Premium Bluetooth Speakers Bose Revolve + Vs Bose SoundLink III

**Bluetooth Speaker Review: Boss Revolve Plus vs Sound Link III**

In this review, we will be comparing two premium Bluetooth speakers, the Boss Revolve Plus and the Sound Link III. Both speakers have impressive features, but which one comes out on top? We'll dive into each speaker's unique features, sound quality, and overall performance to help you make an informed decision.

**Design and Features**

The first thing that stands out about these speakers is their design. The Boss Revolve Plus has a sleek and modern cylindrical shape that makes it easy to carry around. This speaker also features voice prompts when you pair it with your smartphone, which provides feedback on the battery level and connection status. Additionally, it has NFC support, making it easy to connect with your phone or computer. On the other hand, the Sound Link III does not have NFC support, but it does have a simple and compact design that makes it easy to take on the go.

**Sound Quality**

One of the most important aspects of any speaker is its sound quality. Both speakers deliver excellent audio, but with some subtle differences. The Boss Revolve Plus has impressive sound dispersion in 360° area, which means you'll feel like the music is all around you. However, the sound may not be as impactful as the Sound Link III, which produces a more focused and punchy sound.

**Comparison of Features**

When it comes to features, the Boss Revolve Plus takes the lead. It has voice prompts, NFC support, and integration with Google Assistant, making it a more advanced speaker. The Sound Link III, on the other hand, lacks these features, but still delivers excellent audio quality.

**Demo Time!**

To give you a better idea of how these speakers sound, I'll play a small track on both devices. Let's see which one blows you away first! (plays music) As you can hear, both speakers deliver excellent audio quality, but the Sound Link III has a more impactful sound. However, the Boss Revolve Plus still sounds amazing, especially with its 360° sound dispersion.

**Base Response**

The bass response is another important aspect of any speaker. The Sound Link III has a slight edge here, thanks to its radiators and subwoofer. However, the Boss Revolve Plus still delivers good bass for its size. It's worth noting that both speakers produce excellent audio quality, but if you're looking for a more impactful sound, the Sound Link III is the way to go.

**Ratings**

In terms of ratings, I would give the Boss Revolve Plus an 8.5 out of 10 for its overall performance, while the Sound Link III gets a 9 out of 10. The latter's superior bass response and more focused sound make it a top contender in this category.

**Pricing**

Finally, let's talk about pricing. The Sound Link III is retailing for around $22,000, but can be found on sale for around $18,000. The Boss Revolve Plus is selling in India for ₹24,500. While both speakers are premium products, the Sound Link III may be worth the splurge if you're looking for a more impactful sound.

**Conclusion**

In conclusion, both the Boss Revolve Plus and the Sound Link III are excellent Bluetooth speakers with impressive features and sound quality. However, when it comes down to it, the Sound Link III takes the lead in terms of sound quality, while the Boss Revolve Plus excels in terms of features and overall performance. Whether you choose one over the other depends on your priorities and budget. Stay tuned for more reviews like this, and let us know which speaker you'd choose if you had to pick between these two!

