**A Sweet Treat: Michaels' New Charms Collection**
As I walked into Michaels, I couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement as I scanned the aisles for their latest collection. The email that had prompted me to visit had been teasing me with promises of new and exciting items, and I was eager to see what they had in store. My eyes landed on a bin filled with an assortment of colorful charms, each one more delightful than the last.
**A Green Obsession**
One charm in particular caught my eye - a beautiful, just-true green color that matched a nearby ice cream cone perfectly. I fell in love with it and quickly added it to my collection, along with two others: "High Sweets" featuring a cute bow with polka dots, and "Hello Sugar" boasting a lovely yellow envelope with a sweet message. What struck me most about these charms was the attention to detail that had gone into their design - from the textured envelopes to the glittery accents, each one seemed to have been crafted with love and care.
**A Variety of Envelopes**
As I delved deeper into the collection, I noticed that each charm came wrapped in its own unique envelope. Some were pink, while others were yellow or purple - even a lovely baby blue that reminded me of a summer sky. The variety was impressive, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of joy as I ran my fingers over each one, imagining all the different ways they could be used to add a touch of personality to planners and cards.
**Childhood Dreams**
As I browsed the collection, I couldn't help but think back to my childhood. You see, these charms had been on my wish list for years - ever since I was young and first fell in love with them. I would spend hours playing with them as a kid, creating all sorts of imaginative scenarios and stories around their tiny, sparkling figures. It was a thrill to finally have the chance to own some, and I couldn't wait to add them to my collection.
**The Michaels Collection**
With prices starting at just $1.99 each, it seemed like an absolute steal. I know that I shouldn't get too excited about charms - after all, they're not exactly the most practical or useful item - but for me, they represent something special. They're a reminder of my childhood passions and hobbies, and a symbol of the joy that can be found in even the smallest, most insignificant things.
**A New Addition to My Collection**
As I made my way through the aisles, I couldn't resist adding a few more charms to my collection. A camera-shaped one in purple, a cute little umbrella for summer - each one was carefully chosen to add its own unique charm (pun intended!) to my growing stash. And as I left Michaels with my three new additions, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the chance to indulge my childhood fantasies.
**A Future of DIYs and Thank-You Cards**
I know that I won't be using these charms just for myself - oh no! They'll be making appearances in all sorts of creative projects, from DIY planners to heartfelt thank-you cards. There's something special about sending a little message or care package to someone you love - and with these charms, I can add an extra touch of personality and whimsy to each one.
**The End of the Day**
As I settled back into my day, surrounded by my new collection of charms, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the simple pleasures in life. Whether it's a trip to Michaels or a quiet moment at home, there's something special about indulging our passions and interests - even if they're just a little bit quirky. And so, with a heart full of joy and a mind full of creativity, I look forward to seeing what the future holds for my new charms.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: ensome people buy shoes some people buy purses some people buy collectible items and I do hauls today I want to share with you this small Michaels haul um I was actually not even planning on going to Michaels whatsoever until I was just scrolling through my emails and saw they had an advertisement for these charms that reminded so much of the80s and I'm going to get to that in a minute while I was there though I saw a couple of things that I needed for upcoming projects and I of course looked at their $150 bins at least at my Michaels they're $1.50 so I checked those out and found amazing items that I really loved so I'm really excited to share this haul with you guys because it is the cutest haul I've ever done in a really long time so first up I'm going to share with you just the scrapbooking pieces of paper that I hauled these are 12x 12 and they're the Recollections um brand and they had a sale for five for a dollar so I got 15 so I spent a total of $3 and these are the patterns that I got I did have my planner in mind so these are going to be upcoming spreads so here are those and this one and just a plain pink one I really wasn't sure about this Hearts one but I thought it was really cute so I went ahead and grabbed it and the pineapples are just to die for this beautiful yellow vibrant like Chevron feather it looks like feathers and Chevron mixed together in my eyes I don't know why then I got this Floral Pattern I just really liked the floral pattern I got some cute My Little Ponies I just thought they were really adorable I got this one which looks like wallpaper but I really love this one how cute are the bicycles what I loved about this one was that it looks like Project Life cards so you can basically cut these up and laminate them if you want to which is probably what I am going to do with mine so I got a set of these and here are the bottoms sorry that I can't fit into the view and this one's just like an ombre effect it kind of looks like the ocean a little bit I don't know and then I got this really bold red stripe I picked up these stickers and it's by the sticko brand I shouldn't have because Walmart also sells this specific brand and I've actually seen this set at Walmart as well but I think for this specific sticker it was comparably the same price now what I mean by that is at Walmart they have sticko brands that are 97 cents but then they have sticko brands that are like a doar 20 something cents so and I think this was the higher end at Walmart for the scko line it wasn't the 97 cents this at Michaels was $149 I there was no sale at the time for sticko and but yeah I really liked it so I went ahead and grabbed it which is very much unlike me because I always like for things to be on sale then in their $150 bin