Waking Up in Kauai: A Morning Routine
I just woke up my first morning in Kawai and uh yeah it's 6:30 so it's hard for me to sleep because I'm used to it being way later but I don't know if you guys can hear the roosters that wake you up every morning so pretty though all the sound walking over my brother's house to find some eggs so this is day two of my vacation in kauwaii and I actually slept uh till it was light out and past all the roosters this morning which was pretty great.
Getting Ready for a Day on the Beach
Now that I kind of feel like I'm rested and um sort of acclimated, I'm going to go for a run on the beach. I brought a lot of my favorite things which you can actually fly with all of this stuff like my steel cut oats. I also brought my Shakeology yay, um my favorite snack bar by By Two Moms in the Raw. It's the best bar ever because it's really just what you see is what you get has everything is sprouted almonds all the nuts the only thing that's in it is agave really to uh hold everything together and that's the only sweetener too so it's pretty awesome.
Accessing Healthy Food Options
I also brought my own sweeteners Truvia because sometimes this is hard to find. I brought my oat brand so I can make my pancakes and all of my supplements. And then, of course, I went to a farmer's market which is pretty easy to do most towns have a farmers' market. And um I got all my produce there so that I can maintain my salads and healthy proteins. No no excuses no matter where you are if you put your mind to it you can uh stay healthy and stay on track.
CrossFit in Kauai
Sarah Grace SG training Zone good morning day three on Kawaii my vacation. I actually looked up some crossfits on the Island and I'm going to go to CrossFit today so be pretty interesting my first Kawaii wad we'll see how they get down here on kwaii but first recovery phase woo sweating with Shany sweating it out no Richard Simmons here get rid of all those chips yep snacks I should have been eating working it out get in the zone yes training.

I'm met a l I'm here at CrossFit kyua and I'm getting ready to check out the cross games W that everybody's been doing that I'm supposed to do and I'm going to do tomorrow if I don't feel like WFT still so I'm here checking things out oh and they be gun stay tuned tomorrow you can watch me suffer through it all right.
Preparing for the Last Day in Kauai
So today is my last day on Kawaii I have to leave today I'm so sad but I'm going to actually get a little bit of a workout in before I have to get on my plane so um I have my jump rope in the background and I'm going to jump rope and um probably do some walking lunges push-ups that sort of thing so um that way I can get in a little bit of something before I actually have to get on that plane and sit for like 12 hours um but anyways it's been fun bringing you guys this uh sort of reality uh TV version of me and my vacation.
