2800 and that's 453 for the PPI Patrol you got glass on the front glass on the back with an aluminium frame the phone is ip68 dust and water resistant it goes up to 3,000 nits brightness and you got a 120 HZ refresh rate for the processor you got the mediatech dimensity 9300 with the g720 GPU now what does that mean in English Flagship specs bro Flagship specs now you got 12 or 16 gigs of RAM 256 512 or one tab of storage no micro SD card slot for expandable memory now it's running Android 14 with fun touch 14 skin on top for the battery you got a 5,400 mAh battery that features 100 wat f love my I love white shoes calm down okay Vivo X100 Pro now Vivo is coming out with the x100s which would be more of a low tier mid-range phone you got the regular X100 and of course they're going to come out with the big boy certified Flagship the X100 Pro Plus now I'm going to go on record right now and say if you buy this phone for 725 bucks congratulations you just bought a flagship phone and the days of having to spend over a th000 bucks for a flagship phone is over now I'm willing to bet my left testicle right now when the Galaxy s24 Ultra comes out that phone is going to be over 1,200 bucks look at what you're getting right now for 725 bucks this is a flagship the only thing missing would be Quad HD display okay maybe um 4K 60 frames on the front faceing camera other than that this is 100% flagship phone material as far as the presentation okay nice black box I know I like that giggity inside this is going to be your device okay let's see what else you get okay this is going to be let's make sure you got USB typc the USB typ-c charging cable and of course Samsung I let's get ready to say it hold up okay packages kind of trolling me a little bit all right there it is here it is let's all say it together Samsung Google Apple okay Sony Sony put the charger in the box now this is a 120 W fast charging Brick In The Box where it belongs I shoose inspect that for quality and let's see what else you get SIM ejection tool okay this is actually a nice presentation inside got your usual books and plug them and follow them and you get a case now this has a nice texture to it okay I y'all didn't see me off camera I just file shoes off to off to the side nice texture on this little Vivo Brandon okay simple case now for the actual device itself check this out now Vivo is calling this the AG glass I got to tell you I got to do the two- finger test on this one okay if you know you know the glass on the back of this phone is frosted but it has besides the Google pixel 8 Pro the most satin this feel that I've ever felt on the back of a phone now if you look closely you see it kind of has the sparkly effect to it but it just feels super soft super smooth okay this is silk panties right here now I would say the pixel 8 Pro has the best feel to the back but this is the second best feel now it is a little bit slippery okay so you got to watch that but it is what it is you're G to love the feeling now just for a quick size comparison here's the X90 Pro and the X100 Pro now look at the difference in the camera okay now I hear a lot of people complaining about the size of this camera bump on the back and let me say this y'all know I don't like to get too deep in the specs I don't like talking about the 1-in sensor and pixel bending and all of that because in the real world what do you care about unless unless you're a photographer you're not going to care about all that stuff you want to know how do the photos look and this phone right here for $700 25 bucks this might be the best camera phone you're going to find okay at that price range now I'm calling this a mid-range phone because yall know I like to say anything between 400 and 700 bucks that's mid-range phone price okay after 800 and above that's Flagship price even though I'm calling this mid-range this is a flagship phone okay this is a flagship phone now one quick comparison if you go on giztop you can find the xiaomi 14 pro okay for 800 bucks and you're going to find the Vivo X100 Pro for 1,800 uh for for 800 bucks so both of these going to be 800 bucks not the titanium the regular 14 pro I would say as of right now for 2024 this is the number one phone that you're going to find for 800 bucks and this is number two right behind it the only difference is this one right here actually has the quiet HD display okay and you got 4K 60 frames per second on the front facing camera so this is 100% flag chip at just above mid-range prices but for 725 bucks ladies and gentlemen okay this is official tissue all right so let me pause the video delete my browsing history and then we'll walk through the OS Talk Amongst yourselves all right yall so we back in first let's talk about the build quality ip68 dust and water resistant this is that Vivo AG frosted glass on the back which feels so good in the hands ladies you know the procedures you got the giant double ring camera bump on the back okay now it might not be the best looking camera bump but the quality of the photos makes up for it okay so there's your triple camera setup LED flash got a little Vivo Brandon okay aluminium frame okay IR blaster on the top you got your power button volume up and down on the bottom there's your speaker Grill USB type-c charging slot there's your SIM tray other side nice and clean now this phone does have a curved display okay now I know a lot of y'all don't like the curve displays including me but I heard through the grapevine that the Vivo x100s is going to have a flat panel it's probably going to look exactly like the iq12 okay but if you like curve displays you're going to love this now this phone is a little bit slippery and it