Samsung Galaxy S22+ Real World Review after 2 Months Use

**A Practical Review of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus**

As I unboxed the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. This was my first time using an Android flagship, and I was eager to put it through its paces. The device is equipped with a large 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, which provides vibrant colors and a crisp visual experience.

One feature that caught my attention was the stereo speakers. While they are not the loudest or most powerful speakers, they are still quite good and provide an immersive audio experience. However, I did miss the 3.5mm headphone jack, which is a feature that many Android devices seem to be omitting in recent years. This is not a major concern for me, as I have a few excellent wireless headphones that can connect seamlessly to the device.

Another area where I noticed some heating issues with the phone. When using Android Auto wirelessly in my car, the phone would heat up quite rapidly and drain its battery quickly. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a design choice, but it was an unpleasant surprise. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi calling feature works flawlessly on this device.

One area where the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus truly shines is in its camera performance. The primary camera is a 50-megapixel sensor that produces stunning images with excellent dynamic range and color accuracy. I found myself taking photos left and right, and even when shooting outdoors during hot summer days, the camera performed admirably. However, there was one issue - the camera shutter bug would sometimes pop out unexpectedly, which could be distracting.

The front-facing camera is also a 10-megapixel sensor that can shoot excellent video in 4K. The device's software and hardware work together seamlessly to provide an outstanding camera experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the camera performance of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus.

In terms of storage, the device comes in two variants - 128GB and 256GB. As someone who doesn't upgrade their smartphones too frequently, I would recommend opting for the 256GB variant, especially if you plan on taking a lot of photos or videos. The price difference between the two variants is around 4,000 rupees, which may not seem like much but can add up quickly.

**Conclusion**

Overall, I was very impressed with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. While it has some minor issues, such as the heating problem and missing headphone jack, they do not detract from the device's overall performance. The camera is undoubtedly the highlight of this device, and if camera quality is your top priority, then this is an excellent choice.

If you're looking for a flagship device but don't want to spend top dollar, I would recommend considering alternatives like the Moto G30 Pro or Samsung S10 series. However, if camera performance is your top concern and you're willing to invest in a premium smartphone, then the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus is an excellent choice.

**Recommendation**

If you're already using the Samsung S10 series or S20 series, I would recommend upgrading to the S22 Plus for its improved camera performance and faster hardware. On the other hand, if you're not planning on taking a lot of photos or videos, then the 128GB variant may be sufficient.

As always, I'd love to hear from my viewers about their experiences with this device. Have you tried the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus? What are your thoughts on its performance and camera quality? Let me know in the comments section below!

