A First Look at the Smartphone Support System from Pure Gear
The portability and versatility of smartphone cases have taken the world by storm, with users seeking out accessories that can cater to their unique needs. In this review, we'll take a closer look at the Smartphone Support System from Pure Gear, a case designed specifically for the iPhone 5S.
The design of the case is sleek and minimalist, making it easy to slip into your pocket or purse without any issues. The system consists of a little belt clip that can be attached to your waist, allowing you to carry your phone with you wherever you go. However, this feature is not for everyone, as I personally prefer my phones to remain unencumbered by bulky accessories.
One of the standout features of this case is its perfect fit for the iPhone 5S. The system was designed specifically for this device and works seamlessly, with no gaps or issues to be found. When attaching it to your phone, you can feel a snug fit that's both secure and comfortable. This is likely due to the careful attention paid to detail by Pure Gear, who have clearly thought through every aspect of their design.
On the back of the case, there's an interesting feature - a little belt clip that allows you to easily attach your phone to your waist or other object, keeping it safe and secure while still being accessible when needed. While this might not be my personal preference, I can appreciate its utility for those who enjoy wearing their phones around their belts.
When removing the case, you'll notice that there's a slight hard plastic feel to it, but around the edges, it has a softer texture. This provides a comfortable grip and makes the phone easy to handle even with gloves on. The contrast between the black and white colors of the case is striking, with my personal preference for the latter.
As you can see, there are no issues accessing all of your ports and buttons while wearing the case - volume up, volume down, lock switch, sleep wake button, and card slot. You also still have access to the 8 megapixel camera on the back, as well as a dual flash and headphone jack ports. The lightning port is wide enough to accommodate the charging cable, making it easy to charge your phone without any issues.
Removing the case from my white phone was a breeze, with no trouble getting it to fit snugly around the device. This ease of use is one of the standout features of this system, and I appreciate how effortlessly it can be slipped on or off.
Finally, the case comes in both white and black colors, offering users a choice that suits their personal style. While the difference between these two versions is subtle - essentially just the color of the plastic outer shell - I still find them to look great together, especially when paired with the sleek design of my iPhone 5S.
In other words, it's the exact same case in either color but purely aesthetically speaking, I prefer the black option because of its subtlety. When using it on my white phone, the two colors provide a nice contrast that looks neat and tidy.
One last thing to mention is that this system also works as a kickstand, allowing you to prop up your phone at any angle for watching videos or browsing websites. I was impressed when flipping it around to test its functionality, as it worked effortlessly to hold my iPhone 5S in place.
Overall, the Smartphone Support System from Pure Gear is an impressive and functional case that's designed with user needs in mind. Whether you prefer a simple design or want extra features like a kickstand, this system has got you covered. Stay tuned for our official review within the next week or two to learn more about this case.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys War you David DeFranco here from gearopen franco.com check them both out I appreciate it today's video is all about these two cases from puregear they are called the smartphone support system in both black and white compatible with the brand new iPhone 5S as well as the iPhone 5 now this is my first official case video regarding the iPhone 5s and honestly my first case video in a long time I have not done a case coverage kind of content SL video in a very very long time so this is pretty exciting to me so first of all huge thanks to P gear for making this video possible like I said they were nice enough to send me both black and white so this should be pretty exciting now I'm only going to try the cases on real quick because there's only so much I can say in regards to an unboxing slir look of a case because obviously I want to save my true and honest opinion for my review video which should be up within a week or two so popping out the white one and then popping out the black one and by the way if you're wondering I recently just took off a Belin case now this isn't officially a case of mine this is technically from my dad although ironically I got this for him for Christmas last year for his iPhone 5 but he ended up using another case eventually because of um this port down here wasn't big enough to work with the adapter he uses currently going from 30 pin to lightning so he's um ni enough to give this to me although in a way I kind of bought it for myself but either way it's whatever a case is a case so here we go popping in my iPhone 5S into the smartphone support system obviously a perfect fit because again this is built specifically for the iPhone 5s as well as the iPhone 5 now on the back here this is what makes it unique we have this a little belt clip so if you want to put this on your waist then you can now personally that's not really my style so you can pop it off and boom there you go it's a regular iPhone case just like that and I got to say guys it feels great in the hand it's more of a hard plastic but it does have that somewhat soft feel to it around the edges so around the edge it's definitely more soft but on the back as you can hear it's definitely more hard all right so as you can see the white on black in my opinion does look great I've always loved that contrast going from black to white or white to black however you prefer to say we obviously do have access to all of our ports and our buttons meaning the volume up volume down the lock switch sleep wake button over here there's nothing but the slim card sh but you don't need access to that while your case is on we do have access to the 8 megapixel camera on the back as well as a dual flash and down here the 3 and half mm headphones ports as well as Speaker uh microphone and yes the lightning ports which is plenty wide to let the uh volume pass through or the Audio I should say not volume well I guess volume it depends how you look at it all right so popping out the iPhone of the white case and you go nice easy removal let's pop in the black case now I can get it in there you go nice tight fit as you can see it's 5'11 very nice now I got to say there's not a lot of contrast obviously going from black to black but in my opinion that looks pretty pretty nice guys I mean really nice actually and just like the white one you can pop this clip off because like I said this is definitely not something I'm interested in because I like my phone being in my pocket I just like knowing it's safe and I'm kind of OCD SL worried about breaking my iPhone or anything for that matter um in other words at falling off my belt so I do like it just being a regular case form factor but just like this it's the exact same case but obviously in Black so the same ports are open you got access to your camera ham um access to your lightning as well as the volume there go again I said it again the audio through your speaker the microphone the 3 and a half millimet ports and um all that stuff did I just pize millimeter I didn't mean to but there you go guys a first look at again the smartphone support system from Pure gear oh and by the way I forgot to cover this I believe it also works as a kickstand so let me try to get this off without breaking it oh wait here we go oh oh there it is okay so putting this back on the case there's a little Groove there by the way I don't know if you can see that this simply comes out like that and you can set it up as a kickstand and pure gear being smart I'm pretty sure it can rotate let me see yep there it goes let me flip it around very cool so if I'm watching a video or anything and and I don't feel like holding the phone which actually happens more often than you would think it does then I can simply do that and watch my YouTube videos putting at a steeper angle pretty cool actually more steep would be like that that's that's really steep but again obviously it depends on your usage and overall personal preference so there you go wrapping up my first look of the smartphone support system by pure gear I got to say so far I'm very impressed it seems to be a very functional case but again very simple when you remove this little doohickey I am definitely a bigger fan of this I like simple things I like simplistic ideas and as they say in The Sims you know the Sims soundtrack Simplicity is key excellent song by the way if you're really into piano just search on YouTube Simplicity is key and perhaps you'll like it I know I do so there you go again huge thanks to Pure gear for making this video possible and stay tuned for my official review within a week or two and I hope you guys enjoyed let me know if you have any questions and I will
