Cirkus App - Scheduling and Collaboration App for iOS & Mac! [Sponsored]

What's Up Guys? Miles Here with 9 to 5 Mac and Today We're Gonna Be Checking Out an Awesome Productivity in Project Manager Called Circus

Circus is primarily oriented for enterprise users, teams, and large companies, but you can certainly use circus for individual work as well. There are a bunch of really useful features that this app can offer to aid project management and collaborations.

The application utilizes Gantt style project management which allows for people and resource scheduling. The homepage of the application will show you your tasks based on how you've organized them at the top, with star tasks having personal tasks in the middle, and all other tasks assigned to a project at the bottom. You can tweak this menu to only display tasks that are in progress as an example of how you can filter these out.

In the side menu, here you can access all of your tasks, projects, and workspaces individually. A great feature that circus offers is the ability to comment and react to actions within a project. As you can see, I've got a project open with another user assigned to complete it. The user is not only able to leave comments on the task but also upload and showcase images. If I want, I can add a reaction to that comment with an emoji or if I want to leave specific feedback, I can just hit the reply button and leave a comment.

You can also tag another collaborator on this project if you want someone else to give feedback on the task. The cool part is that circus will keep an activity log of everything that happened within that specific task. You have a basic and a detailed oriented view, which is really helpful for keeping track of what's happening in your projects.

The subtasks feature is also a really helpful way of being able to organize all the specific goals that need to be met in order to complete a task. All you have to do is go into the task menu, add a subtask, and then you can modify that subtask to set its own due date and assignee. Subtasks are a really awesome collaborative feature and just like the regular tasks feature, you can add comments with attachments and mention other users.

Circus has a very thorough scheduling feature that allows you to set up events for task management. You simply click and drag on the timeline and you can set up a booking with another member in your workspace. Then, you've got your request workflow feature that allows you to essentially create preset tasks for a certain project within your workspace after making the template, you just go into requests and the template will be there.

Circus has a starter plan that you can check out for free, but if you're ready to expand, you can click the link in the description to start your 30-day free trial for their pro plan. Which gives you even more features like having up to 100 workspace users and advanced search and export tools. So hit the first link in the description below to check out circus.
