Over 170 MPH on EBAY TURBOS! The FASTEST The Mr2 Has Ever Gone! (So Far)

**A Night to Remember: A Test Day with Twin Ebay Turbos**

We've been working tirelessly on our car, a trusty MR2 that's been equipped with twin Ebay turbos. The goal was to get it running smoothly and consistently, and we're happy to report that it's been a successful test day. As we set up for our first run, we realized that we needed to make a small adjustment to the slipper in the differential. We had everything we needed right there, but installation was the next step.

**Getting into Gear**

As we prepared to launch the car, we were all excited to see how it would perform. The MR2 is known for its agility and speed, and with the twin Ebay turbos, we were confident that it could handle anything thrown at it. We took a deep breath, got into position, and hit the go button. The car roared to life as we accelerated down the track, feeling the rush of adrenaline as we pushed 130 miles per hour.

**A Smooth Ride**

The first run was a success, with a respectable speed of 9.3 seconds. We were thrilled to see that the MR2 was handling smoothly and consistently, with no signs of strain or stress on the car's systems. As we continued testing, we noticed that the car seemed to be getting more comfortable in its stride, with each run becoming faster and more confident than the last.

**A Speedy 60-Foot**

One of the highlights of our test day was a 60-foot launch speed of 860 mph, which is an impressive feat for any car. We were ecstatic to see that the MR2 was capable of such speeds, and we couldn't help but wonder what it would do in a full-scale drag racing competition.

**A Quick Turnaround**

After our first run, we had to make a quick turnaround as we got back into line to take another pass. This was one of the benefits of testing on a short track like ours - we could get back out on the car quickly and continue making adjustments and tweaks as needed. As we waited for our next chance to launch, we took a moment to appreciate the car's performance and make sure everything was in working order.

**A Successful First Run**

Our first run of the night was a success, with a respectable speed of 9.3 seconds at 130 miles per hour. We were thrilled to see that the MR2 was handling smoothly and consistently, with no signs of strain or stress on the car's systems. As we continued testing, we noticed that the car seemed to be getting more comfortable in its stride, with each run becoming faster and more confident than the last.

**A New Personal Best**

As we approached our final run of the night, we were all feeling good about the car's performance. We had a new personal best on the mile, with a speed of 171 almost 172 miles per hour. This was an impressive feat, especially considering that it was only our second test day with the twin Ebay turbos.

**The Final Run**

Our final run of the night was one to remember. We launched the car and watched in awe as it accelerated down the track, leaving all other competitors in its dust. The MR2 was flying, and we couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment at having reached such speeds with our little car.

**A Record-Breaking Performance**

As we looked back on our test day, we realized that we had achieved something truly special - a record-breaking performance that left us all feeling exhilarated. We knew that we still had some work to do, particularly in terms of optimizing the front half of the car for better traction and speed.

**The Road Ahead**

Despite the many successes of the night, we know that there's still more to come. As we head back out onto the track next week, we'll be working on fine-tuning our car to reach even higher speeds and shave precious seconds off our times. It won't be easy, but with dedication and hard work, we're confident that we can make it happen.