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi guys this is ranit and in this uh video we'll be doing the full uh Real World review of the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus and guys I've been actually using this for just over 2 months now uh with my primary Sim so this is sort of a real world usage scenario I wanted to use give a extended review guys how was it to live with this Smartphone uh and yes I wanted to post it earlier but got just delayed but the good thing is that I use this phone a lot in fact to took it to two also that I did recently went to Gua then to Dubai so I have a lot of experience with different networks how it performs and all those things and I've made up actually lot of notes so I'll be looking over this laptop uh so that I do not miss a lot of stuff that I've have written uh and this should help you making a right decision if this Smartphone is a right Android Flagship for you or are there better Alternatives available so let's get on with this one and if you want to get a general overview about this phone the physical aspects ET watch my unboxing video I won't go with that so okay first thing let's talk about is and guys I feel this is the most practical in the Samsung s22 range we also have the Galaxy s22 also but I feel that's a little bit the battery life is a little bit less on that one and even I would say uh that it that one tends to heat up a little bit that's not the case with this one and then of course we have the ultra also but I feel Ultra is a little bit on the bigger side this is man manable in a single hand and Ultra I would say you paying that premium specifically for the Spen so if you don't need the Spen uh then I feel the s22 plus which sits in the middle is the most practical and that's the reason I have all the three but this is the my primary Sy was in this one okay and the first thing is about the screen it's having a 6.6 in screen and uh I feel uh the screen quality is really good on this one and again it's a Samsung phone so we know the screens are very good and practically also the screen is very very good it's not a Quad HD it's still a full HD Plus but gets the job done and in fact I like it's a very very bright in fact this is the brightest screen that we have in the industry as of now 1715 NS and that's evident I would say in outdoor conditions in outdoor conditions even when the sun is blasting you don't have a problem with this phone if you leave it on auto brightness so that way it's done very very well the only wish that I have is this is not nit ping but wish list is that this is still at 120 HZ refresher it's very fast fluid and all those things but now I've used quite a few phones with 144 Herz for example the Modo h30 Pro Etc and I noticed that 144 HZ I'm noticed a little bit fluidness so Samsung should have gone with 144 HZ but now the competition is giving that but nevertheless excellent excellent screen on this one and one hiccup that I had earlier uh this phone actually got quite a few OT updates three or four and in one of the OT updates I think so Samsung reduced the maximum brightness a little bit uh because of the summer season I guess but still even with this one outdoor still if you go it is brighter and outdoor direct sunlight no issues at all now moving to the glass protection gorilla glass victus plus they have and guys I did not use this with the case or anything like this for the past 2 months and I'm happy to say that still no scratches or anything on the phone I'm not using any screen protector or anything even at the back there was a slight scratch here but I rubbed this this morning and it just vanished so that way it is handling it well but I wish Samsung did provide some sort of a TPU case or anything in the box but sadly as you know you get just almost nothing in the box not even a charger uh so I would say I didn't get any scratches in real world usage past two months but again U put a skin or something uh because there was a slight scratch I rubbed it and it went away from the back part so that way the gorilla glass victus is handling it well and again it gets pretty B the smartphone okay now coming to the inhand feel of this one Strangely I would say this feels a little bit more chunkier compared to the earlier Samsung phones like the s20 Plus or the s20 uh 1 plus they felt a little bit sleeker uh this feels a little bit chunky this weights about 195 G but the chunkiness I feel uh is done in a good way it feels a little bit more premium but again I feel this is a slightly flatter design so if you're coming from the earlier if you uh the S21 or the s20 series this will initially feel a little bit different I would say this feels a little bit more chunkier like the iPhone 13 uh iPhone Pro Series uh next thing is uh about the haptic feedback that's the vibration motor on this strangely here I felt Samsung could have done better because compared to the iPhone um Pro Series I have the 13 Pro and others there the haptic feedback is better and even some the other Android flagships I feel they are now doing the haptic feedback a little bit better so here I felt that Samsung went down a little bit it's not like it's bad or anything guys it's still good but not among the best that's what I have felt okay next thing is uh regarding uh the fingerprint scanner and here I'm very very happy with this one uh this also has the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner so it just works you don't need you just now I know that it's there and it works and the good thing is that it's actually really really fast and uh uh this actually works even when your fingers are damp or something like that uh this actually works so fingerprint scanner they have nailed it on this one finally the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner if you know the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner Samsung started a couple of years ago but they were a little bit iffy slow or something but now