**Unboxing and First Impressions: DS International Ergonomic Keyboard with Touchpad**
I was excited to get my hands on the DS International Ergonomic Keyboard with Touchpad, which promises to deliver a unique user experience with its built-in touchpad and ergonomic design. As I opened the box, I was immediately struck by its size – or lack thereof. The keyboard itself is slim and lightweight, but the packaging is enormous, making me wonder if it's worth the space.
**Box Content**
As I carefully removed the keyboard from the box, I noticed that it came with a user manual, a set of instructions on how to use the extra buttons on the keyboard, and two AA batteries for wireless operation. The battery compartment was cleverly designed, allowing users to easily replace the batteries without having to disassemble the entire keyboard. The touchpad, which is located at the top right corner of the keyboard, is small but functional, and I could see that it would be perfect for navigating through applications.
**Keyboard Design and Features**
The DS International Ergonomic Keyboard with Touchpad has a unique design that sets it apart from other keyboards on the market. The curved shape of the keyboard provides support for the hands and wrists, reducing fatigue and discomfort during extended use. I was impressed by the number of function keys embedded in the keyboard, which would be useful for users who require access to multiple functions at once. Additionally, there are several extra buttons that can be customized to suit individual preferences.
**Touchpad Functionality**
One of the standout features of this keyboard is its touchpad, which offers a range of functionalities, including gesture recognition and zooming capabilities. While it's not as large as some other touchpads on the market, it's still functional and would be perfect for users who want to access multimedia controls or adjust font sizes.
**Windows Key and USB Receiver**
On the bottom right corner of the keyboard is a Windows key, which is a nice touch for users who prefer the Windows operating system. The mini USB receiver that comes with the keyboard is cleverly designed, allowing users to easily plug in their keyboard without having to navigate through complex menus. It's also surprisingly small and lightweight, making it easy to take on-the-go.
**Conclusion**
Overall, I was impressed by the DS International Ergonomic Keyboard with Touchpad, which offers a unique blend of functionality and design. While some may find the compact size of the packaging unusual, the keyboard itself is well-built and comfortable to use. In my next video review, I'll be putting this keyboard through its paces, testing its performance and reliability in various scenarios.