**Conclusion**

In conclusion, our test day was a resounding success, with the MR2 proving itself to be a formidable force on the track. We were thrilled to see how well it handled and performed, and we couldn't help but feel proud of what we've achieved so far. As we look ahead to next week's testing session, we're all excited to see where this journey will take us.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up guys we are back at the track with the mr2 i don't know what's gonna happen today but we got the car all put back together after i found the cause of the noise turns out it was nothing crazy they're getting ready to call us up right now so i'm about suited up and i'm gonna go put this thing in line and see how she does today let her rip tighter chip all right guys here we go first pass of the night back in the mr2 it's honestly been a few weeks we'll see what you got it's usually huh wow 62 at 169. not a bad start to the night boys dang not bad not bad at all holy crap is it cool if i let it cool here for a second that's fine that is completely fine she got a little hot oh crap dude 86 at 169. that is the new fastest trap ever in the mr2 holy crap the 60 foot was terrible 1665. if we get that 60 foot back down man eight six off the first rip dude i don't think the coolant is completely bled off because it's showing that it's a little hot i know this car when it's not topped off on coolant it says it's a lot hotter than it really is so i gotta probably add some more water but dang dude eight six 169 that mile an hour is up there those twins are putting in work boys 169. that's crazy we need to let it cool off for a minute because yeah it's a little warm yeah it got a little toasty i don't know why it was so squirrely though did you see it i didn't see it getting squirrely it looked pretty good yeah i made it look decent i think 69. that was stupid the feathering kind of get back in it yeah six 1660 only a five seven to the eighth oh damn and we've been a five five right yeah so was that your fastest mile an hour yeah 169. that was getting it before it was 167 was the best yeah so it's almost it eight sixty two yeah 862 at 169. not bad and what and it was so squirrely was it that was a squirrely pass not bad yeah i was still a little easy on the launch because i was still a little scared about the wheelies about it coming up that was a really good first pass that was a to b there yeah we need to check the tire pressure let it cool down check the tires for some water you wouldn't line me up in the burnout box either he's like you're good i'm like i don't know where i'm at maybe i'll come back down there and watch i think the line it's cooler watching it from the line yeah so i'll come down there hey first rip eight six at 169. yeah right off the trailer that ain't bad fastest mile an hour yeah i'll take that out so a couple adjustments to make and then we'll get it back out there yeah we'll just let her cool off and try it again yeah brought the dogs out instead little more work than the race car but i figured i'd do it some moral support right here you're running your car this weekend right yep compact this weekend nice hey you should run the streetcar class with me i don't know if you qualify for streetcar class nah you're good there's also a front-wheel drive class how do you pull the axles out of the out of the wagon yeah or the van or the van yeah so we got the mr2 back in line we're getting ready to make our second pass of the night the first pass went awesome trapped 169 miles an hour and it was a 862 the 60 foot was pretty bad it was a 166 and this car's been a 1-4-0 so if we could get it back in the 1-4s along with that back half it would be like right there on the record that could be like almost an eight to something so we'll see what we can do i'm gonna try to slip it a little harder this pass it didn't wheelie whatsoever the front tires were on the ground the whole time which is good not trying to do a massive wheelie again i was a little hesitant on the launch as you guys know from what happened the last time it did a big wheelie it wasn't so good and yeah i don't know i'm just going to try it again with a little more slip and see if we can get that 60 foot better run it out the back all right boys second pass up tonight let's get it looks like we're going up against the gtr too 951 and 137. fireball at the end there yeah that was a very big fireball oh i didn't shift almost no like i didn't hear it grab the next gear but i saw a fireball yeah we'll have to see what that's all about yeah i'll have to look at the log yeah go check it out tuner coupe so i just made my second pass in the mr2 and i tried to leave out the clutch a little harder but it bogged a little bit and we turned the two step down so that's probably why i bog if we turn the two step up we're just gonna start repeating the wheelie issue so i'd rather the car bog and not do a massive wheelie we could combat the bog by turning it up but it's just probably gonna cause issues so i'm leaving it how it is and we're gonna try to slip the clutch a little bit better than we did the first time but just not too hard to bog it it's such a fine line with this car we really need to put a slipper in there which we do have we just need to get it installed so we can make our launches that much more consistent but we got in line again to make our third pass of the night so we'll see how this one goes i did a 9-3 on that one letting out at like 130 miles an hour uh oh 860 171 boy let's go oh okay we are making some steamboards 171.88 in the mr2 and she is quiet we'll see if we have time for one more or not but we might have to call her there man the 60 foot was a little better holy crap if i didn't have to lift that would have been a solid low 85 possibly at 840 for sure mr2's out baby mr2's flying twin ebay turbos putting in that work brother an hour i'll put it back in line i think we got one more yeah hold on we gotta do a compression check oh she's sound cranking we're good dude we're good kill them headlights let that battery charge dude my first 170 mile an hour car that is flying that's so nuts to think that like 30 miles an hour a long ways but that's almost that's almost 200 miles an hour yeah i mean yeah like starting to get don't get me wrong 30 is a long ways off but i mean to put that in perspective we're now going faster in the mr2 than my hatch does in the half mile in half the time so that's insane the mr2 dude 171 that is moving what is that what is the fastest that's gone the quickest it's gone was the eight five at 167. a little bit of front half dial that in yeah that one was better i don't know if you watch but it was about to wheelie and i had to let off i seen you pedal it that was that was probably like a tenth or two right there letting off and i let the nose come back down and then i got back in it and had to reschool up i felt it rebuild back up power so man dude nuts 171. he's working those those little ebay those noise makers they're chooching back there boys thank you all right guys fixing to make our last pass of the night i'm super pumped on that last time slip but we will see if we can get a better et but new personal best on mile an hour so i can't complain but let's see if we can't beat that 850 that we ran in the past come on baby come on 883 169.88 i was waiting for you freaking what happened dude i thought we were running a 690 that pass yeah you know i thought we were going to lay down all 8 000 horsepower on that one but dude you know it sounded it was kind of weird on the two-step for some reason yeah i saw some smoke after that i mean listen to this though yeah your car is going off still sounds fine we're hitting hard on all four yeah it was just it was almost really rich on the launch right there my airfields were like nah i know so i was trying to i had to like rev it up and then bring it back to two-step so i think sorry i've just seen that guy run yeah i think super super just meant that guy he's really cool i knew right when i left it wasn't gonna be a good pass because he kind of bogged nothing broke everything's good he lives to fight another day i mean she's still making power successful test day three eight second passes new personal best mile an hour 171 almost 172 so it was a good night overall mrt still running out yeah it's mobbing dude so we just got to get on that short track a little bit better and uh it's right there the record was set at 173 so we know we have the power to go the record it's just we need to get that front half down a little bit more we went 135 to the eighth and it was a five seven this car has been a five five at the eighth so if we could just replicate that it's all drag racing is is it's all about putting everything into the pot and making that one a beef yeah like to get a record pass every part has to be good so we've done an eighth mile is capable of it now we know we have the power out the back to do it we still just got to put it all together but regardless super proud of the car freaking twin ebay turbos dude you know we fill all this ourselves in house and it's freaking it's ripping so i can't complain it's driving back on the trailer and we're gonna call that it for tonight so hope you guys enjoyed and we'll uh see you later bye you\n"