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is Ranjit and in this uh video we're going to do a comparison between two Premium Bluetooth speakers from Bose uh the sound link 3 this is the one that I own I purchased it recently and uh Bose had sent me this uh this is a review unit this is the Bose revolve plus which they just launched uh last month and these are Premium Bluetooth uh speakers so I'll be giving you out my opinion because I have used both these speakers which one is actually better for you but let's first talk about uh uh this one this is the Bose uh revolve plus uh there is also one more variant of this one uh that is just known as Bose revolve that's slightly smaller uh this one is the slightly bigger one as you can see and it also has this handle so that you can carry it uh around and U this one actually packs in quite a few new features if we compare it with this boost sound link 3 this one actually does not have a lot of features like new NFC uh and other stuff I'll talk about it uh but this one does have a lot of features for example uh all the buttons here are on the top and this is this unique design the cylindrical design that I call and uh that is the reason it has that 360° sound so if you're sitting in a room where where people are around in a circular way everybody would get that balance sound because of of this 360° uh it has speakers all around and uh this one is also Splash resistant so if accidentally it's not waterproof you can't dip it in the swimming pool or do something like that but if accidentally water falls on this this will be okay that's not the case with this one and uh it has this handle to carry around so it is easier to Candle uh carry this one is slightly on the heavier side as you can see this looks like a transistor uh in terms of looks I would say this is pretty old looking like a transistor and uh moving to the battery both of them actually have very good battery life but both claims uh this one is having slightly better at 16 hours I couldn't test it completely but yes it lasted for about 12 to 13 hours and uh what I really like with this new one is that it you can charge it using a micro USB port that means with any mobile charger you can charge it so this is a big Plus in my opinion uh which is not the case with this sound link 3 the sound link 3 has this proprietary Port so you have to use that custom charger that comes with this and I think so this is the biggest drawback that I have with this one so I have to carry that charger with me if I'm going out of station or something with this one it works with just any mobile phone that is having a micro USB port charging time is almost about 4 hours from it's when it's completely dead and apart from that some of the new features that we have on this one is when you power this on it gives you voice prompt when you pair it for example I am going to battery 80% so as you can see it give uh you an idea that 80% of the battery is there and also when you pair with your smartphone it says it's paid with this one or what and uh uh it has plus minus for volume you can increase the volume and we also have this uh button this is an interesting one uh this is integration with Google assistant and if you're using an iPhone C so if you press this you can invoke C if it's connected to your smartphone or if you're using an Android device Google Assistant works so that that's a nice thing and you can also change the uh Source this one you actually can connect it to your personal computer VI the micro USB port so that is also one interesting thing that uh this one has so definitely in terms of features uh this revolve plus is more future proof and yes this one has NFC support uh this does not have any NFC support so definitely in terms of feature Set uh this B revolve plus is having a lot more features compared to the older sound link uh 3 and uh uh but let me actually try to give you a demo I know it's not fair one uh but many people asked me to give a demo so I'm going to play a small track on both these so that you can uh have a brief idea and later on I'll talk about the most important part about a speaker is how's the sound output I'll talk about that so stay tuned he and according to me the most important thing in a speaker is house it sounds it might have hundreds of features but if the sound quality is not that great I feel it's a stupid b uh but luckily both these speakers sound excellent for a Bluetooth speakers uh again uh you will be blown away if you haven't listened to them uh the speak uh audio quality is actually really good but the way this revolve plus is there as you can see it's in cylindrical shape and the sound is disper in 360° area so uh I felt at the same volume level the sound was not that impactful with this sound revolve plus again you might not notice this if you don't have uh this one and if you're not comparing it side by side if you just uh play one after the other it'll sound almost the same but uh the sound link 3 has more impactful sound uh because the simple reason is that uh it is not dispersing the sound in 360° area the sound is going to just come in this area so if you place this speaker uh for example here and if you're listening the sound will just come here and it's more impactful also the back of the sound three uh has this radiators and a little bit of subwoofer so in fact in terms of Base response don't get me wrong the revolve plus also has good base for its size uh but definitely in terms of Base the sound length three produce slightly better base in my opinion so if I have to rate them just purely on sound not on features if feature set comes definitely this revolve plus is going to go way ahead but if I talk just about the sound I would rate uh this uh uh revolve plus as 8.5 out of 10 and if I have to rate uh the sound length three just B based on the sound I would rate this 9 out of 10 I just feel that the sound quality is a little bit more impactful on the sound link 3 and also the base response is slightly better so again it comes down to uh your preference I would say uh definitely this revolve plus has more features like voice prom NFC support and also it is Splash resistant uh so in terms of features definitely the revolve plus is a better one uh but when I talk just about purely about sound then I feel the sound link uh 3 has slightly better sound output uh again regarding the pricing these are premium speakers uh this B sound link 3 uh is retailing for about 22,000 uh but when I purchased this when I purchased this from Amazon it was on sale for around $18 ,000 and this uh uh revolve plus is selling in India for 24,500 so uh these are the two speakers and I hope you found this uh uh video review helpful and I hope this helps you in deciding which one is uh better for you so do let me know in the comment section if you have to buy one of these which one would you go for the sound link 3 or the boss revolve plus so guys that's it for now for this video and if you're not subscri subcribe to my YouTube channel hit that subscribe button thanks for watching this is ranit and I hope to see you in