on this one super super fast super reliable so I don't have any issues with the fingerprint scan of course this also has uh speakers on this one and they're adequately loud but here again I would would say uh if I compare it with iPhones and stuff especially the iPhone 13 Pro or something I have the small one though there I felt the iPhone speakers uh have slightly more depth and better Imaging and that's the case even with some of the other Android premium smartphon so here again I felt great great stereo speakers but not among the best so this comes in like they could have put uh did slightly better in my opinion in fact Ultra has better stereo speakers I would say it's not like it's bad guys but I'm just comparing with the best of the best because the s22 series is supposed to be the best with Samsung so I will have to compare it with other Android smartphones and some of the other Android smartphones also have now got louder and better base and uh Imaging and stereo speakers next thing I really liked on this phone and I appreciate Samsung for this uh they are just giving 8 GB of RAM no 12 GB or something on this one but it handles it beautifully no RAM management or anything on this one just whatever apps you want uh to be in memory they are always in memory I never had an issue of RAM management on on this phone on the past two months so RAM management has been done very well on this oneone and I say you don't need a 12 GB Ram phone uh so don't fall for those gimmicks or whatever 8 GB is more than enough and Samsung has optimize this one UI that's on Android 12 very well on this phone so that way in terms of RAM management even battery life I'll talk about it I did not have an issue with this one regarding cellular call Quality and here it's divided into two uh first if we just talk about cellular call Quality here I have to say it's done very well I did not have a problem with cellular call Quality on this one even when the netf signal is a little bit low as you can see in this area where I am staying right now this c signal is not that good mostly one or two bars but still the call Quality is good earpiece quality is excellent on this one no proximity sensor issue and everything like that and even when I went to Goa I did not have any cellular call Quality even in Dubai I was using it on ring I did not have a cellular call Quality so that is good but one problem that I have with this Smartphone is for example these days in areas where you don't have good uh What sell signal you rely on Wi-Fi calling and Wi-Fi calling is there on this one but if you notice I have disabled Wi-Fi calling on this one and the reason for that is that when I enable Wi-Fi calling the after some time call Quality degrades quite a bit on this Smartphone and I've noticed this not with just one Wi-Fi router here I tested with three different Wi-Fi routers even when I went to go I I used Wi-Fi calling with different routers even in Dubai Etc and Wi-Fi calling on this Smartphone I don't know if it's just my unit is not that good after some times the call Quality gets degraded I and I did a lot of Wi-Fi test if I do a Wi-Fi test on this one that is not an issue the Wi-Fi speeds are good but I think the the problem is the consistency of the Wi-Fi signal uh this is on 2.4 GHz sorry I have to go on 5 GHz let me I have two routers actually two different routers let me actually go to the 5 GHz yes and for some reason uh I feel Samsung has to improve the auto switching I have both the 5 GHz that's on Wi-Fi 6 and this old router on the 2.4 GHz it's not intelligent enough that this wi-fi 6 router is better some of the phones do that automatically they latch onto the B you manually have to do it every time and uh Wi-Fi speeds is not a problem but the problem is in Wi-Fi calling when you need the consistent connection for a long period of time as you can see speeds are not an issue course 680 or something yes not as good as some of the other phones that even touch 700 but speeds is not an issue as you can it's touched 800 850 so that is not a problem but I feel when you need that consistent connection for a long time in Wi-Fi calling or VI when you're doing even there it's a minor drop for some milliseconds the call Quality degrades that is happening I and I don't know if it's just with my unit but Wi-Fi calling I was not happy with this Smartphone in fact many of the other Android phones and the same network in this location did far far better in terms of Wi-Fi calling so that is something I have noticed and that's with multiple networks okay next thing uh that I do not like on this Smartphone and you should actually change it if you're getting it the built-in Samsung keyboard is not just not that good even after using it for so many weeks the auto correction uh the auto suggestions Etc is really just not that good you'll make a lot of typos on this one I would suggest that just install gboard on this one and that works way better on this one so that is something that you should change if you're getting this uh uh next thing is regarding heating issues and many of you have asked me about heating issues on the smartphone and I would say in regular usage I do not have any major heating on the remember guys it's summer right now and if you just use the phone normally also yes the back will get a little bit warm but outside temperatures if you just use it Outdoors are so high almost 38 39° even indoors if you are if you're not in an AC obviously and if you use the phone even casually uh because it's having a processor it'll go a little bit uh to about even 45 42° or something like that so yes the back will Fe form on this one and that's happening even with other smartphones with the Snapdragon 8 gen one so I won't say that is a heating so in regular usage when I'm doing using the phone I'm not noticing any heating the only place where I felt that it got a little bit more warm was when I was doing extended gaming and I was extendedly using the