**Voice Over Experience with Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52 Microphone**
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52 microphone, and I must say it was a game-changer for my voice over experience. However, what started as a beautiful sound turned out to be quite the pain due to its distant quality.
**The Red Light Indicator: A Power Light or Mute Button?**
Initially, I thought the red light indicator on the KAYO 52 microphone was a power light. But after some experimentation, I realized it's actually a mute button. This feature is incredibly useful and means that the microphone is active when muted.
**Experimenting with Mic Placement**
When first trying out the KAYO 52, I placed it in the same position as my previous Snowball mic. However, this resulted in an extremely loud sound, which made me cringe. After adjusting its placement to a more comfortable spot, just like playing a video game at half volume, I was surprised by how clean and clear the sound quality was.
**Amazing Quality with Half Volume**
I found that even at half volume, the KAYO 52 microphone produced amazing quality sound. There was no hiss or weirdness, making it perfect for voice over work. In most cases, half volume would be more than enough for anyone, especially when gaming with a live audience.
**Gaming Experience and Live Streaming**
For gamers who want to convey their experience and emotions through their words, the KAYO 52 microphone is an excellent choice. Its clear sound quality ensures that listeners can feel the excitement and energy of the game.
**Overall Results and Recommendation**
After trying out various microphones, including my own Snowball mic, I can confidently say that the Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52 is the winner in terms of sound quality and value for money. If you're on a budget and want a reliable microphone that gets the job done, I highly recommend checking it out.
**The Best Microphone System for Voice Over Work**
While I have to compare the KAYO 52 to my camcorder's built-in mic (which is significantly more expensive), I can confidently say that this microphone system is among the best. Its excellent sound quality and build make it a great choice for voice over work, live streaming, or any application where clear audio is crucial.
**Conclusion**
In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable microphone that delivers exceptional sound quality without breaking the bank, look no further than the Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52. I'm impressed with its performance and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good voice over or live streaming mic.
**The Best Choice for Voice Over Work**
In terms of voice over work, gaming, or any application where clear audio is required, the Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52 microphone stands out as an excellent choice. Its ease of use, reliable sound quality, and affordability make it a top pick in its class.
**Final Thoughts and Recommendation**
I hope this review has been helpful for anyone considering the Fine Fine Technologies' KAYO 52 microphone. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to share them below.
WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enyeah alright let's go let's go left guys go left go left on me on me what why is no-one on me what what do you mean you can't hear me what Hey what I'm dead okay guys are you ready for an old-fashioned Western shootout well I am so we're gonna put microphones against microphones and we're gonna put my headset which is the sound blaster creative Evo and the snowball up against each other and we have a new contender in this house and let's check out who that guy is the folks over at fine fine technologies asked if I would do a review on their microphone I am NOT sponsored or anything by these guys they send me this in exchange for a review so I want to make that clear I'm reviewing the product and I'm going to review it as free as possible I'm gonna put this up against my Sound Blaster Evo and against these snowball and we're gonna find out for $34.99 Canadian do we have a winner so first we have this nice clean very simple box which I kind of like I think this is actually a really cool idea so what we're gonna do now let's just open this up take a look at what's inside this box and go from there oh okay so you got a a nice manual right away that's kind of cool the model of course of this product is 2ko 52 fine fine technology and this is your users guide then we have a little oak company website everything on here basically a thank you card dear sir/madam thank you for buying blah blah blah that is actually really kind that's really cool it's actually a really nice little piece kind of like a nice bookmark okay so here we go so we have an of course nice black finish I really really like that let's take this oh wow that's got some weight to it okay so here we have the microphone it's got a decent thick USB wire on it which is actually really nice it's not too flimsy or chintzy like it's it's probably twice as the thickness of my Logitech which is actually pretty good considering Logitech is a well known name and on here of course this is really cool so here you have you can bend here I guess for the first time there needed so here you can bend at the gooseneck you have an aluminum shaft here and you can also bend your microphone at the top which is really nice because you can actually completely direct it however you wish or see fit on the base here we have your mute button so if you have to sneeze cough or just belch or burp or whatever maybe even you know one of the bad passing gas things maybe you don't want people to know about it you just mute yourself on top of that we have a volume control right here for the output of your microphone now why this is so cool and why I like this feature well let's think about it we're playing a live stream we need to adjust our microphone I don't want to minimize or show anybody my desktop or just be unprofessional in any which way with this I can actually adjust my mistakes if I need a little gain turn it up if it's too loud and someone's complaining turn it down so that's really cool and then we have our activity like just to show our power or or whatever the case may be may be mute or I have never tell me power enough I won't know so guys this is an overall unboxing of this product it's got some good weight to the base so that actually stands out really well for me the fit and finish seems really nice the plastic does not seem to be cheap or chintzy in any way in fact I used to remember a Logitech microphone I had that was something like this idea but it just kind of had like a hinge system