you're a filmmaker a nice video yeah a nice pin here we -
