this is cool now like I said it's $17.99 so less than $20 so it could be a win or it could be some cheap we're about to find out right now so this what it looks like this how they sent it to me let's pop it open and see what it is okay now I also ordered um 32 gig memory card so they threw that in there that's something else but this is it let's see what color we got okay we got the gray all right that's cool the travel color uh this is a travel cover now this is made by Asus same company that makes the Nexus if you look on the back got a whole bunch of in different languages whichever language you speak just um read what it is but in English I'll read it for y'all in English flexible non-slip matte texture provides great grip and protection against bumps and scratches that was the top one right there in English all right so let's pop this open and see what it is now for less than $20 uh if it's then it is what it is but who knows this could be a win right here see I like getting products for the first time and open them up you never know it's like kind of like gambling you know what I'm saying you get that rush if it's a win and you get that feeling of disappointment if you just got beat for $20 but let's see now I can tell you off the top it feels like a like a gel skin not too fancy looking on the back you got some Asus branding that's it you got your cutouts for the speakers on the top and on the bottom you got your cutout for your micro USB charger your cutout for your camera and you cut out for your headphones on the side you see it's raised up a little bit for your volume up and down and raised up for your power and your mic so all in all the case feels kind of flimsy but like I said for $20 it's better than just walking around with your Nexus just like this raw dog so let's drop it in and see what it looks like when it's fully installed now this slips right on and that's it now you heard that hm here's the little part I'm just noticing right now off the top let me see if I can stretch this a little bit more there's no magnet inside of here so there's nothing to keep the case closed so I'm definitely not really feeling that you know but like I said it's better than having your case I mean having your uh tablet raw dog let's see if everything lines up all right the cutouts look like they line up the little Brandon looks cool in the back the camera looks like it's right in in place where it's supposed to be let's see if the power button works okay so the power button Works no problem the only thing is it it looks like it's not going to stay closed unless it's flat now I might have to take something like my Galaxy Note and leave it on there overnight and try to condition the side of this but all in all on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this case uh probably a five you know it does what it's supposed to do and like I said it's only not even $20 so you know you can't really expect it to be some you know high-end case like this with you know screen protection and all that built in you you know you're not going to really expect that for $20 it gets the job done at least now my Nexus screen is protected when I'm not using it so if I come in the house and I just you know throw something down and it happens to land right on my screen and ain't going to mess up my screens covered but I'm not really feeling it the the feel to it h to be honest with y'all the feel to it feels like one of those cheap gel skins that you get from the dude on the a selling the phone cases on the table you know the $5 joints it kind of feels
