**Time and Money Saving Hacks**

As a busy mom, I've learned to prioritize time and money saving hacks that work for me and my family. One such hack is doing my own meals. Yes, you read that right! I still cook my own meals, even though it may seem counterintuitive. However, I've found that cooking at home allows me to save a significant amount of money compared to eating out or ordering takeout. Plus, I can control the ingredients and portion sizes, which is especially important when breastfeeding.

I did a video on this topic about two years ago, where I shared my method for meal prep. If you're interested in learning more, I've included a link to that video below. One of the benefits of cooking at home is that I can also avoid the hassle and expense of regular salon visits. As a result, I've been wearing these nails for three weeks and three days without any issues. They only take me ten minutes to apply, and the cost per manicure is around two dollars.

In addition to meal prep, I've also developed a few hair hacks that save me time and money. One of my favorite hair hacks is using clip-in hair extensions to add length and volume to my hair when I'm in a hurry or don't want to heat damage my locks. Simply put the extension clips on your hair and pull it over to one side, securing it with a side braid. This hack not only saves me time but also helps prevent damage to my hair.

Another hair hack that works for me is putting my hair over to one side when I'm styling it. Not only does this take less than half the time, but it also gives my hair a more textured look. I find that this style looks thicker and fuller than any other method I've tried. Plus, it's easy on the hair, so I can wear it every day without worrying about damage.

**Preventing Body Odor**

As a breastfeeding mom, I'm always on the lookout for ways to prevent body odor. One of my favorite hacks is using a toothpaste that's specifically designed to kill bacteria in the mouth and prevent morning breath. The toothpaste I use contains zinc, which has natural antibacterial properties. Simply brush your teeth with this toothpaste at night, and you'll wake up without any morning breath.

For other types of body odor, I've tried several different natural deodorants that claim to work just as well as aluminum-based products. After testing several options, I was thrilled to find an organic island deodorant that actually works! It's unassuming packaging belies its powerful performance, and it keeps me fresh and confident all day long.

**My Cleavage Secret**

Last but not least, I want to share my secret for getting the best, most natural-looking cleavage without any padding. To achieve this look, you'll need two specific products: a sticky bra and a regular bra. The sticky bra is specially designed to stick together at the front, rather than just attaching to your skin. Simply put it on, securing it with clips or straps, and then wear a regular bra underneath to lift everything up.

This hack may seem unconventional, but trust me, it's worth trying! I've worn this combination for special occasions, and it gives me a boost of confidence without looking like I'm wearing any padding. So if you want to feel extra sexy and sassy, give my cleavage secret a try!

is instead of using makeup remover wipes you can use water wipes this is what I use on Carter they are my favorite baby wipe out there because they are 99.9 percent water and wait 1% fruit extracts so there's not any added chemicals and relative to makeup remover wipes they are a lot less expensive I like to keep these in my nightstand so just in case I'm too tired to wash my face the old-fashioned way they're also great for traveling you should be wearing SPF year round but especially in the spring and summer months where we tend to be spending more time outside a product that I absolutely swear by and if you haven't heard of this you need it in your life is powder sunscreen and the reason I love this so much it for SPF to be effective you need to be continually reapplying it but once you have your makeup on you don't want to put sunscreen on your face because it's going to ruin your foundation and the rest of your makeup but if you use a powder sunscreen not only is it going to reapply your US yes it also modifies your skin so this is a shopping hack that I recently discovered and it is amazing if there is something that you want let's just say this adidas sweatshirt you can buy it at lots of different stories but you want to know that you're getting it at the best price what you do is you do a reverse google image search and that will pull up all the different websites that are selling this particular item and then you can look through them and find it sold at the best price maybe a certain websites having a sale or maybe a website is selling it for considerably less I do this all the time the things that I want to buy to make sure that I'm getting the best price I'm just at a point in my life where I don't want to do things that are uncomfortable and I just personally find false lashes uncomfortable I've tried every different brand and I'm just so aware that they're there I don't like wearing that for more than a couple hours so now instead what I wear exclusively are these they are the Ardell accent lashes so they're just the outer half of the lashes that you put on the outer edge of your eyes you absolutely cannot feel them they are foolproof so easy to apply you don't have to worry about them and then give you just that little added volume on your lashes without being anything too crazy next is my all-time favorite tool for straightening your hair if you want your hair to be very smooth and shiny and silky and it is this guy which is called a tension comb and it does exactly what the name suggests it puts tension on your hair as you're straightening it and it just helps get you much better result so just using a straightening iron alone sometimes you don't get that really silky smooth look that you want so with your tongue comb you just have to grab a section of your hair and you gently pull and follow the straightening iron right behind your tension comb and it makes such a big difference next up is my best method for covering up a pooch I know a lot about this I have a 15 month old son despite the fact that I've lost the baby weight I still do have a pooch so I am an expert in hovering said pooch so whether you are postpartum or if you're just not comfortable with your midsection there is a product that I found it is these particular undergarments so they are the thong style so you don't have to worry about any panty lines and they have the highways to them they are comfortable to wear so I'm not uncomfortable all day but they do the best job out of everything that I tried a time and money saving hack