does have a heavy weight to it it definitely feels 100% premium Now a couple of different ways you can open up the device you got face unlock which is super fast watch this now I'm not going to look at it now I'm going to look at it look how fast that is and it does have the lifter awake so all you got to do is lift your phone so if you got your phone on the table like this just lift it up and look at it bang that's what you call Biometrics okay now if you want to you can swipe up put in your pattern in your pin and of course you got on screen fingerprint sensor which works unbelievably fast let's do one more Bang there it is but this face unlocked crazy now let me get a little wipe down okay now I left the screen protector on this there's your always on display now one of the things that I don't like about the Vivo phones and the IQ phones the notifications on your always on display which I'm going to show you when we go through the settings you can only pick four apps to have notifications now they do work you will see some notifications pop up during this video but it's not like the Samsung or the xiaomi phones where you're going to have all your app notifications on the front you only got to have four it is what it is though okay look at that wallpaper okay that's a nice little live wallpaper you see that then we look at it kind of like the xiaomi super wallpaper you get multiple animations beautiful now I've been reading online I hear a lot of people don't like fun touch OS and um honestly it's a nice fun clean OS I guess why that's why I call it a fun touch it is kind of fun it is kind of fun now this is the global version so you see got the Google homage s of momentums we're going to talk about that in a minute let's talk about the processor real quick this is the mediatech 9300 now on paper it's right up there with the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 and if you get to all of the nerd the nerd test the geek bench and the um GPU CPU mpu testing it's right up there with the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 and it actually outperforms the Snapdragon uh Generation 3 in certain categories so this is a 100% Flagship chipset and it feels like that chipset when I say chickset a flagship chick set is that too all right but it's really a flagship chipset all right here we go now let's got go through some of the features all right so we're swipe down you got all your toggles and if you want to you can add uh a user and you can customize these toggles so you got your IR Blaster now I use the me remote app it does have a native I Blaster app you got screencast screen uh screen record okay you got uh screen capture let's see Ultra gaming mode you got reverse wireless charging okay let's see anything else we need to see down here of course you got NFC calculator device controls okay live caption Auto Shazam okay PC transfer everything is on Deck let's take it over to the settings okay now you do have vpn's private DNS okay let's go to devices right here NFC OTG Chromebook nearby share and at the bottom y'all see it Android auto now if you bought the Chinese ROM it's probably not going to have the Android auto so if that's important to you you want to find the global version okay the USA okay I don't even know if it's coming out in the UK it's available in India right now but it will work in the USA so whenever you see the word colors like that that means this is not a USA going crazy on on on a rank let's go to let's see see anything else okay screen resolution now this is not Quad HD it's actually full HD Plus so 2400 by8 uh by 1080 that's full HD 2800 X 1260 that's fhd plus okay so a step below Quad HD again when they come out with the vi X100 Pro Plus I'm assuming that one's going to have Quad HD display but this one looks beautiful the color reproduction very accurate screen refresh rate now this is ltpo so when you're in standby it's going to go all the way down to one hert and the maximum hertage is 120 Herz maximum hertage visual enhancements okay might as well turn that on it's going to work on these different apps let's see okay full screen display okay that's pretty much it for that lock screen and wallpapers Okay now this is one of the things that I love about Vivo phones you can hate fun touch okay OS hate it or love it but it is very customizable you got a lot of live wallpapers Okay now I can rock this color right here now this is actually the same one but just a different color okay let's goad and turn that one on let's see what this is okay just a little movement right there you know nothing too fancy nothing too spicy we got static wallpapers and you got the kinetic wallpapers Okay let's see Moonlight okay look at that that was going to give you some movement oh that's that that's that's kind of cute that that that's kind Facebook I don't know why don't let you have all of the notifications Vivo y'all need to fix that I like to wake up and see all my notifications on my always on display okay so we got lock screen settings okay you can change this change this you can change the clock I mean change the phone and the um camera okay nothing else to see there home settings now there's a bunch you can have the app draw you can just have it unlimited Pages you got different sliding effects okay now personally I like the last one I had it on that's a regular transitions I like flip you know what I'm saying back in the days you used to have to root your phone to get that effect let's see anything else okay around the size you can change the size of your icons okay nothing else to see there that's the home screen settings and of course you got simple mode okay so is that anything else or was