Adding an Ultra-Wide Angle Lens on iPhone XS & XR

Adding an Ultra Wide-Angle Lens to Your iPhone 10s and 10R with Moment

Last week, we made a video on how to add a 2x zoom to your iPhone 10 hour using moment. Today, we're taking a look at another lens for a moment and adding an ultra wide-angle lens to your iPhone 10 s and 10 R. Thanks for watching Apple Insider. One of my favorite things about the iPhone 10s is its dual camera lens setup. It's easily one of the best smartphone cameras that's out in the market right now, and the images you can get out of this iPhone is just beautiful. Now there are rumors floating around that the new iPhone 11 that Apple will announce at their annual September event may include an ultra wide-angle lens to complete a triple camera setup.

One of my favorite things about these new Android devices in 2019 such as the Galaxy S 10 is its triple camera setup which includes an ultra wide-angle lens and sandir lens and a telephoto lens. Now we're pretty excited for the next iPhone and its new camera technology but if you just upgraded your phone recently to an iPhone 10 s or 10 R and you're not really looking to upgrade once the new phones are out adding the moment 18 millimeter lens might be the best move for you if you want an ultra wide-angle camera and just like moments telephoto lens.

The wide-angle 18 millimeter lens is made out of high quality aluminum that is cold to the touch and their lenses are dense and weight a significant amount which I'm a big fan of but some may not like this but it is an indication of a high quality product in my opinion. The glass on the lens is also made out of high quality glass and moment doesn't cut corners when producing your lenses they're sharp and doesn't really add noticeable chromatic aberration.

Now with Moments lenses you are required to use their iPhone case which we've mentioned previously is a great concept because you can adapt these lenses to older iPhones or whatever phone case moment produces. Shooting with wide-angle lens is super straightforward you can attach the lens to the case open the stock camera app and start shooting or you can buy the moment app which can give you more granular controls like shutter speed ISO white balance or set the photo format to tiff or raw.

Whenever I am shooting with my moment lenses I'm always shooting with the moment app but you can use whatever app you'd like. Personally, I was never a big fan of these third-party iPhone lenses but once I gave them a try I always try to bring them with me even if it's only for a short trip or weekend getaway because they do come in handy in situations where I can't bring my mirrorless camera.

If you're looking to pick up the moment 18 millimeter wide-angle lens, be sure to leave links down below so you can give them a try. Hey everyone did you guys like that video?