cameras but guys let's be realistic that is happening with almost every other smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 gen and even the Moto h30 Pro so I would say in regular usage and I use a lot of phones this is not heating heating is something that I've noticed with the uh Samsung s20 Series or even the S21 to S21 was a lot better but s20 that was heating when you're using this from normally also the back used to get so hot that's not the case with so regular use I would say this one not heats up but yes if you hold the phone now in summer if I'm just even casually browsing YouTube and doing a lot of browsing and Etc the back feels a little bit warm but not hot regarding the battery life I was happy this is a flagship guys so I'll compare it with the other Flagship Android smartphones and for a 4500 m battery I feel the battery life is good on this one and it is giving me actually pretty good s almost about 5 to even Max I got about 6 and a half hours of s based on what I am doing so that way 5 and a half to about 6 and a half hours of s so for the typical day of usage and end of the day I mostly had 20 25% left so it's not like Key by the end of the day it's giving me battery anxiety issues so that way it's done well but it's not a 2-day if I'm just not using heavily yes it lasts for about 1 and a half days but you have to charge it every day at night but one thing to notice that guys I'm not using it with the always on display because my even my iPhone 13 Pro uh we don't have always on display so if you are going to keep that always on display like this then yes the battery life uh reduces quite a bit and what I've noticed is that if you are mostly just on mobile data for example when I was Kaa or even in Dubai I was just mostly on mobile data and there yes the s will reduce for approximately about 1 hour and that depends on the signal if the signal is low it has to work so if I compare it with other Android flagships then the battery life is actually pretty good on this smartphone because most of the other flagships barely give me about 5 hours of s to about 5 and 1 half hours of s so so that way the battery life is good but again it's not a 2day smartphone moving to the next thing is regarding the processor used on this one the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 is actually a pretty good uh processor uh it's based on 4 nanometer process and I'm glad that this time they went for the Qualcomm instead of the exos like always we get in India so that way I'm happy and this processor is so fast that you don't have to worry about anything no lag anything handles anything you throw on it so that way it is good uh yes when you push the phone a little bit yes it'll get slightly warm as I told you particularly if you use the camera extendedly for a lot of time or if you're doing other stuff I did not have a problem and I'm glad they went the Snapdragon uh with this one I was actually expecting uh the battery life to be a lot better because the way Qualcomm hyped this one uh but battery life I would say yes it's good but not great on this one but nevertheless I'm happy with the processor on this one yes it gets a slightly warm but that's the case with almost all the flagships I need to test the new diamond City uh s so's the flagships uh they supposedly run a little bit cooler than the Snapdragon 8 ch1 but I don't have those smart smart phone we'll test it out when I get them now moving to one bug that irritated me a lot and I still have it after all these update and this does not happen all the time maybe about 5% of the time when you're using the camera guys this shutter button right now it's working but it just freezes you just click click click and nothing happens and the only way to fix is you have to go back to the multitasking tray and kill the camera app and and this Buck is there and this irritates the hell out of me because sometimes you just want to capture open the camera and capture the and that button simply just free this I don't know this is a bug and I hope Samsung fixes that uh next thing is regarding the camera on this one and I think so you would go with the smartphone because of the fabulous camera performance that you're getting on this one uh back we have a triple camera setup the main camera now Samsung moved to 50 megap uh this has Optical image stabilization then the next camera is a 12 map but this has 3x op iCal uh what do you say zoom and it's also stabilized then we also have Ultra wide so all the three cameras are very very usable and I would say the 3x Zoom is very very useful uh for even portraits and stuff and overall the camera performance is the highlight of the smart now moving to the OTA updates and Android situation on this one and here again I would say Samsung is at the top as of now even better than pixel uh this comes out of the box with Android 12 so that's the latest and Samsung has committed next four years of Android updates on this so you'll get even Android 16 on this one even pixel does not uh do that they guarantee about 3 years if I recall and 5 years of security updates so that way I would say uh in terms of update Samsung is at the top right now so you don't have to worry in fact I have got multiple OT updates in the last two months so I don't think so that will be a issue another small niggling issue that I have with this one uh UI is clean and all those things apart from some of the Samsung apps and stuff nothing but again you have still have the My Galaxy app and sometimes it sends a notification here to so little bit of nagar but again no ads or anything that I have noticed on this one some of the earlier Samsung flagships had that issue you were getting ads even in the notification and the weather app and stuff like that that's not the case on this one so that way they have uh cleaned it up but you still have that Galaxy store and my Galaxy that sometimes do send you some notification but you can easily disable them uh let's