TRUE POWER of the BMW M3 G80 Competition by AutoTopNL

What's Up Guys: Welcome Back to Muscle Man Turbo Systems

Welcome back to muscle man turbo systems, guys. We're excited to have you here today. If you haven't seen our previous video where we tested our own BMW M3 with a manual gearbox, click on the top right corner of this screen to check it out. Now, it's time to check out the power of the M3 Competition G80, which is supposed to have 510 horsepower.

The Dyno Run and Results

So, all right, that was the dyno run, and the results are in. I have the results right here on my laptop. Max, the measurement, okay? So, what do we have? We have a very, very good result, I would say. Let's start with the horsepower at the crank maximum 545.6 horsepower. Now, as I said, it's supposed to do 510, um, so that is a very good result. We even had a well, let's call it a fluke of 550 horsepower. So, the power is really there; it's performing very well.

We've also included the wheel horsepower below that 466.5 horsepower because a lot of you were asking about that, and this was actually the best run for the torque. We measured 703 newton meters of torque, and it's supposed to do 650. Now, let's compare the two: our car, the non-competition M3, and the M3 Competition. The dyno is in this case best used as a comparison tool, so we're not saying that this dino is the best I know in the world; it's just a very good tool to see the difference between the two cars. Two cars, same dyno, same guys, same fuel; it's just a really good comparison.

Putting Up Both Dyno Sheets

So, I'll put up both dino sheets right now, and you can see that our car supposed to do 480 horsepower did 503. Supposed to do 550 newton meters and we got a little over 600 this car 510 horsepower 545 horsepower. And the torque, it's supposed to do 650, and we measured a little over 700 newton meters of torque. So, both cars; you know, we know BMW this happens every time; both cars are performing really well; they have the power a little bit more. You can really feel that on the road these cars are amazing; they're performing so well; they're a joy to drive.

Can't Wait for Muscle Mount

And we can't wait for muscle mount to work their magic with this M3 Competition. Because, spoiler alert, spoiler alert get it? They are going to upgrade it with different turbos, and we are going to drive it as soon as possible. So, stay tuned, guys. Thanks for watching. Muscle Man Turbo Systems

Welcome back to muscle man turbo systems. We made a video here a couple of weeks ago when we tested our own BMW M3 with a manual gearbox that means a non-competition. We put it on the dyno to measure the true power of our car if you haven't seen that video click in the top right corner to go there for now.
