**A Day at the House of Valentina**

As we sit down to share our latest adventures with you, I'm still trying to process everything that happened this week. From finding the perfect home to navigating the complexities of building design, it's been a whirlwind few days. My partner in crime, Jack, and I were excited to dive into another day of exploring new locations and checking on the progress of our clients' homes.

We started the day by heading out to a beautiful property in the woods, where we would be spending some time running up and down the stairs to check on the construction. As we climbed, the heat hit us, and I couldn't help but think about how it's always hard to find something that fits our clients' needs, especially when they have very specific requirements. But we were determined to make it work and see if this home was the one for them.

As we ran up the stairs, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness. We had been working on this project for what felt like forever, and it was finally starting to come together. The painters were on site, and everything seemed to be falling into place. But as we reached the top of the stairs, I realized that I wasn't entirely sure if we were ready for what lay ahead.

We took a moment to flip around and get everyone's perspective on what we were dealing with. With our cameras rolling, we needed to be prepared for anything. We knew that there would be some tough decisions to make, but we were up for the challenge. Our motto is "what we do is what we do," and we're always ready to take on whatever comes next.

After a few minutes of discussion, we decided it was time to head out and check on another project in the city. We grabbed our hard hats and headed down to the Otis building, where we would be tackling some issues with the kitchen layout. As we arrived, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. We had been working on this project for weeks, and it was finally starting to come together.

As we began to troubleshoot, we realized that there were some steel beams in certain places that couldn't be moved. It's always a challenge when you're dealing with complex building designs like this one. But we're not ones to shy away from a problem. We took a closer look at the layout and started brainstorming solutions.

One of our suggestions was to take the seating off the island and push it over to the wall on the other side of the room. It's not an easy solution, but it might just work. As we continued to explore the property, we couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. This project is going to be amazing, and we can't wait to see it come together.

After spending some time at the Otis building, we decided it was time to head back to the office and get back to work. We had a few more questions to answer and some issues to resolve, but we were feeling confident that we could tackle them head-on. As we packed up our cameras and said our goodbyes, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this job and the amazing people who make it possible.

