I'm at the Insert 360 Booth here at CES with Max RoR who is with uh Insert 360. Max, could you uh tell us a little bit about the company's history and what it is that you guys do here?
Sure, so most of us probably know you because of the insta 360 Nano. It's a clip on camera was the first clip on camera for iPhones and with this you have a fully immersive experience on your smartphone. You can capture 360 degree content whether it's video, uh pictures or 360 live stream to Twitter, uh Facebook or YouTube.
Can you tell us about the news that about this product that you guys just announced here at CES?
So, the insta 360 Nano is actually the first 360 degree camera that can be used with Twitter Periscope. We exclusively partnered with Twitter to make this possible and right now it's only available for some exclusive partners and KS but it will be out rolled uh widely uh within next year. This is for the iPhone, uh and you is there a uh roid uh product as well? So, uh we recently launched or announced the insta 360 a which is right now available on Indiegogo um it will be available uh fully in April so you have the chance to buy it uh everywhere worldwide in retail stores also in our own Amazon store um this basically has the same capability like the Nano has so it's just an Android version of course.
The big news here at CES is your insta 360 pro camera and this is a 8K 360 camera and this is for professional Productions. Can you tell us a little bit about this product?
I think the most significant um capability of this new product is that you can basically do real-time stitching, you know before that you basically oh professional content VR content creators they use a custom rig something custom made like the GoPro Omni with six cameras which is super hard to set up and operate um with this you have one ready to use um device that is just ready to go. You can capture 8K steals in 3 um you can capture um 4K video with 30 frames per second or if you do Post production even with 100 frames per second which enables you to get slow motion in VR.
Is there pricing uh already established for the product? Uh, it comes around $3,000 us will be available in April this year and compared to other solutions that that is a that is a real uh affordable camera isn't it that's a pretty competitive price if you think about other competitors like the Nokia version or or the GoPro. So, that was the insta 360 pro 8K camera that was announced here at CES as well as Periscope support with the insta 360 Nano camera for the iPhone and we're definitely looking forward to uh using both and super excited.
Thanks so much Max