talk about some of the wish list that I wished this Smartphone has but I know we will not get it because most of the Android flagships are omitting it uh first thing is yes this are sterio speakers but I still missed the 3.5mm headphone Jacks I have some very good vad uh what do you say headsets and stuff uh but 3.5m is is not a good thing is the Wi-Fi uh the Bluetooth is very good as you can see have tested with a dozens of Wireless what do you say uh headsets and I did not have a problem with this one one area again as completely forgot I was missing it that I noticed heating on this Smartphone and this is a very peculiar issue that I noticed is when I was using Android auto wirelessly in my car this phone just heated up like crazy and the battery was also draining quite a bit and this was very very strange and it still does it so I don't know why it's happening but if you using if your car has Android auto Wireless this Smartphone heats up like crazy and the battery drain is also like uh insane so I don't know if it's a bug or something but Android auto wirelessly when I was using in the car the phone used to get uncomfortably hot and the battery was also training maybe this is a bug they can fix it but that is the only place where I would say I noticed the heating of the smartphone this this might be an exceptional case or something but that's what I have noticed apart from from that overall I would say it's a very good Android smartphone uh and certainly uh the camera is the highlight of the smartphone you just pick up the camera apart from the camera shutter bug that I'm talking sometimes it uh comes just pops out out out of the blue the camera performance is fabulous on this Smartphone in fact for my second Channel U right I'm not shooting stuff because it's hot hot summer I'm not shooting Outdoors but when I went to this vacation and all the stps I was just using this one as the smartphone and even for video the video quality is very good even the front-facing camera though it's a 10 megapixel this can shoot video good video in 4k so that way I would say the camera was the big highlight for me uh but certainly this is a expensive uh smartphone uh it comes in two variants guy 128 GB and 256 GB and I would say if you don't upgrade your smartphones a lot go with the 256 GB variant because the price difference between the 128 I have the 128 GB I I'll be almost filling up the storage because I've shot so much stuff on this one uh the price difference is just 4,000 rupees so if you plan to keep the smartphone a lot in fact I was checking Amazon and the price as of now Amazon is saying for 128 GB is 85,000 but they're giving a 5,000 discount so it's about 80 and the uh 256 GB variant is 4,000 rupes more so if you're a person who likes to keep phones for more than 2 years and stuff and if you plan to take a lot of photog which you will do because the quality is so good then I feel you should move towards the 256 GB variant but certainly I would say this is a expensive phone so you are paying that Samsung premium on this one but overall apart from some of the niggling issues that I have mentioned very minor ones it's overall a very good phone uh and I would say um because I have even used the Moto h30 Pro the Moto h30 Pro also has the Snapdragon H1 uh that is also a very very uh good smartphone if you don't want to spend that much but the biggest difference I would say that we have between the Moto because the price difference almost 35,000 is the camera so if camera is not your highest concern you want a flagship then you can really go with this one but if you take a lot of photographs and stuff like that um then you can certainly go with this one and if let's say you have the Samsung S10 series or even the s20 series uh upgrade to this one you will be actually pretty happy so this was my practical uh review with the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus so do let me know what do you feel about the same and if you have the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus let me know are you having the Wi-Fi calling issue on your device anyways guys that's it for now for this video and if you guys are still not subscribed to this YouTube channel hit that subscribe button this is ranit and I hope to see you in my next video take care guyshi guys this is ranit and in this uh video we'll be doing the full uh Real World review of the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus and guys I've been actually using this for just over 2 months now uh with my primary Sim so this is sort of a real world usage scenario I wanted to use give a extended and Wi-Fi calling on this Smartphone I don't know if it's just my unit is not that good after some times the call Quality gets degraded I and I did a lot of Wi-Fi test if I do a Wi-Fi test on this one that is not an issue the Wi-Fi speeds are good but I think the the problem is the consistency of the Wi-Fi signal uh this is on 2.4 GHz sorry I have to go on 5 GHz let me I have two routers actually two different routers let me actually go to the 5 GHz yes and for some reason uh I feel Samsung has to improve the auto switching I have both the 5 GHz that's on Wi-Fi 6 and this old router on the 2.4 GHz it's not intelligent enough that this wi-fi 6 router is better some of the phones do that automatically they latch onto the B you manually have to do it every time and uh Wi-Fi speeds is not a problem but the problem is in Wi-Fi calling when you need the consistent connection for a long period of time as you can see speeds are not an issue course 680 or something yes not as good as some of the other phones that even touch 700 but speeds is not an issue as you can it's touched 800 850 so that is not a problem but I feel when you need that consistent connection for a long time in Wi-Fi calling or VI when you're doing even there it's a minor drop for some milliseconds the call Quality degrades that is happening I and I don't know if it's just with my unit