**The Misadventures of a Water-Cooled iPhone**

I thought I had dropped it that hard, but I guess it's fine. You dropped it from two feet, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get back up. Yeah, it was a pretty bad drop. But, as luck would have it, I was blind at the time, so maybe that helps explain why I didn't notice anything was wrong until later. And, of course, Elmo is always to blame for any accidents that may occur.

But enough about that, let's talk about my new gadget – an iPhone 11 Pro with a water-cooled mobile phone radiator. Yeah, because who doesn't need a phone that can keep up with their gaming habits? I mean, I'm not saying I'm going to be playing Fortnite for hours on end or anything, but it's just nice to have the option, right? The phone itself is pretty sleek, and the water cooling system is definitely a unique feature. But don't get any ideas – this phone is mine, and I'm not sharing it with anyone.

I have to admit, when my friend handed me the iPhone 11 Pro, I was skeptical at first. What am I supposed to do with an expensive gadget that's just going to sit on a desk? But then I saw the water cooling system, and my mind started racing with all the possibilities. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and see what would happen if I attached a small radiator to the back of the phone.

It was a terrible idea, but it's also kind of brilliant. The coolant is slowly circulating across the back of the iPhone, which in theory should keep things cooler. And, as it turns out, it does work! I mean, I'm not saying I can play games for hours on end without overheating or anything, but it's definitely a nice feature to have.

Of course, there are some downsides to this little experiment. For one thing, the phone is now too heavy to hold in my hand. And, let me tell you, it's not easy to find a desk that can accommodate an iPhone with a radiator attached to it. But hey, at least I'm doing something unique and innovative, right?

**The Xbox One Game Pass Experience**

But, as it turns out, the real fun begins when you start using the water-cooled iPhone for gaming. That's when things get really interesting. You see, I managed to track down an 8-bit Do controller that's specifically designed for Android devices – and, as luck would have it, it works perfectly with my Xbox One games via Game Pass.

I mean, who needs a traditional gamepad when you can use a tiny little controller that looks like something out of the 80s? It's definitely an acquired taste, but I have to say, it's kind of fun. And, as it turns out, playing games on my Z Flip phone with a water-cooled iPhone is actually pretty good – almost as good as playing on a traditional console.

Of course, there are some downsides to this little setup. For one thing, the controller is really tiny, and I have to adjust my grip just right in order to hold it in place. And, let's be real, carrying around a phone with a radiator attached to it is just plain weird. But hey, at least it works – and that's all that matters, right?

**Karaoke Heaven**

But, as it turns out, the real pièce de résistance of my tech collection is a voice-changing Bluetooth smart karaoke headset. I mean, who wouldn't want to sing like Slim Shady or K-Town? It's basically a TikTok in a box – and, let me tell you, it's kind of amazing.

The headset comes with a pair of headphones and a microphone that lets me change up my voice to a variety of different styles. There are even some pre-programmed voices that sound like real celebrities – which is just plain cool. And, as I was singing along to some of my favorite songs, I couldn't help but think about how much fun it would be to perform live with this thing.

Of course, there's one problem: the headset sounds kind of... gibberish. Like, when I move my lips, nothing comes out – and that's just not what I'm going for when I sing. But hey, at least it adds a little bit of flair to the performance, right? And who knows, maybe someday I'll actually make it big as a karaoke star.

**The Mystery Tech**

But, despite all the ups and downs of my tech collection, there's one thing that really stands out: the sheer mystery surrounding some of these gadgets. Take, for example, my pump. It's just sitting there on my desk, looking like something out of a sci-fi movie. I mean, what am I supposed to do with it? And why does it have to be so darn quiet?

And then, of course, there's the radiator that I attached to my iPhone. That thing is just plain weird – and I'm not sure if anyone else has ever tried something like this before. But hey, at least it keeps my phone cool, right?

It's funny, when you think about it – sometimes the best technology is the stuff that nobody expected would work. And who knows? Maybe someday we'll look back on these little experiments and laugh at how crazy they were.