everything our our business has literally been up and running on also it's all hands on deck everything is up and just running at full capacity it's just been crazy and fun and busy and i have so much to share with you this week because there's just so much going on so we oh my gosh what are we not doing oh my gosh okay i don't even hardly know where to start there's so much to share with you this based out of the atlanta area and we help our clients we help them buy sell renovate and decorate and we have all kinds of different projects happening right now i've got some really fun deliveries i'm going to be sharing with you a site visit to the otis building which is a project that we're working on with ty pennington we get to go house hunting a little bit this week so if you haven't hit have talked about burp home many times i have their pillow covers and they're made of velvet and they have very very lovingly sent us and kindly sent us a whole bunch of their pillow covers because i had written them and let them know that we were going to be styling up the sectional and i asked if maybe they'd like to send us some to help us style up the sofa so i have a lot to share with you because they sent us so many look how cute they come all packaged and um they have all different colors i don't even know i'm so excited i'm like oh my gosh okay i can't focus you know it's like oh should i show you the package should i show you the samples first it's also fun okay so let me open one up for you so it comes packaged so beautifully and they have the softest softest velvet cushions that you can just imagine they are they're they're beautiful they really are they do such a good job on these and i really love them so they come in little packs of two like this and you can order them in many many sizes so i have these that are in a size 22 by 22. i actually have one that's filled so i might go grab it for just a second because i was testing it out on the sofa because i was being impatient or maybe i should take you in there and show you what it looks like on a real day when it's not all styled up and my children have been in there you want to see that to you okay we'll talk about it in a second i'll decide whether i think you should see that or not but they also have this really great little color pack that has all the different samples on it i don't know if this was something that they just sent for me or if it's something that they actually have available on their website but it's super helpful because it does have all the different colors on there and the ones that we have to kind of give you an idea i have the dove in my house i have the gray all ready i ordered the champagne let me see if i can try to show you that i ordered the champagne color for the sofa in the sun room and i got the black and then the white will be going i might mix the white in in there but i also wanted to be able to use those in our bedroom so i got those and i can't wait to get them all filled up okay i'm just gonna show you what our room looks like not staged okay come on let's go with me and in here you can see that it's not always super neat and tidy the kids come in here and they move the books around and the dog runs through here and he sheds terribly and he's a sweetheart so you know we love him but uh yeah so it's not always super neat and tidy but and then you know i have a way in which i want to style up the sofa and then the kids have their own ideas so normally i would put these in the corner and these are actually burnt home as well so i can actually show you the two colors look at that so that's the champagne and this is the 22 by 22 with a 22 by 22 filler inside of it and then i think this was maybe this was 20 by 20 for this size and that's the other color i was just showing you and you can see how pretty they look all on here together okay and you can see here how this one is it's not so full um so one of my tricks is this has a 26 by 26 filler inside and that will give you so much more of a luxurious feel and it really just kind of fills the whole thing out and so yes i'm pretty pleased with that i think that looks amazing and it feels really good to lean back on and yeah we hang out in here quite a bit we've really been enjoying the sofa we think it's absolutely amazing yeah okay let's go back to the office all right well that was quite the fun little field trip um so those are burke home and i will leave a link for you guys because i know that you will love these and they are beautiful and i look forward to showing you all of them all beautifully styled up let me move these out of the way for just a minute i ordered this off of amazon and it is printed on canvas so if you look closely you can tell that it's not it doesn't have brush strokes or anything in it it's just a print but it is framed and it has a wood like feel to it i would use this in staging a home i would use this also in a place that wasn't so prominent i think it's this is actually plastic it's not real wood it's not it actually is a pretty good version if you do not want to diy your own artwork and if you're looking for something that's budget friendly and it's frayed i think it's a pretty good print um i will definitely not be sending this back myself i think it's really cute and i think they did a really good job on it feels like it has lots of texture on it and i'm pretty sure i could go back and actually doctor that up a bit and just give it a little bit more of a feel like it's really got some paint on it so i may actually try that and see if i can doctor it and add a little bit more paint on it to give it that really authentic feel but i think it's pretty amazing it came from amazon and i'm pretty pleased with this i've got a few more things that are sitting here including i think i might have even shown you guys how i was looking at these shade materials for my own bedroom and bathroom i'm getting very very close on finalizing all the details of that and i'll be sharing more of that with you in the coming weeks but my mom actually saw this and was like can i please have all the details so um yes so we are looking at the samuel and sons with the greek key for her and then this really pretty linen to be able to make roman shades this is the ventana by sunbrella they're alma they're white fabric so we're gonna be looking at that and then sitting on my desk some of you are asking i guess maybe in one of our pictures maybe on instagram i can't remember where it was we you could see the book that was open that's sitting on the desk here and you guys were wondering what that was and this is the world in vogue the people parties and places and i really like it because it has so many great photos and i just i just change it depending on what my mood is and if i want it to feel more party-like or um there's all kinds of different fun little shots in there and i'll show that page oh yes there's a few pages that may not be youtube uh set yeah not youtube appropriate there we go that's the word but most of them are actually really beautiful and there's a variety of things in there moment of truth oh my goodness oh my goodness oh my goodness close that before i stab myself and let me take off that last bit of tape okay i'm probably not going to take it out of the plastic because i don't want to risk damaging it when i take it to the printer to the printer to the framer but isn't that amazing that is gorgeous amazing amazing amazing so you guys have been asking how we know how to frame these things and how we go about framing well when i have a print like this obviously i'm not going to be able to run to target or anywhere local to have it framed i'm gonna have to take it to a framer which is always a really good idea for any of your fine art pieces anyways because you get the better glass you get them securely framed they'll just hold up better and you can have custom sizing done so for this one um actually let me turn you this way and i'll show you where it's going to be going this is actually going to be going here and if you remember if you watched a couple weeks ago i showed you that i've got two sconces that i'm going to be putting up on either side of it so i worked my way backwards from that i knew when i ordered this that i really like to have a wide matting on my pictures it's just a personal preference it's how i like things to be so this is not as large as what's up here which does not have any matting and that and the reason why is because i know that i'm gonna have a nice thick matting on this and then the frame so you kind of work your way backwards from your parameters and that way it'll help you make sure that you get the exact size that you actually need for your space all right well i think that is all that i have to show you as far as deliveries but i'm hoping that i'm going to be able to show you the otis building and i'll try to take you to mitchell gold with me just a little bit i'm not sure if you guys have one of those they don't have so many locations but i'll try so i'll try to take you with me to show you a little bit of the showroom and just to give you a little bit of a sneak peek and oh and i'm showing houses this week there's so many things so i'll try if i can to get some of that into this video and if i have to we'll pop it on to next week's but um it's gonna be a really fun week and i'm really excited to share more with you so i think for now i will say goodbye and in the many names in the title but um yes we're getting ready to meet with my clients down there and i happen to just park down here and get a couple extra minutes let me show you got a christian louboutin and i turn around you can see we've got dior behind us and it's a really fun area to just come out and do some shopping a lot of times you'll see celebrities down here and there's a shake shack so a lot of people really love to go and get a burger and a shake there because it's really really yummy and the restoration hardware gallery is across the street so it's just a really fun area and i really wish i had time to shop today but unfortunately probably not going to be the cards for me but yeah we're going to run into mitchell gold and pick out some fabrics and get my clients design it full suite get it really up and going so we've got all the mood boards and they've pulled the the pieces for us and everything and now we'll just be verifying fabrics so so yeah it's busy down here so uh it's good so i'm going to take you guys in there and see how it goes we can drive away all right you guys we are back in the car and sitting in stopped traffic so that's always fun but we have a little bit of a drive to get back to the office and then i am going to be showing a house there you go we are going to be we're going to be showing houses actually just really one house it's very difficult right now there's really not a lot of houses on the market and it's very competitive it's not as bad as some of the west coast but it's definitely been a challenge to help my clients who have well over a million to spend um trying to spend their money and it's hard to find something that's even available something that will fit their needs and so we're gonna see if this home is it and the kitchens and the kitchen island and i need to go look at that and then we need to take a peek at the master bathrooms i don't know if we're going to actually be up there stephen said they had to take a ladder up which technically we're not really supposed to be doing so no not sure if we're going to be doing that crazy about ladder so i'll send you up wow i've got that on video you guys heard out what we're gonna do because at most he said there could be a 36 inch island which does not work because you gotta you have to have enough overhang for somebody to actually sit at the counter so like ours is 44 inches and you really just don't want it any um shallower than that or else it's originally ours was actually a little bit shallower than that and yeah we made it a little bit bigger so that you could actually have a little bit more overhang and that was a lot better for us to sit at so we're gonna go check all this stuff out and we're gonna take you with us so let's go head to everything's coming together great there's just a couple little things but honestly it's all really coming together really well it's gonna be awesome all right we are back out on the street look at jack's hair he didn't want to be on video like that oh i don't want to do videos that's awesome oh my gosh well i wish we had time to stop at no moss i know this is a tex-mex place down here and it has such good food and it smells amazing but uh we need to head back to the office we have a whole bunch more work to do for the day and a few little questions about some of the stairs and some of the