but Wi-Fi calling I was not happy with this Smartphone in fact many of the other Android phones and the same network in this location did far far better in terms of Wi-Fi calling so that is something I have noticed and that's with multiple networks okay next thing uh that I do not like on this Smartphone and you should actually change it if you're getting it the built-in Samsung keyboard is not just not that good even after using it for so many weeks the auto correction uh the auto suggestions Etc is really just not that good you'll make a lot of typos on this one I would suggest that just install gboard on this one and that works way better on this one so that is something that you should change if you're getting this uh uh next thing is regarding heating issues and many of you have asked me about heating issues on the smartphone and I would say in regular usage I do not have any major heating on the remember guys it's summer right now and if you just use the phone normally also yes the back will get a little bit warm but outside temperatures if you just use it Outdoors are so high almost 38 39° even indoors if you are if you're not in an AC obviously and if you use the phone even casually uh because it's having a processor it'll go a little bit uh to about even 45 42° or something like that so yes the back will Fe form on this one and that's happening even with other smartphones with the Snapdragon 8 gen one so I won't say that is a heating so in regular usage when I'm doing using the phone I'm not noticing any heating the only place where I felt that it got a little bit more warm was when I was doing extended gaming and I was extendedly using the cameras but guys let's be realistic that is happening with almost every other smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 gen and even the Moto h30 Pro so I would say in regular usage and I use a lot of phones this is not heating heating is something that I've noticed with the uh Samsung s20 Series or even the S21 to S21 was a lot better but s20 that was heating when you're using this from normally also the back used to get so hot that's not the case with so regular use I would say this one not heats up but yes if you hold the phone now in summer if I'm just even casually browsing YouTube and doing a lot of browsing and Etc the back feels a little bit warm but not hot regarding the battery life I was happy this is a flagship guys so I'll compare it with the other Flagship Android smartphones and for a 4500 m battery I feel the battery life is good on this one and it is giving me actually pretty good s almost about 5 to even Max I got about 6 and a half hours of s based on what I am doing so that way 5 and a half to about 6 and a half hours of s so for the typical day of usage and end of the day I mostly had 20 25% left so it's not like Key by the end of the day it's giving me battery anxiety issues so that way it's done well but it's not a 2-day if I'm just not using heavily yes it lasts for about 1 and a half days but you have to charge it every day at night but one thing to notice that guys I'm not using it with the always on display because my even my iPhone 13 Pro uh we don't have always on display so if you are going to keep that always on display like this then yes the battery life uh reduces quite a bit and what I've noticed is that if you are mostly just on mobile data for example when I was Kaa or even in Dubai I was just mostly on mobile data and there yes the s will reduce for approximately about 1 hour and that depends on the signal if the signal is low it has to work so if I compare it with other Android flagships then the battery life is actually pretty good on this smartphone because most of the other flagships barely give me about 5 hours of s to about 5 and 1 half hours of s so so that way the battery life is good but again it's not a 2day smartphone moving to the next thing is regarding the processor used on this one the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 is actually a pretty good uh processor uh it's based on 4 nanometer process and I'm glad that this time they went for the Qualcomm instead of the exos like always we get in India so that way I'm happy and this processor is so fast that you don't have to worry about anything no lag anything handles anything you throw on it so that way it is good uh yes when you push the phone a little bit yes it'll get slightly warm as I told you particularly if you use the camera extendedly for a lot of time or if you're doing other stuff I did not have a problem and I'm glad they went the Snapdragon uh with this one I was actually expecting uh the battery life to be a lot better because the way Qualcomm hyped this one uh but battery life I would say yes it's good but not great on this one but nevertheless I'm happy with the processor on this one yes it gets a slightly warm but that's the case with almost all the flagships I need to test the new diamond City uh s so's the flagships uh they supposedly run a little bit cooler than the Snapdragon 8 ch1 but I don't have those smart smart phone we'll test it out when I get them now moving to one bug that irritated me a lot and I still have it after all these update and this does not happen all the time maybe about 5% of the time when you're using the camera guys this shutter button right now it's working but it just freezes you just click click click and nothing happens and the only way to fix is you have to go back to the multitasking tray and kill the camera app and and this Buck is there and this irritates the hell out of me because sometimes you just want to capture open the camera and capture the and that button simply just free this I don't know this is a bug and I hope Samsung fixes that uh next thing is regarding the camera on this one and I think so you would go with the smartphone because of the fabulous camera performance that you're getting on this one uh back we have a triple camera setup the main camera now Samsung moved to 