one handle of the binder clip then get yourself a rubber band I'm using one that's about a/4 in or 3 mm wide simply cut the rubber band with a pair of scissors and then take that handle and bend it out just a little bit I tied the rubber band to both ends of the handle and then used some plastic BB's I had left over from my last video and made a quick and easy and pretty powerful little