there anything else we needed to see on that okay you can change the colors the Colores let me say that Colores and styles okay let's go to Dynamic effects now here's where these uh Vivo phones and the fun touch OS shines all of the different effects okay turn these on motion blur let's see uh ambient lighting effects okay I'm going leave my duration on on five minutes this here's a different effects look at this okay so we got now these are just music effects when you're playing your music you have the sides you know activating like that I left it on the green but let's kind of leave it on that that looks a little bit more funky you got incoming calls you can change your L effects when you getting that phone call okay let's go ahead and apply that one notifications same thing I'm going to leave it on this one no matter let's see this one looks pretty bright okay so that's your ambient light effects home screen transitions look at this you see the animations all when you hit that that's pretty dope let's see um okay after you enter your home screen you see how to how it populate your apps you can have it fly out fly in I like that one that's pretty dope okay let's see um fingerprint animations now of course you only got one that has actual color or colors I say since we doing International one actual color let's see um this is going to be your fingerprint recognition Okay now this one actually has a bunch of different colors I like that one let's see face R look you see what I'm saying this is a lot of stuff to play with matter of fact I like that little happy face that's that's pretty cute okay charging animation you know these are things that makes your phone your own I like that one that's pretty dope okay and you got your USB anim this one right looks like a little flames on the bottom let's go ahead and rock that okay and your screen off animation remember back in the days with the Nexus phones now the wallpaper I'm using it won't allow me to use this but if you change a different wallpaper then you can use that so that's all your Dynamic effects okay let me just make sure we we got everything okay let's go to sound and vibration okay dual stereo speakers they do sound pretty good okay let's see notific if ation sounds ringtones yada yada okay now before we do a little gaming let me show you the dedicated game Space so once you open up a game you swipe over from the side check this out you can see your CPU and your GPU okay you can switch between battery saver mode okay you could put it on balanced or boost so if we going to game might as well throw it on Boost now you got super resolution okay you can block your background calls you you got wide angle all the way up to 100 times Zoom at night you can do 100 time zoom on your night shots portrait mode arguably one of my favorite portrait mode cameras right now you got a bunch of different focal lengths so you got 24 mm 35 50 85 and 100 and let me show you something watch this look at this you can actually see my fingerprint watch this when I get a good angle look at look at that you can see my fingerprint how dope is that oh look at that hold let me get a better shot hold up hold up when is when it catches it bro look at yo bro look at that look at that that is insane okay that is insane the portrait mode on this camera crazy crazy my only gripe would be I wish I had a better front-facing camera but again I think they got to save something for the X1 100 Pro Plus now regular photos you got wide angle all the way up to 100 times scumbag zoom and this phone easily passes my zoom test which I'm going to show you in a second so you got video wide angle all the way up to 10 times Zoom you can shoot 8K at 30 frames per second 4K 60 frames per second now the front facing camera it's going to be 1080p 60 frames per second you got Cinema IC portrait okay that's your boka effect on the videos okay just like you're going to get on your iPhone and your Galaxy phones cinematic mode okay and you got more so you got high resolution Panorama HD documents slow motion time lapse long exposure Super Moon Astro okay you got landscape and architecture you got prom mode food and live photos now let me show you what I mean by my zoom test watch this now here's how I test the quality of the zoom on these phones I'm standing about a block away from this school okay so this is a wide angle shot then I like to zooming a little bit more I'm trying to see this little sign I don't know if you can see it right there you see that little sign so I'm all the way down the block trying to see that sign so I zoom in check this out look at that sign it is Crystal Clear you only for TVs okay you got your cable box your air conditioner your fan your DVD player your projector your robot vacuum cleaner your LED lights anything that has a remote control you can peer it up with your phone and use your phone as a remote control now here's how I use my IR Blaster upstairs in my office all right so I'm sitting up in the office I just finished working now I want to turn off all of my TVs using one phone okay so let's start off with the Samsung TVs just like that another one just like that now we'll switch over to lgtv press the button just like that and now let's switch this was a dope phone but the X1 the X90 Pro Plus was way better this year I Vivo really stepped it up on a scale of one 10 now before I even rank that one thing I did notice is if you hold your phone sideways a lot this camera is so big you have no choice but to touch it that's the only thing like and also if you got a flat wireless charger like this it ain't going to work so you know the big camera is dope but in some ways it's you know the placement of