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: en(joyous music)- God (bleep), stopmaking me look ridiculous!I do a good enough jobwith that by myself.- But people like the costumes.- Do they though, does anyone like this?Do you like watching me dressedup like a ridiculous Elmo?Let me know in the comments belowright after you subscribe to the channel.See what I did there.I made people think I wasgonna ask them a questionand I really just beggedthem to subscribe like usual.- Cool.- Is this what girls feel likewhen they're trying to puton like a really tight dressand they can't reach behind them.- Yes.That's very unsettling.- Hiya, kids, I'm Elmo!Oh boy!- I don't likethat it's looking at me.- So you know that whole thing about, please subscribe to the channel? You can unsubscribenow, I think it's time.I can't see anything. What is that?- Elmo wants some mystery tech!Ken you, you got a reviewunit from Samsung, right? This is a review unitof the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, right?- Uh, yeah, a review unit, yeah.- If I check the Amex, am I gonna seea $2,000 charge on samsung.com?- I'm not gonna say no.- But I will.So if you've listened to my fine podcast, the Test Drivers availableat relay.fm/testdrivers,then you will know all about my obsessionwith all things, folding, flipping, and rotating. That sounds weird but,I guess I'll have to talkabout the Z Fold now. That was very nice.Very nice. Here comes the real test.Okay, all right. So just like with the Galaxy Z Flip, you can definitely seethere is a crease, right? And look, I find it to be okay. It's not so bad on the Z Flipeven though it's right in the middle, but this, I think it's alittle bit more noticeablebecause it definitelypicks up the reflection.Something else I've really noticed hereis just how smooth this thing is.120 FPS does feel significantly betterthan something like the Z Flip.My head keeps falling but I'mnot gonna let that stop me.So the other thing that I thinkis really interesting aboutthis is the actual hardwarebecause it is thickand it is fairly heavy. But you're actually getting somethingfor all that thickness, right? So you actually get a fairly decent arrayof cameras on the back, unlike the Z Flipwhich is a little bit moreof an old school design. So you had two cameras, this actually has threeand one of them is the largersensor camera from the S20.It's hard to get your head around thesewithout spending time with them.Because personally, I foundmyself really liking the Z Flip.I liked the small formfactor, I like the ideathat it doesn't take up aton of space in my pocket. And when I need more space, boom, it's right here. But on the flip side, the Fold is something entirely different. The Fold is a device whichis really meant to give youthat more tablet experience. And yeah, sure, that could be usefulfor something like watching video.but also it can be usefulfor running a couple of apps, similar to what you do on the Surface Duo,and you'd have thatrunning at a full 120 FPSAnd unlike something like the Surface Duo,you don't have those same compromisesof bad cameras and not enoughperformance and whatnot.I mean, this really is kind of the,the ultimate in high endflagship at the moment.I would really say, I mean,it is certainly not for everyone, but there is a lot going for the Z Foldyou just simply cannot geton any other phone right now.- I would hope so for $2000.- I would hope so.I also hope you can take aguy in an Elmo seriously.- You don't.- Sure can't!- Ooh, is that a new item?Oh boy!Oh, what's this, Ducky Pocket. What's a Ducky Pocket? Is this like a keyboard thing? Is this a calculator, wait, what?Oh, wait, no it is a calculator!- Did you break it?- Yo, this is a good idea. This is a very good idea, okay,so it shows up in the keyboard.Oh dude, it's got RGB.It's got RGB, my calculator has RGB, okay.I'm in calculated modenow, so 69 plus 69 equals, where's, wait, what?- That screen isactually pretty brightfor a calculator.- Make it say boobs. That says...What?Sob?Like what I do every night before bed?- Five, three, one, eight, zero, eight, there we go.- Oh, look at that.Ken Bollito with theglorious, glorious math.Um, can I add 69 to this?- No.- Look, if you want a reallynice calculator, I get it.As far as a little numberpad, I mean it works.I mean, I guess if you'relike off connected to a laptopand you want to havelike easy access toyour keys, that's cool. The fact that it has RGBseems a touch excessive, but you know what, if you'rean accountant who's also cool, this is your item right here. And if you're a YouTuber who's also cool, then this is your item.- I think hereally likes this thing.- As much as he complains about it.