Forget the iPhone 14 - 2023 changes EVERYTHING!

The Future of Apple's Product Line: Rumors and Speculations

Apple has been rumored to be working on several new products, including the iMac Pro with a 27-inch mini-LED display. The current iMac Pro is expected to get bumped down to a 24-inch size instead of a larger 32-inch panel, which doesn't make sense considering the previous iMac model was upgraded from 21.5 inches to 24 inches in recent years.

The new iMac Pro's 27-inch mini-LED display is said to have a 120Hz pro-motion feature, making it an awesome and impressive panel. Additionally, Apple is expected to release the M3 Pro and M3 Max chips, but not much information has been revealed about these chips yet. The article will delve into more details about these chips later in this video.

The Mac Pro, which was initially expected to be unveiled at WWDC 2022, has been pushed back to an unknown date. According to Mark German, it's now expected to come with the Apple M2 Extreme chip instead of the M1 Extreme. The M2 Extreme is rumored to have double the specs of the M2 Ultra, but no information about the M2 Ultra has been revealed yet.

The question on everyone's mind is whether the Mac Pro will have a redesign or keep its current modular design. German suggests that Apple might choose one approach: keeping it modular with expansion cards or giving it a new design similar to the Mac Studio. However, considering the ram and gpu are soldered onto the SoC, making it modular doesn't make sense. The only potential expansion cards could be IO devices.

The article concludes by mentioning the brand-new Mac Mini, which is expected to come with the Apple M2 and M2 Pro chips but won't have any new design changes or colors. German states that it wouldn't make sense for the Mac Mini to get a redesign when the Mac Studio has essentially the same design as two Mac Minis stacked on top of each other.

The Chip Specs

According to Mark German, the M2 Max is rumored to come with a 12-core GPU up from 10 and 38 core GPU up from 32. This would be a significant upgrade, making it an attractive option for those looking for more processing power. The M2 Max will reportedly have up to 64 GB of RAM.

The article concludes by mentioning the release date of these chips, which is still unknown but rumored to be in 2023. However, German notes that having too many new chips at once might be overwhelming and confusing for consumers.

