know she reached out to him and said would you be interested in reviewing some candles and we just happened to be going there to visit so we decided to pick up some candles for him and she was kind enough to give us all these candles for review which is very nice I love it I love when someone else talks I can just sit here and chill and especially since I think David's giving me a lot of them I wonder where those sounds are coming from did you hear that make out was that Dad doing stuff I don't know I'm sorry about the rain noise in the background but it's actually kind of soothing so Anita off cuz this is mine I set this up to show you cuz I use these candles all the time I've been buying these candles for years so this is a fun video for me to help David do and speaking of fun that's exactly the kind of style we're going for usually I do like professional style reviews this this is just us talking about candles having fun so we have two different styles here um let's start out with the Frosted red I have my iPad so I don't forget things let's talk yeah let's put the yellow on inside sizes yes Anita seriously thank you you really hooked us up this is crazy so thank you again I just realized she gave us like one of every size yeah we have like one of every size that's actually perfect and this Mak the thing of Home Alone remember with buzz and Kevin just kidding okay so let's start out with this one a votive this takes two doublea's yep I believe sorry as I knock knock him over should we redo that no it's fine it's fine this is a terrible review should we start over Dam it it's candles I don't care having fun I don't usually talk about candles so this is the frost and red this one takes two double A yes I believe and two doublea's on these as well but the bigger ones take two diesel batteries with one year of battery life one year and these are the ones that if you turn them on they'll stay on for 6 hours and automatically shut off and then they know to come back on exact same time every day which is really neat that's really cool because as you guys know I unboxed candles a while ago from Amazon they're good for what they are but they're kind of cheap plasticky these and is NI know what the walk around the house turn your candles on just explain real quick how quality feel qu is amazing they do not feel like that yeah I mean they have like glitter on the snow so they're really decorative candles yeah Decor I I love the word so basically these do not feel like battery operated candles they feel like real candles they just happen to have batteries inside of them they do they feel very waxy they feel brought a couple examples of how I currently use these candles so since we're talking about these I'll use this little Ved one yes go ahead so and I'll throw some b-roll for you guys simply turn it on I believe you can either have solid or flicker can't you personally I'm more of a fan of flicker think this is flicker cuz that's more realistic so like this is an example like I already had this tree I'm sure I probably bought it at King's Homestead and a little flower wreath thing to go and there you go so now it will stay on for 6 hours and it'll shut off and it will come back on tomorrow at 5:00 oh there okay so that's pretty cool I keep knocking his one candle over so yeah that's one example of how you can use them and then and they basically just have different sizes for different like this here's another one this is my candle currently that I have it's green yeah I use it in here and what is the timer on that same thing six hours six hours yep probably said that any here and this is another same type of candle that's nice um just a different setup they also sell these lanterns there you probably see them website yep I got them from Kings yes so they're probably available on their website they have a great a great website which of of course I'll link right below if you guys want to check it out since David is holding the candlesticks there's another put that one in there very nice and for this you can even you just turn it on o i I didn't even know that yep and same concept I believe these will go off in six hours very nice now this one I'm not going to turn on this one I actually just bought in my last visit to Lancaster and it's a candle um yeah this this was not from Kings but they may have it there a lot of similar crafts and I have it a little wreath and I'm not going to turn it on cuz I don't want to mess up my timer I think this is set to go on around 600 or 7 o' so I thought that's a nice little way to display it so you want to talk about these next one more thing I want to say these I like the most because they look christmy yes and they also come in green and I don't think they're even really technically Christmas candles are they no you can use them like I have a red yeah they're just called frosted red so they just happen to look great and I'm assum I don't know if they still come in green cuz I got this from them I imagine it does still come in green but you can get it I definitely like red more though I like I like I like red okay so again don't forget diesel batteries two onee battery life so let's put those aside now these well I personally like the red ones more from a visual standpoint these are very interesting these are more functional because you can actually change the time between the light is it 4 hours and 8 hours yeah so 4 hours so this will automatically go off by 9:00 and8 hours and I think by default these flicker correct it looks like it does this have the option cuz I know these have the option right yeah yeah since these are by default 6 hours you get the option of flicker or just a steady light I think I don't I don't see an option no I don't see it I think it's just one which is fine though cuz honestly this is more realistic um I was actually telling Mom oh God it's a fire I was telling Mom we should talk about that too before it's safety too I was telling Mom before we started the video I like these from a realistic standpoint because you can't see the flame so maybe visitors real candles uh so the only way you would know they were not real candles is if you look in them whereas with these you can see the flame but I like how these look more with the red so it's a nice it's a nice balance between two two different styles like we just accidentally said as you as most of you know I'm assuming David's followers going to watch this video we have a lot of pets so these are not real candles so you don't have to worry about a fire hazard mhm and they look real don't they look like real candles yes and these have a very rustic look to them which is nice I like and I believe these are just some samples
