Dollar General Haul: Easter Decorations and More

I recently visited Dollar General with high hopes of finding some adorable Easter decorations to add to my home. I was not disappointed. As soon as I walked into the store, I knew I had found a gem - their Easter decor section was filled with cute and colorful items that immediately caught my eye.

One of the first things I saw were these gorgeous little eggs by the way have like a little dust of glitter so it kind of gives a really beautiful you know pop all right then I found a bunch of one dollar decor I mean Dollar Tree I don't know what they're doing but Dollar General's beating them right now in this game. So, I picked up several of these eggs and other Easter-themed decorations. The eggs were only $1, which is an incredible deal considering their quality and design.

I also found a bunch of one-dollar decor items that are just gorgeous you could definitely buy a few of these I also found it in the bunny and the Easter egg there might have been a fourth one or this might have been it but you could buy like you could do five or six of these six dollars right and then string them all into a Garland or you could do an interchanging you could get three more or yeah three more do six and then string them and Garland them and that would be so freaking adorable I don't know why but I want to do some kind of DIY with these that involve books I'm not quite sure like where my mind is going I don't want I don't know if I want them to be like on top of a book and me gluing it down to the um to the cover kind of thing you know I don't know I just I want to do something with them and they are gorgeous I'm definitely going to go back and I'm gonna get more of these these specifically because the baby chick is my absolute favorite.

The Easter eggs were a particular highlight of my visit. Not only were they beautifully designed, but they also had a lovely little dusting of glitter on them that gave them a extra special touch. They came in several different colors and designs, including some adorable bunny-themed ones. I couldn't resist buying multiple of these eggs to use in future DIY projects.

In addition to the Easter eggs, I also found these gorgeous little decorations featuring cute phrases like "Bunny Kisses" and "Happy Easter". These were another great find, especially since they were only $1 each. The decorations were high-quality and looked like they belonged in a store much more expensive than Dollar General. I couldn't believe the value for the price!

I also stumbled upon these beautiful little tags that said "Hippity Hoppity" or "Love My Peeps". These were another great find, especially since they were only $1 each. The tags looked like they belonged in a high-end store and had a lovely vintage feel to them.

After the Easter decorations, I moved on to some other items that caught my eye. One of the first things I saw was these gorgeous mugs featuring pastel colors and bead trim. They were only $5 each, which is an incredible deal considering their quality and design. These mugs looked like they belonged in a store much more expensive than Dollar General. I couldn't resist buying multiple of them to use for future DIY projects.

I also found these adorable little teapots that said "Bee-utiful" on them. They were only $1 each, which is an incredible deal considering their quality and design. The teapots looked like they belonged in a store much more expensive than Dollar General.

Finally, I ended my visit at Dollar General with two mugs - the Daisy painted glass mug and the gold trim mug. These were both gorgeous and unique, and I couldn't resist buying them. The Daisy mug was only $3, which is an incredible deal considering its quality and design. It looked like it belonged in a store much more expensive than Dollar General.

Overall, my visit to Dollar General was a huge success. I found some adorable Easter decorations, as well as some high-quality mugs that would be perfect for DIY projects. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality of the items.