Overall, Apple's product line has been shrouded in mystery, leaving fans eager to learn more about their upcoming releases. As the article comes to a close, it's clear that there's still much to be revealed about these products before they're officially announced by Apple.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: en2023 is said to be the biggest year for apple since the introduction of the iphone there are said to be tons of new releases big changes to not just their iphone lineup but also the mac and the ipad lineup alongside some brand new products so here are 10 of the biggest products to expect number one we of course have the iphone 15. now the biggest change that we expect to see here is a switch from lightning to usb type c this is because of the new eu regulations this is awesome finally apple not just because you would be able to use the same charger for all of your devices now but also because prores would finally be usable now that's because lightning only had usb 2.0 speed so it took forever to transfer perez onto your computer now the second big change is said to be a periscope telephoto camera module so similar to what we have on samsung devices and some of the other manufacturers and this is great the zoom level on the iphone is fine it's 3x but it just cannot compete with what samsung offers at the moment it's just a shame that this would have taken apple three years to fully implement compared to the competition also that pill plus whole camera cutouts that we have on the iphone 14 pros is set to finally make it to the base iphone 15 model so all the iphones released in 2023 would have uh that pilfall cutout we also know that the a17 chip will now be based on a three nanometer process and that in 2023 apple will continue this trend that they're just about to start in 2022 of having the previous year's uh chips in the iphone and the base models and then the new chips in the pro models so yes the a17 would only be in the iphone 15 pros we have actually seen some um reports on manufacturing delays apparently both intel and apple have ordered a huge batch of three nanometer chips from tsmc but intel has now postponed the order and it looks like apple is still in the game in terms of getting these chips manufactured in the second half of 2022 actually and that's because some of the macs that will be released this year and next year will also feature three nanometer chips more about that in just a bit okay the second big product for 23 is going to be the apple mixed reality headset now this is going to be one of the biggest new products for apple ever this is going to change everything the reveal is said to be in january according to ming chi kuo and this thing will feature an apple m2 chip with a very powerful 96 watt power adapter it is also set to feature super high resolution 4k micro oled displays per eye with a ppi of 3 000 so this should be the retina display of uh vr headsets now the whole headset is set to be enclosed um so this will be a vr focused headset instead of ar like the apple glasses will be this would be released a bit later however it is said to have cameras all around uh for augmented reality apps and most of these apps apparently will be productivity and game apps so yeah just loads of use cases that apple is running for their mixed reality headsets they've also released room kit with ios 16 allowing you to fully map a room uh using that lighter module so again this is something that uh the mixed reality headset would be using and in fact there are even reports of a second generation headset yes apple is all in i'm really excited for this headset like honestly uh i think this has the power to change our lives forever and apple will definitely dominate the market when they release that thing so super excited and it's coming in uh january at least the unveil by the way if you want us to make a full in-depth video regarding all the latest leaks and rumors on apple's mixed reality headsets let us know in the comment section down below because there's a lot more to talk about the 30 product is expected to be a 15 inch macbook air yes the same macbook air that we have now just in a larger 15-inch form factor and i think that this is great having a super thin super light laptop that still has a fairly large display this is one of the best choices i think on the market for anyone who wants portability and productivity like the 16 inch mango pro is just very thick and very heavy when compared to the old 50 inch model so i think that for anyone who was a fan of that 15 tribal pro this is going to be a very very nice upgrade at number four we have the 12-inch macbook which according to mark german might actually be making a return in late 2023 or even 2024. the 12-inch macbook which was introduced seven years ago is still in my opinion the best looking apple laptop and it's also still the thinnest and the lightest although personally i don't think that it makes a lot of sense to bring back the 12-inch as the 13-inch air is already very thin very light and just doing the same thing but just a tiny bit smaller i don't know i feel like it's not really worth the r d speaking of different sizes we also have a different sized ipad that's supposedly coming a 14.2 inch ipad this will be the largest ipad that apple has ever made but here's the weird thing according to ross young this new ipad would not have a promotion display or a mini led panel which means that there's no way that his ipad will be an ipad pro but instead it could simply be an ipad air i think that maybe from a price point that could make sense um imagine if apple would release the 14.2 inch ipad pro that thing would have been extremely expensive as the 12.9 inch already is so i think that by giving it the ipad air name and just removing some features they could keep this at maybe the same price point as the 12.9 inch ipad pro or even the 11 inch maybe who knows but then of course giving you a much larger display next up we have the 24 inch imac which as you probably know this is not getting updated in 2022 so this won't be getting the m2 chip but in 2023 this is said to be getting the m3g now this is said to be a pretty big upgrade because the m3 chip is said to be manufactured on a new three nanometer process so this will be the new m1 so to say in terms of efficiency improvements the m2 as you probably know was a bit of a letdown but the m3 is going to be a big upgrade now aside from this we might see some brand new colors but other than that the design is expected to remain the same speaking of the imac we also have some reports that apple is working on a larger version of this imac essentially an imac pro and we made a more detailed video on that in case you want to check out all the details but long story short this sets you have the same design as a 24 inch but come in a space gray or a darker color i think midnight would look amazing on such an imac now the weird thing is that the display sets remain the same as the old 27-inch imax of 27 inches instead of a larger 32 inch panel this doesn't really make a lot of sense to me like this imac got bumped from 21.5 to 24 inch so it makes sense for the larger 27 inch imac to get bumped to i don't know like 30 or 29 inches or so now this display is said to be a mini led panel and have a 120hz pro motion display so that's going to be an awesome awesome panel and on top of that we're also expecting to see the apple m3 pro and the m3 max chips we don't really have a lot of details on those just yet but i will be talking about the m2 pro and the m2 max later in this video okay then we have the brand new mac pro now this should actually be unveiled in 2022 according to mark german this was actually expected to be announced at wwc 2022 but it just didn't pan out it is expected to come with the apple m2 extreme chip instead of the m1 extreme like it was initially reported and the m2 extreme is likely to come with double the specs of the m2 ultra however we don't really know any details of the m2 ultra just yet now it could also be the case that this would be the m1 extreme but in fact renamed to the m2 extreme and in that case we should see 40 cpu cores 128 gpu cord and up to 256 gigabytes of ram like we've seen previously reported but i think the biggest question in terms of the mac pro is will it have a redesign and i think that this simply depends on what approach apple takes so approach one is of course keeping it modular in which case they would simply keep the same design the second approach is giving it a new design sort of like a larger mac studio now if we take a look at apple silicon the ram is soldered onto the soc the gpu is also soldered onto the soc so it doesn't really make sense for it to be a modular mac pro like the only expansion cards that you could add might be i don't know some more io maybe some people need that but to just release a new mac just for more i o i know it just doesn't seem right to me but then also if it's not modular then it would simply just be a more powerful mac studio which kind of kills off the whole idea of a mac pro which is supposed to be this modular expandable mac has a very odd one we'll have to wait and see which approach apple takes then we also have a brand new mac mini so this is coming from mark german and he's saying that chip wise it would come with the apple m2 and the apple m2 pro chips but interesting enough he's also saying that we would not be seeing any new design at all no new colors or nothing that uh john froster has reported before with those uh really really cool design changes or german was saying that it doesn't really make a lot of sense for the mac mini to be redesigned when the mac studio which is a brand new mac has essentially the same design as two mac minis stacked on top of each other now i should mention that this new mac mini could actually come out in 2022 it simply depends on when the apple m2 pro chip is set to come out and according to mark german this and the m2 max are only said to come out in 2023 and then we have the 14 inch and the 16 inch macbook pros um which are expected to keep the exact same design but upgrade the chips to the m2 pro and the m2 max now i do want to mention some of the chip specs now so the m2 max is rumored to come with a 12 core gpu up from 10 so that's a pretty good upgrade and then a 38 core gpu up from 32 so that's a bigger upgrade still with up to 64 gigabytes of ram other than that we don't really expect any new changes maybe we will see that midnight color from the macbook air i think that would look awesome and in terms of the actual release it simply depends once again just like with the mac mini on when the m2 pro and the m2 max chips get released which according to mark german that will be in 2023 um i believe that it will be in 2022. otherwise next year we will have just way too many chips the m2 pro m2 max m3 pro m3 max m3 i am too extreme so there's just way too many chips but yeah let me know what do you guys think what product from the 2023 lineup are you excited for the most i'm daniel this means enough tech and i'll see you guys in the next one tech signing out cheers2023 is said to be the biggest year for apple since the introduction of the iphone there are said to be tons of new releases big changes to not just