which kind of sucked because it was like a long boom it was hinged and that was all you could do with it and but the fit and finish feels about the same so that is really good and I liked the fact that this pipe piece here is aluminum so let's hook it up let's get this test going and see what's what and how good this mic actually is keeping in mind this is also only a $34.99 canadian priced microphone so probably about 29 or 30 bucks USD okay so just for a quick test this is the microphone in my 4k Sony camcorder I know this is not a true comparison but I wanted to put it in there anyway just in case voice over should be done a different way fifo microphone I am now testing the audio so we're testing the voiceover la la la la one two three check five four three two one test test test and now we are testing one two three testing testing testing this is the last game hunter this is the snowball microphone test test test do we are now testing testing testing the microphone right now is that half volume I'm going to turn the volume all the way up testing testing testing testing now the volume is maxed so guys what do you think about these microphones we had my camcorder 4k just for fun it wasn't to be an actual equivalent I did not have a directional boom mic or anything it was just the microphone built-in the camera which I do most of my videos that way does a small room then we put it up against the Evo Sound Blaster headset which in most cases if you're gaming it's about enough when you think about it but I found it fell short versus the other two microphones period so then we had the snowball now the snowball is extremely clean very very well heard I guess is a great word the dynamics are very good but there's one flaw with the snowball and what that flaw is I'll show you if I leave the snowball where it is which you can see over here it's gonna be a very distant sound and that isn't bad but it is when you want someone to hear you so I have to take my snowball bring it down like this while I'm talking so that my friends or players or whatever can hear me talk to them and to me it's annoying because it's something in my way if I'm leaning back or trying to do something it's actually visually an eye problem for me to see and I could possibly die so it's not horrible because you can angle that of course on this arm but I did find that if it's not like this then this not loud enough that was the one thing I couldn't figure out for a while why my snowball on voice overs sounded so beautiful but was quite the pain because it was so distant until one day I decided to do this and Wow it was amazing but you're also looking at a $59 Canadian microphone now on to vko 52 from five technologies now the red light indicator it means that it's muted and that means that it is active so that is good now you know when you're muted and you know in your life so that is one beautiful part and I thought it was a power light maybe at first but that makes a lot more sense what I found when I was playing around with this microphone at first I had put it like this and I was talking because I expected to have the same problems that I had with the snowball mic whoops it was so loud and then I crank the volume I ripped the headphones off my my head I then put the microphone comfortably where I would like it to be out of my way completely and not visible to anything and it was over here and I'm talking this way as if I was playing a video game at half volume it was probably more than loud enough actually I probably would have had to turn it down amazing quality very clean there was no butters there was no you know weirdness to the microphone when I cranked it all the way up Wow way too loud absolutely way too loud I can't see why I would ever need to crank it all the way up unless I was going to edit it in a video and bring the volume down later in most cases half volume or quarter is probably going to be way more than enough for anybody gaming with you to hear the experience and the words you're trying to portray to them so my overall results here you heard all my microphones as well as I did I had to sit back during the video in-between and actually listen to them so I can continue on to talk about them and overall I gotta say but $34.99 fine 5ko 52 is definitely the winner hands down if you guys do not want to spend a lot of money on a microphone that's gonna do more than get the job done then I would definitely go on Amazon I'll have a link in description below to buy this product and I will tell you right now you will not be disappointed in any which way any form I have to say that this is probably the best microphone system other than the mic that of course that I would put on my camcorder but we're talking major dollars if I had to do that comparison it would not be fair it's like taking this microphone and I can tell you right now I bet you I can take this microphone and put it up against a hundred dollar microphone and I would have the same results you don't buy the hundred dollar microphone this is way more and all the money you need to spend so guys you can judge for yourself listening to what I have here in the audio but hands down the kayo 52 from fine fine technologies is definitely the winner and the microphone of my choice moving forward for all of my continued streaming or live gaming it'll be all done on the fine fine kayo 52 so guys thank you for sitting back relaxing and enjoying this review I hope I really hope that people that aren't there they're looking for microphones and they're looking to get the job done and they're also on a budget this company is building some good product if the build quality is any indication of what I've seen here on a $35 mic with the aluminum body here the bending any which way I want to bend my microphone the base having some nice weighted support to it the mute button built in and the on-board volume control then I definitely want to try out some more of their mics I've been looking at the idea of trying out some wireless microphones and I've actually been dabbling and looking at some of their products because you know what they're well priced if they work anywhere as good as this I know I'm gonna be happy so guys till next time thank you for watching this review please hit that like subscribe and whatever button you want to hit and if you dislike this video which I hope you didn't please hit that dislike video and comment below why I'd like to hear about it so guys till next time game over youyeah alright let's go let's go left guys go left go left on me on me what why is no-one on me what what do you mean you can't hear me what Hey what I'm dead okay guys are you ready for an old-fashioned Western shootout well I am so we're gonna put
