**Tips and Tricks for iPhone Users**
Guided Access can be extremely handy for helping keep your phone safe and keeping people from messing around with it. You can even set a time limit, and if that time is expired, your device will shut down and you'll have to enter your passcode or use Touch ID to verify before you can get out of Guided Access.
In addition to Guided Access, Spotlight Search can also be accessed directly instead of having to swipe down on Notification Center and tap. To do this, simply swipe down a little bit on the screen, feeling for that slight haptic feedback, and then a search bar will appear with your keyboard ready to type.
Another useful feature is Reachability. You can invoke it by swiping down from the top of the screen where you would normally find the status bar. This allows you to access Notification Center directly. If you have a 3D Touch-enabled iPhone, you can tap the Share button in an app and then tap the Print button to access PDF viewing. Instead of selecting your printer, simply 3D touch on the document, and it will open up in a PDF view.
To quickly close all Safari tabs in one fell swoop, simply tap and hold on the tab switcher button or tap the "Done" button inside the tab switcher and select "Close." This feature is also useful for raising your iPhone from sleep mode automatically to check time and notifications. To do this, go to Settings > Display & Brightness and make sure "Raise to Wake" is enabled.
When taking screenshots on a regular basis, it can be difficult to locate specific ones later. That's why the Photos app has an album called "Screenshots" under the Albums tab. This makes it easy to find and manage your screenshots. You can also quickly delete all of your screenshots by accessing this album.
If you find that your iPhone is running ridiculously slow, there's a simple way to clear out apps from memory. Hold down the Sleep button until you get the Slide to Power Off dialog box, then hold down the Home button until you return to the home screen. This will force-quit all of your apps, making it easier for your device to run smoothly again.
Finally, organizing your home screen can be a challenge. One way to make it easier to find specific apps is to organize them into folders on separate pages. You can use Spotlight Search or Siri to quickly launch an app by name, even if it's located in a folder deep within your home screen layout.