was back when I was picking my sister-in-law and my niece and nephew at the airport and I there was a Five Below and I went but it was disappointing the sweater's gonna go through it but look how cute it is it has little hearts on the elbows I got this from Shian a long time ago like I've how long have I had this um you guys have seen me wear this for like at least six years um but anyways so yeah that's what we're gonna do today I'm very excited for the mugs I'm going to show you because they are so cute um yeah it truly shocked me so where should I let's do Five Below first so with Five Below I feel like my personal experience has been I've had very few hauls where I feel like I've had a jackpot most of the time when I go in there I just don't find enough that I think in my mind I like agree to the price if that makes sense you know um so yeah and on this trip I just really didn't see that much I did actually buy a five dollar yoga mat but um the girls had used it and I think I put it I think it's in the garage now so I did buy a yoga mat and I found this cute Pac-Man mug now this was five dollars and worth every penny to me I you guys know I absolutely love mugs I love cute novelty mugs I love her my mugs just look very unique and this took me back you guys to my high school days because my best friend she had a Pac-Man arcade game in her game room she had a pool table God we broke glass once playing that that was fun this is the same Friend by the way where I fell in love with ginger ale and banana nut muffins so it's all coming full circle and her Pac-Man game though was like the flat kind like you looked over it and it was like a flat table and the amount of hours We Must Have Spent playing on this Pac-Man game and when I saw this it just like look at this it really took me back the yellow of this is so cute I'm so excited I know I just talked about a mug for three whole minutes okay next up I found a large Valentine's Day card I thought it was really cute this was two dollars I'm loving the strawberries the color palette very adorable I'm actually thinking of maybe turning this into some type of like storage system for my papers like extra papers and extra stickers and just kind of using this as like a journal cover to that and I'm gonna like put poke holes and then I'll thread through and keep like signatures if you watch junk Journal Journal stuff you know what I'm talking about and then my signature pages will have like pockets and then I'll store like papers and stickers inside of it so I think that's what I'm gonna do with that also did I tell you guys that all that noise in the background is Mike and Megan they're watching Outer Banks so season one episode one they're starting from the beginning um before season three comes out all right then I think is this the last thing yeah I guess so I got three things or four with the yoga mat but this was in their book section I love looking at the Five Below book stuff the coloring stuff it's very unique I have to say and this kind of looks like a where's Waldo but a pirate version and there's um um and there's several books in here so I'm gonna go ahead and open it I hope you guys don't mind me not editing this part out I'll just you know you can just lick it look at handsome boy right here yeah I'm actually in the process of training him not to do this but I'm gonna let him have it because I know you guys love seeing him but yeah look there's several books would let me show it he's so cute like look how massive this dog is he's a he's a big boy yeah anyway so it looks like three books in here and I think you're supposed to just find you know all kinds of things and this will just keep me good and busy for hours and I love it like I just love decompressing with coloring books computer games puzzle books and stuff like this like it's just it's my jam and when I saw this I was like you know what yeah what did I pay for this I don't know here's my receipt um the Pac-Man mug was 5.55 the card was two dollars this is two dollars and fifty cents and the yoga mat was five dollars I spent fifteen dollars and five cents all right so that is it I wish I had a bigger hole that was actually my goal I wanted to do like oh my first Five Below in Florida haul I just there was just nothing else all right now let's get into Dollar General so I think this is a pretty good haul uh first things first I picked up these bag of pom-poms I picked them up because they're comparable to Dollar Tree but actually cheaper because these are a dollar and they are so cute I love all the pink pom-poms in there I definitely want to use those for my junk Journal which I will be going live tomorrow I know it's Super Bowl Sunday but I mean Joe burrow isn't playing so like what what do I freaking care you know what I mean um so I'm gonna be junk journaling if you want to join me and I'm hoping I'm gonna pull all the pom-poms I also hauled some pom-poms from Dollar Tree as well all right then I found these wooden craft sticks if you also have been hanging out with me during my junk Journal lives you saw me use them from Dollar Tree for the Valentine's Day Journal but these are thicker than the Dollar Tree ones so that's why I got them the Dollar Tree ones are like pretty thin and these were also a dollar so love that price I also decided to pick up these sticker letters I've hauled them once before from Dollar General and I used a bunch of them in my Christmas junk journal and I really like the gold number numbers so I'll probably pull for those again then I found these adorable Easter stickers I'm not seeing Easter stickers yet at Dollar Tree so so far Dollar General's winning in that bucket these are super cute look at the peeps and the chicks like that is just so adorable to me and this was a dollar not a dollar 25. but a dollar this was also a dollar these little uh Ring Pops I know that dollar tree has sold these before um I haven't seen them yet so we'll see if they make an appearance but these are so precious and I think they would look absolutely adorable in an Easter basket but I have to also point out these might be really cute in a tear tray I don't know so throwing out that idea I also picked up these little marshmallow lollipop stick things so cute the top one is a pink bunny and then a white bunny but otherwise all the other ones are the exact same they were also a dollar if you're not gonna do a Easter basket somebody lives out of state you could also do a care package then I found these little figurines that were also a dollar I found a boy bunny and a girl bunny and they are so cute you could just put them around the house even if it's like on your office desk at work as something just cute and festive um you can see they were a dollar and of course tear tray um next up these bunnies shook me to my ever loving core this is stunning how is this at Dollar General I mean not that stunning things can't be there but like three dollars this should be six to eight bucks probably like TJ Maxx or Home Goods look I I just yeah I'm honestly at a loss for words this is by far the best thing that I think I've ever found at Dollar General from a Decor perspective that's like holiday related these little bunnies are gorgeous stunning I keep saying the same thing over and over okay then I found these felt stickers they were also a dollar and it's super cute I love the little chicks hatching out of their eggs and then the bunny has a bow tie and I love that I just think that it's so unique so and the eggs by the Ray done but it's a ray done dupe all the way I mean that is the font um but it was five dollars this would definitely have been way more out of TJ Maxx or Home Goods I mean the pastel colors and the ever seen and I I'm kicking myself for not buying the other one on this one I should have bought two this Daisy painted glass mug is everything three freaking dollars this is spring it's dainty it's beautiful it's Unique I'm gonna go back and get another one and then this mug actually they had multiple versions of this I just decided to go with this one that had like the honeycomb look to it but I gasped when I saw this this gold trim and the gold is really pretty it's just it kind of looks like a vintage gold not that bright cheap yellow gold you know um but they had other mugs with different patterns right here but I really liked the honeycomb and this one was five dollars players is that not the chicest mug you've ever seen if you're doing any sort of bee theme first of all that theme is going hard at Dollar General right now they have rolling pins they they have so much bead Decor um but if you're doing like a tear tray with bees this would be really pretty and you could put something inside of it so these are the two mugs I mean I think I killed it in the mud game like these are really cute all right and that's it for today's haul I'm really happy with this
