BOOK I'M READING IN MAY!!

**Exciting Reads Ahead: A Preview of Upcoming Books**

As we dive into a new month, I'm thrilled to share with you my upcoming reading list. This time around, I've got a mix of literary fiction, adult contemporary books, and even a few romance novels that have caught my eye. Let's take a closer look at the titles that have piqued my interest.

**A Dystopian Novel with a Twist**

First up is a very intense literary fiction novel that has been generating buzz in the book community. The author, whose name I won't mention just yet, has promised a thought-provoking read that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Without giving too much away, this novel takes its protagonist to a backwoods cult, where they'll encounter death and danger at every turn. I'm intrigued by the author's unique perspective and can't wait to dive into this gripping story.

**A Romance Novel with a Touristy Twist**

Next on my list is "The Tourist Attraction" by Sarah Morgan Taylor, which promises to be a heartwarming romance set in the beautiful state of Alaska. The story follows a young woman who visits Moose Springs, where she meets a handsome stranger named Graham and falls for the town's quirky charm. I'm reminded of another favorite book, "The Simple Wild," and am excited to see if this novel will live up to its promise.

**A Heartwarming Coming-of-Age Story**

Another title that has caught my eye is "Real Men Knit" by Kawana Jackson, which promises to be a heartwarming tale about family, love, and finding one's place in the world. When Jesse's adoptive mother passes away, he decides to take over her beloved knitting store, where he meets a charming part-time employee named Carrie. I'm excited to see how their relationship develops as they navigate the ups and downs of life together.

**A Fun and Lighthearted Romance**

For my next read, I've chosen "Four Days of You and Me" by Mariana Kilani, which promises to be a fun and lighthearted romance. The story follows two friends who embark on a class trip to Coffee County, where they rekindle old feelings and discover new ones. With the author's proven track record in writing engaging and feel-good romances, I'm expecting a delightful read.

**A Summer of Self-Discovery**

Next up is "Summer of Love and Misfortune" by Lindsay Wang, which promises to be a heartwarming coming-of-age story about self-discovery and love. After being cheated on and struggling to find her place in the world, Iris embarks on a journey to Beijing to reconnect with her Chinese heritage and discover who she truly is. I'm excited to see how this author tackles themes of identity and belonging.

**A Magical and Romantic Read**

Finally, I've chosen "We Were Magic" by Sarah Gayle, which promises to be a magical and romantic tale about the power of love and friendship. When a group of girls with magical abilities come together, they inadvertently create chaos, but also discover the true meaning of love and connection. With this author's experience in writing compelling romances, I'm expecting a delightful and enchanting read.

**A Month of Mood Reading**

As for my reading schedule, I plan to take a more relaxed approach this month, focusing on mood reading and enjoying whatever catches my eye. With so many exciting releases on the horizon, I'm eager to dive into these titles and see where they take me. Whether it's literary fiction, romance, or something in between, I know that these books will provide me with hours of entertainment and emotional connection.