this camera makes it harder for certain accessories so if you got a flat charger n you're going to have to get one like this that stands up and you see the camera's still beneath it but but you're going to be touching this camera a lot all right so let me go ahead and wipe this down you see you're going to you have any smudges so before you have your photo shoot just make sure you wipe this down the Zeiss Optics and you'll be good to go so let's goad and rank this overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I'm giving the Vivo X100 Pro a major major major go and for 725 bucks as Bob Barker would say the price is right if I had to be Penny Roosevelt my only gripes would be I wish they had 4K 60 frames per second on the front facing camera I wish they had a Quad HD display because you could get that for the same price I wish you could see all your notifications on the lock screen okay little drop test and I wish the speakers was a little bit louder but the build quality the camera the battery everything the processor the chipset everything else makes up for those little gripes that I had would I recommend buying this phone at now I hear a lot of people complaining about the size of this camera bump on the back and let me say this y'all know I don't like to get too deep in the specs I don't like talking about the 1-in sensor and pixel bending and all of that because in the real world what do you care about unless unless you're a photographer you're not going to care about all that stuff you want to know how do the photos look and this phone right here for $700 25 bucks this might be the best camera phone you're going to find okay at that price range now I'm calling this a mid-range phone because yall know I like to say anything between 400 and 700 bucks that's mid-range phone price okay after 800 and above that's Flagship price even though I'm calling this mid-range this is a flagship phone okay this is a flagship phone now one quick comparison if you go on giztop you can find the xiaomi 14 pro okay for 800 bucks and you're going to find the Vivo X100 Pro for 1,800 uh for for 800 bucks so both of these going to be 800 bucks not the titanium the regular 14 pro I would say as of right now for 2024 this is the number one phone that you're going to find for 800 bucks and this is number two right behind it the only difference is this one right here actually has the quiet HD display okay and you got 4K 60 frames per second on the front facing camera so this is 100% flag chip at just above mid-range prices but for 725 bucks ladies and gentlemen okay this is official tissue all right so let me pause the video delete my browsing history and then we'll walk through the OS Talk Amongst yourselves all right yall so we back in first let's talk about the build quality ip68 dust and water resistant this is that Vivo AG frosted glass on the back which feels so good in the hands ladies this just lift it up and look at it bang that's what you call Biometrics okay now if you want to you can swipe up put in your pattern in your pin and of course you got on screen fingerprint sensor display now one of the things that I don't like about the Vivo phones and the IQ phones the notifications on your always on display which I'm going to show you when we go through the settings you can only pick four apps to have notifications now they do work you will see some notifications pop up during this video but it's not like the Samsung or the xiaomi phones where you're going to have all your app notifications on the front you only got to have four it is what it is though okay look at that wallpaper okay that's a nice little live wallpaper you see that then we look at it kind of like daily activities as you see for yourself you haven't seen one piece of lag one hiccup one stutter this is super fast silky smooth any web page you click on opens up immediately okay split screen multitasking all the apps running in the background excellent battery life the camera okay the Supreme camera for 725 bucks let me go ahead and rate this phone as opposed to last year's Vivo X90 Pro this one is Light Years better now this was a dope phone but the X1 the X90 Pro Plus was way better this year I Vivo really stepped it up on a scale of one 10 now before I even rank that one thing I did notice is if you hold your phone sideways a lot this camera is so big you have no choice but to touch it that's the only thing like and also if you got a flat wireless charger like this it ain't going to work so you know the big camera is dope but in some ways it's you know the placement of this camera makes it harder for certain accessories so if you got a flat charger n you're going to have to get one like this that stands up and you see the camera's still beneath it but but you're going to be touching this camera a lot all right so let me go ahead and wipe this down you see you're going to you have any smudges so before you have your photo shoot just make sure you wipe this down the Zeiss Optics and you'll be good to go so let's goad and rank this overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I'm giving the Vivo X100 Pro a major major major go and for 725 bucks as Bob Barker would say the price is right if I had to be Penny Roosevelt my only gripes would be I wish they had 4K 60 frames per second on the front facing camera I wish they had a Quad HD display because you could get that for the same price I wish you could see all your notifications on the lock screen okay little drop test and I wish the speakers was a little bit louder but the build quality the camera the battery everything the processor the chipset everything else makes up for those little gripes that I had would I