and I took a bunch of pictures I found the cutest paper bows and I'm completely obsessed with these and more or less probably because I can't actually make these myself I've tried again to be fair I don't think I tried that hard um but they just seem really tedious to do and the fact that I can pay $1.50 and I get six like that's an amazing deal they had other colors I went with these two these were my favorite and I can make so many cute DIYs out of these and of course I'm going to just hot glue some paper clips to the back of some of these and use them for my planner so so I really loved these colors they look so expensive and beautiful like the kind that you would expect to buy off of etsy for even more than $150 so I was really excited to find these always in my Michaels $150 bins there's always no cards and they're really beautiful and they're very competitive to the Target dollar spot of course the target dollar spot are a dollar instead of a $150 but I will say that the ones at Michaels at least in this haul are my favorite are my absolute favorite and so I took more pictures of that as well I'll probably add it to the end of this video but look at these patterns right here it's so Shabby Chic and beautiful and queen like I don't know probably because of this crown and then you get the gorgeous stripes and the floral pattern and it's a six- piece set you get the note cards and envelopes oh and it's Treasures by shabby chic so that explains the shabby chicness so that is super gorgeous and this one is really pretty and instead of the pink stripes it has like a mint green this one is super super beautiful and then I saw these and if you watch my videos you'll know that I more or less freaked out and grabbed every single one that they had and yeah uh-huh yep uh yep yeah let's take a look at them individually these are the cutest not cards I've ever seen I'm sorry about the lighting it's kind of overcast right now but these ice cream cones are just adorable I'm obssessed with the fact that the envelopes are green obsessed with that because I don't have any note cards that have this beautiful just true green color and it matches this ice cream cone right here love that and this one says High sweets so adorable I love the bow with the polka dots and there is actual glitter in here cuz you can feel the texture and the envelopes are pink like a baby pink to kind of match this color right here that is really cute sprinkle the love love this love the Simplicity love that the envelope is yellow I'm I mean I wouldn't have done anything different to this this one says hello sugar I'm loving the yellow the bow is really really cute yeah that's what I've noticed in this line as well is each of these cards all have different colored envelopes so like this one is a pink envelope but it's a darker like magenta pink almost a red but this one's a light pink if you can see that this is so cute and honestly to be fair I should be staying away from anything sweets related because this is why I have such a sweet tooth because I see things like this and then I want like to go get ice cream and that's not good for me so these you guys are at Michaels in the $150 bin so cute and they had so many different styles and not in terms of ice cream cones because I got every single one that I saw um but they had different envelopes with different patterns so they had like the shabby chic style they also kind of had like like an American theme for of July I think I took photos so I'll attach them to the end of this video I just appreciate there was just such a variety to choose from okay so the main reason why I went to Michaels is because of the email that they sent saying hey look what we have now and I don't know if you guys are freaking out about this as much as I have but when I was a little girl I always wanted these charms you could like make them out of a necklace you could just have like a bracelet of them and I never owned any and I always wanted them so much so that like about a year ago I went on eBay to just kind of get my hands on some of them and you know just for fun just to kind of fill that fantasy of mine and they're very expensive because they're The Originals they are the ones from the 80s and they're very very expensive and the fact that Michaels is putting these out and they're $150 each I believe no they're not they're $1.99 each so essentially they're $2 each um yeah but I just kind of started off with three and I got this cute one which has camera and it's purple so really adorable and of course something sweet this doughnut has a cute little Bell on it as as well and then this one is like a cute little summertime umbrella I fig this would be a great one for me to have because I love summer time it was incredibly difficult for me to walk away and only get three but at $2 a piece I was just like okay chill out but then I started to worry about well like is this a one-time deal or they ever going to come back because essentially I really do want every single one of them I know that's insane but I guess when it's something that you wanted as a child and you didn't get it and now that you're an adult you're like I just want to fulfill that dream of mine so I know it's utterly ridiculous but I think these are so cute and would be really cute to add as charms on planners as well I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with these specifically just yet but I had to get my hands on them so and I did take pictures of all the other ones that they had as well so I'll attach it to the end of this video but I went to Michaels for this and then I got all of that so that is my short haul thank you so much for watching you guys I hope that you liked everything that I got and you will be seeing a lot of this stuff in upcoming DIYs and I'll be using a lot of these to send out thank you cards to anyone who sends me like a little note um you know in the mail I'm not actually doing a planner video today I kind of just wanted to take the day off I didn't really feel like planning and planning shouldn't feel like a chore you should do it when it feels good when you're happy um so if you're definitely feeling like you need to plan today you know go ahead do it get into your inspiration if you want to go check out my other videos I have a playlist of all my planner stuff um but otherwise I am planning on doing my planner tomorrow um yeah so thank you guys so much for watching and I'll see you tomorrow bye nsome people buy shoes some