50 megap uh this has Optical image stabilization then the next camera is a 12 map but this has 3x op iCal uh what do you say zoom and it's also stabilized then we also have Ultra wide so all the three cameras are very very usable and I would say the 3x Zoom is very very useful uh for even portraits and stuff and overall the camera performance is the highlight of the smart now moving to the OTA updates and Android situation on this one and here again I would say Samsung is at the top as of now even better than pixel uh this comes out of the box with Android 12 so that's the latest and Samsung has committed next four years of Android updates on this so you'll get even Android 16 on this one even pixel does not uh do that they guarantee about 3 years if I recall and 5 years of security updates so that way I would say uh in terms of update Samsung is at the top right now so you don't have to worry in fact I have got multiple OT updates in the last two months so I don't think so that will be a issue another small niggling issue that I have with this one uh UI is clean and all those things apart from some of the Samsung apps and stuff nothing but again you have still have the My Galaxy app and sometimes it sends a notification here to so little bit of nagar but again no ads or anything that I have noticed on this one some of the earlier Samsung flagships had that issue you were getting ads even in the notification and the weather app and stuff like that that's not the case on this one so that way they have uh cleaned it up but you still have that Galaxy store and my Galaxy that sometimes do send you some notification but you can easily disable them uh let's talk about some of the wish list that I wished this Smartphone has but I know we will not get it because most of the Android flagships are omitting it uh first thing is yes this are sterio speakers but I still missed the 3.5mm headphone Jacks I have some very good vad uh what do you say headsets and stuff uh but 3.5m is is not a good thing is the Wi-Fi uh the Bluetooth is very good as you can see have tested with a dozens of Wireless what do you say uh headsets and I did not have a problem with this one one area again as completely forgot I was missing it that I noticed heating on this Smartphone and this is a very peculiar issue that I noticed is when I was using Android auto wirelessly in my car this phone just heated up like crazy and the battery was also draining quite a bit and this was very very strange and it still does it so I don't know why it's happening but if you using if your car has Android auto Wireless this Smartphone heats up like crazy and the battery drain is also like uh insane so I don't know if it's a bug or something but Android auto wirelessly when I was using in the car the phone used to get uncomfortably hot and the battery was also training maybe this is a bug they can fix it but that is the only place where I would say I noticed the heating of the smartphone this this might be an exceptional case or something but that's what I have noticed apart from from that overall I would say it's a very good Android smartphone uh and certainly uh the camera is the highlight of the smartphone you just pick up the camera apart from the camera shutter bug that I'm talking sometimes it uh comes just pops out out out of the blue the camera performance is fabulous on this Smartphone in fact for my second Channel U right I'm not shooting stuff because it's hot hot summer I'm not shooting Outdoors but when I went to this vacation and all the stps I was just using this one as the smartphone and even for video the video quality is very good even the front-facing camera though it's a 10 megapixel this can shoot video good video in 4k so that way I would say the camera was the big highlight for me uh but certainly this is a expensive uh smartphone uh it comes in two variants guy 128 GB and 256 GB and I would say if you don't upgrade your smartphones a lot go with the 256 GB variant because the price difference between the 128 I have the 128 GB I I'll be almost filling up the storage because I've shot so much stuff on this one uh the price difference is just 4,000 rupees so if you plan to keep the smartphone a lot in fact I was checking Amazon and the price as of now Amazon is saying for 128 GB is 85,000 but they're giving a 5,000 discount so it's about 80 and the uh 256 GB variant is 4,000 rupes more so if you're a person who likes to keep phones for more than 2 years and stuff and if you plan to take a lot of photog which you will do because the quality is so good then I feel you should move towards the 256 GB variant but certainly I would say this is a expensive phone so you are paying that Samsung premium on this one but overall apart from some of the niggling issues that I have mentioned very minor ones it's overall a very good phone uh and I would say um because I have even used the Moto h30 Pro the Moto h30 Pro also has the Snapdragon H1 uh that is also a very very uh good smartphone if you don't want to spend that much but the biggest difference I would say that we have between the Moto because the price difference almost 35,000 is the camera so if camera is not your highest concern you want a flagship then you can really go with this one but if you take a lot of photographs and stuff like that um then you can certainly go with this one and if let's say you have the Samsung S10 series or even the s20 series uh upgrade to this one you will be actually pretty happy so this was my practical uh review with the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus so do let me know what do you feel about the same and if you have the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus let me know are you having the Wi-Fi calling issue on your device anyways guys that's it for now for this video and if you guys are still not subscribed to this YouTube channel hit that subscribe button this is ranit and I hope to see you in my next video take care guys\n"
