**The Apple TV: A Hidden Gem**
The Apple TV is one of my favorite Apple products of all time. It's an entertainment device that ties in with your Apple ID account and provides an overall pleasurable viewing experience. In one sentence, it can be described as "it's an entertainment device that ties in with your Apple ID account and provides an overall pleasurable viewing experience." The Apple TV is a $99 box that is cheap yet delivers on its promise of providing a great user experience.
**Media Delivery and Entertainment**
The Apple TV has direct integration with all of Apple's media entertainment delivery services, which I believe is a huge selling point. As someone who loves integration, I appreciate how seamlessly the Apple TV works out of the box. The device can automatically stream content from your Mac to your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and yes even your Apple TV. For those who love Netflix, this feature is especially appealing, as you can access it directly on your Apple TV without having to jump through hoops.
**The Xbox One vs Apple TV: Which One Should You Choose?**
For gamers like myself, the Xbox One may be an attractive option due to its robust gaming capabilities. However, when it comes specifically to entertainment delivery and streaming, I highly recommend the Apple TV. The Xbox One's entertainment features are not new and can be found on other consoles such as the PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and even the original Wii. In contrast, the Apple TV offers a unique experience that is exclusive to the Apple ecosystem.
**A Comparison of Price Points**
The price difference between the Xbox One and the Apple TV is significant. The Xbox One costs $500, while the Apple TV is just $99. While this may seem like a lot, I believe that the value proposition offered by the Apple TV makes it an attractive option for those who prioritize entertainment delivery above all else.
**Personal Preference and Budget**
Ultimately, the choice between the Xbox One and the Apple TV comes down to personal preference and budget. The Xbox One is an amazing console that has yet to disappoint me, but its price point may be out of reach for some. On the other hand, the Apple TV offers a unique experience at an affordable price point.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys wor David def franker here from deer.com ask that is your open for for submitting questions for videos such as this one today's question comes from Carlos Garcia also known as Carlos G27 on Twitter Carlos's Twitter link will be right below okay so Carlos says hey David big fan I was wondering since the Xbox One is basically an entertainment system I prefer to call it a gaming entertainment system that's just me though what will you do with your Apple TV since the Xbox one will do basically what the Apple TV does because I'm thinking of purchasing both but don't want to waste money on the same thing twice thanks all right so I got to be honest this is a very interesting question because the Xbox One and the Apple TV May both be entertainment devices but at the end of the day they're very very different so to start things off let me explain to everyone what the Xbox One is marketed as and why I feel we're going to get out of it as well consumers and Gamers now first up is obviously a gaming console entertainment aside blah blah blah music movies all that stuff aside it is at heart a gaming console and if you're a gamer like myself then yes you most likely will be buying an Xbox one but along with the gaming you have an awesome bonus of media entertainment such as music movies TV shows off from Xbox's Marketplace as well as services like Netflix Pandora uh Hulu Plus will that be on Xbox one I don't see why not and then of course there's so much more to talk about such as video chatting via Skype all the networking capabilities voice chat it's such a huge console with so much potential that it's impossible to talk about everything in one video but lucky for you guys and because I love to talk my head off um I do have tons of Xbox One videos so go to my channel you know the main page over at youtube.com/ thecreative one and search for Xbox one and you'll find plenty of videos to to take in and now getting to the other half of the video let me talk about the Apple TV now as you guys probably know I freaking love the Apple TV it's one of my favorite Apple products of all time and honestly I think it deserves more credit and more respect and more attention then it's already getting all right so for those not aware the Apple TV in one sentence is it's an entertainment device that ties in with your Apple ID account and provides an overall pleasurable viewing experience no that's not a direct quote from Apple I literally just thought of that in my head right now but you get the point it's all about media delivery entertainment via the iCloud via local connectivity it's just all around an awesome little $99 box yes $99 it's cheap I use it every single day mainly for one feature Netflix I am a huge huge fan of Netflix whether it's movies I've been watching a lot of movies lately a lot of TV shows especially the the killing the killing is such a great show I'm currently in season 2 episode 3 it's getting really good still though that is just scratching TOS service there is so much to take in on the Apple TV Netflix is just the beginning they have direct integration with all of Apple's media entertainment delivery services which in my opinion is a huge selling point because you know me I love integration I love when things just work out of the box I don't like when you have to do hacks or work arounds it's just when you rent a movie or TV show or well buy a TV show for that matter on your Mac it automatically goes up to the cloud and you can stream it directly to your iPhone iPod Touch iPad and yes even your Apple TV and again guys if you love Netflix like me just pick it up $99 it's such a great little device I cannot stress that enough but wait of course I do have to answer the question for Carlos which is better Xbox One or Apple TV like I said there're two completely different devices in the way of delivering entertainment but you also have to keep in mind the Xbox One 's entertainment uh portion of the product isn't exactly new I mean a lot of people seem to be focusing on that for some reason because your PS4 or I'm sorry your PS3 and your Xbox 360 can already do that so can the Wii U and even the original Wii and I believe the 3DS I believe the 3DS even does Netflix not that I never watch Netflix on my 3DS but still the option is there as far as I know so what am I getting at here well if you're a big gamer like myself and you happen to love entertainment as well then yes the Xbox one will be an amazing system overall but then again it's $500 so if you're more concerned about just specifically entertainment delivery and streaming and all that good stuff then I definitely have to recommend the Apple TV which again is just $99 two completely different price points very different products overall but both in my opinion are pretty sweet now yes by pretty sweet I mean the Xbox one is not out yet I do realize that but let's be honest it's going to be an awesome console and I don't see why why not Xbox has yet to disappoint me with the first Xbox the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One just seems to be well even better so there you go Carlos