- Hey, wait, that's my item.Wait, this is my item. You're taking it for Mystery Tech?Typical. In non Mystery Tech fashion,I know exactly what is inside this boxbecause Gigabyte recentlyemailed me and like, hey,we got this new monitorwe want you to check out.So I'm like, you know what? Why, yes, I would like to check it out.(Austin groans)- I feel like I should help you'cause you're gonna drop that.- Thanks, Matt!- And he still dropped it.- You know, when Gigabyte said, hey, we'll send you oursuper cool new monitorI don't think this iswhat they had in mind.- You literally dropped it!- So as I unboxed this fine productthat I have certainlynot dropped on the floor, what makes this special ison top of it being a KVM,which is nice to have thatintegrated into the monitor,It's also a proper gaming monitor.27 inches, 1440p IPS, onemillisecond response timeand it runs at 170 Hertz. So let me attempt to show youhow this monitor is intended to be used.So I will turn it on and theoretically,I will be able to switchnot only my inputsbetween something like an iPadand something like a windows laptop, but I will also be able to movemy mouse and keyboard along with it.So if you have multipledevices plugged into the setup, everything will be able to be usedwithout having to plug and unplug things.Oh my God!- You did not.- I told you, you dropped it.- You did not, oh, you...- I would like to formallyapologize to Gigabyte.- Oh no.- I didn't think I dropped it that hard.I thought it was fine.- You dropped it from two feet.- You did drop it pretty hard.- I couldn't see, I was blind. It was Elmo's fault, it was Elmo's fault!Oh look, my mouse works.I have an iPad mouse now, look,I'm gonna open up Twitter.See, I can scroll through, look,it works great, it works great.I can, I dunno, search something.Test, test, okay. You know what, we're just gonna...- The Jennifer Lawrence gif, really putting in work right now.- All right, hit me with anitem and make me feel better. That is an iPhone 11 Pro,what am I doing with an iPhone 11 Pro?Oh my.Water cooled mobile phone radiator.- Now I wouldn't like to point outbefore you do anything.- Yeah? This phone, is my personal 11 Pro Max.Now don't get any ideas.- Okay, I'm listening.- Don't break it.- Look you've given me this phoneafter you've seen what I've done.So I take no responsibilityfor what happensfrom this point forward.Okay, so we have whatseems to be an okay case,it's a little dirty but, oh my god.Okayay, so this is mypump, yep, that's my pump. This is a terrible idea.Jesus Christ, this makesme very uncomfortable.Okay, are you ready? We're about to water cool an iPhonefor no discernible reason.Oh, look at that.- Whoa!- Wait!- Yo!- Wait, issomething actually happening?- That's actually kinda sick.- What?I mean, this is actuallydoing something right now.We have actual coolantvery slowly circulatingacross the back of the iPhone, which in theory will keep things cooler.Look, man, if you want to Linusthe (bleep) out of your lifethen this is the device you needto keep your phone runningat optimal temperature. If you want to be a sanenormal person though, buy an ROG phone.Okay.So this is an 8bitdo controller.I've seen this, this is alittle mini Xbox controller. You realize this is for Android, right?- Yes.- Not the iPhone thatI have in front of me.So I think this is really meant to be usedwith Xbox Game Pass. It's Xbox branded, you havefull Bluetooth support. But as far as I know this just worksas a standard Bluetooth controller.Wow, that's actually really tiny. You know what?I don't usually like usingmobile controllers on phones, just because there's no real pointin carrying around a huge controller. If I'm going to do that, I'drather have anything else. But this is actually small enough,I might be able to get away with this.Z Fold is not gonna fitin this, there's no way.Wait, I think this oh,actually that does, that fits.Nope.- Too heavy?- You can tighten it,Jesus Christ!- Oh my god, stop!- So right now I am playingan Xbox One game via Game Passon my Android Z Flipand that is being usedthrough the controller.I gotta say, this is amuch better experiencethan the water cooled iPhone.Okay, this looks suspicious, Ken.Voice changeable Bluetoothsmart karaoke headset. So is this like Tiktok in a box?- I guess so.Okay, all right. So this is a karaoke machine. So essentially it comeswith a pair of headphoneswith a little microphone. So you're supposed to putthat in your ear like this.I can basically change toa few different voices. So this is dodge. This is child. This is also dodge. This is KTV.And this is what it soundslike with my normal voice.I could get (bleep) paid forthis right now, all
