I recently went to the dollar store and picked up some interesting items that I'm excited to share with you. The first item on my list was a star-shaped craft block. It's huge! And it's just begging for me to get creative with it. I think this would be a great project for a nursery, where you could spell out a name or create a design using the stars. Or, if you're feeling festive, you could use the stars as ornaments for Christmas or on your Fourth of July decorations. The best part is that the star comes with string attached, making it easy to hang up.

I also found some adorable little birdhouses that I think my niece would love to paint. One of them is a traditional round shape, while the other has a heart-shaped cutout in it. Since my niece loves to paint, these will be perfect for her to decorate when she comes over to sleepover next weekend. And who knows, maybe she'll even tattle on me if I don't let her paint them!

As I was browsing through the dollar store, I stumbled upon another great find - a set of arrow signs that are completely new at my stores! These are just going to be so awesome for home decor projects, especially around holidays like Halloween or Christmas. You can use them as stakes for your haunted house decorations or create your own spooky pumpkin patch. The best part is that you can customize the arrows with different letters or symbols to spell out what you want.

I got three of these arrow signs because I thought three was a magical number, but four would also be a great option if you want to create a more intricate design. You could use these for any occasion, like Valentine's Day or Fourth of July celebrations. And who knows, maybe you'll even come up with your own unique way to use them.

As I continued shopping, I couldn't help but laugh hysterically at the beginning of my intro video. It was just one of those moments where everything fell into place, and I ended up laughing for no reason at all! Anyway, after I finish editing that part out, I'll be posting about these dollar store finds on my schedule, which includes Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays as dollar tree hauls. Tuesdays and Saturdays will feature home decor hauls or home decorating projects.

the first things i want to show you are actually a bunch of shampoos that i picked up these are the vo5 and i actually had this on my list to pick up strawberry from dollar tree so here we go and i just want to like have certain you know um sense that when i get in the shower i kind of everything has like the same smell so i like i want to do body wash strawberry and and scrubs strawberry and shampoo strawberry kind of thing um on that note i also picked up juicy apple in the suave brand again a dollar i mean i think this is pretty comparable anyway to the suave at walmart i mean isn't it cheaper maybe is it like 97 cents i don't know if you know the direct price of the one from walmart comment down below but i have to say that if i could smell like anything all day every day apples is my choice obviously i wish that this was an interactive type of video where you could smell this along with me but it just smells like good old apples i mean there's just there's really nothing else there and i like that because that's exactly what i want to smell actually let me just pick up the strawberry real quick strawberries i mean really actually this one says strawberries and cream too i just realized that oh i'm so confused i guess i did pick up the the both of them okay so here is the just strawberry one sun ripened strawberry in the suave i also like the packaging i think these are going to be nice for a gift basket too i just think packaging like whenever you're putting a gift basket together um it just adds a little something extra you know and this one yes so this one definitely has a strawberry scent like i can't even honestly describe this because i feel like does strawberry actually have a smell like real strawberries you know what i mean it has a taste but doesn't have a smell smell but if strawberries could i feel like it would definitely i would want it to smell like this and this does have like a cream um feature to it too anyways the same concept i just wanted to add strawberries and apple to my shampoo collection right now i think i have coconut for my shampoo and conditioners and i'm trying to you know align these up with like body washes and things that i have so i'm excited that i wrote those down on my dollar tree list and that they were there at the store okay the next two things you know have been at dollar tree for a really long time but i got them for a very specific purpose actually i couldn't decide which one that i'm going to end up using and this is going to be for my vlog this is going to be for like a weekend at marie's thing so you're actually it's supposed to be this saturday's video hopefully if everything goes right this is just a tray platter you can see that there's the clear option and then they have these in other colors too like red and blue but i just wanted the white um but i don't know which one i'm gonna end up using for my video so in case you're interested i'm gonna do like a movie night hang out with me routine type video for saturday so that's what that's for all right this next product actually is a shout out to my daughter because she said something that like sparked and oh my gosh that yes so this is a just dry erase board i've bought these several times from dollar tree i got the one with the green because i'm going to put this up on my fridge there are magnets on here so there's that and then you even get the dry erase marker as well and then the tip of the marker has the eraser so i got this because hopefully if everything goes right tomorrow's video for thursday is going to be a overhaul of my fridge it's just a chaotic mess so i bought several organizer things from both dollar tree and amazon and i'm gonna be reorganizing things um one of them being like a glass container for milk and orange juice and my daughter said to me you gotta keep up with the expiration date and i was just like yes of course and then i thought how can i do that and this is gonna be i think the best way so that way it's on the fridge and then i'll write you know the day that i i put the milk in the glass container and the day that the milk is gonna expire based off of the original packaging of the milk basically because once i pour the milk into the glass container i'm going to be recycling you know the plastic jug that the milk was originally in and it on that is obviously the expiration information so i got this to record that data and even for like other things because the whole goal of me doing my fridge is to kind of get rid of the original containers and put them into like clear containers and such so i picked up that for that particular purpose next up are a bunch of new dog toys lately dollar tree has been putting out a ton of new items for pets so definitely be on the lookout for that there were so many other dog toys kitty toys that i've never seen before so they're definitely new and i i didn't even pick up a fraction of them that's just goes to show you how much is really there um i found these little like dog plush toys and i liked the size because loxie is a mastiff so a lot of the toys um are just a little too small for her i recently got like a taco and a burger and those are hilarious and she loves them and then i found these and all of the prints what are so cute i even think there were more prints to choose from but i didn't find them but can we talk about this one like what how farmhouse is that then we've got a little bit of you know sassy flavor to these so absolutely adorable and like i said a ton of other dog toys so i'm gonna be probably picking those up in the next several trips so you guys can kind of see the full collection of what's going on from that perspective and so many cute cat things too i know a lot of you have cats and just i honestly almost pick some up just for loxie but but i didn't but they are really cute so stop by the next time you're at dollar tree in the pet aisle i picked up some stickers these are sloths right and i just think it's so cute how they're just hanging out around a rainbow i mean how freaking adorable is that and when i see this i think of doing like a springtime care package for my daughter she loves sloths and maybe i could do like some sort of rainbow theme and then add these to you know the decorations i will link a recent video i think it was monday's video wasn't it monday's dollar tree haul and i showed you guys at the very end of that video how i decorated her valentine's day care package um it was actually just like phase one of it because in the vlog that's gonna be released tonight for wednesday you'll see how i decorated the bottom of the care package so uh so anyways i know it's like a like why did i do this in so many parts but anyways if you need a looks like so anyways maybe a rainbow theme for spring for her all right here is an item that i thought would be cute for her valentine's day care package i pulled like an ocean breeze air freshener for her car anytime i do a care package for her i always like to send something for her car like it's a person and it has feelings but it doesn't um and then i went to dollar tree and found this one with the strawberries and i thought it was cute because it has like the red you know packaging and the red liquid and it just you know red for valentine's day so um also i've never seen strawberry as a car scent i mean this is like this is the strawberry hall so um strawberry fields okay actually i a long time ago i went to vegas and i saw the beatles um show what was it called at the time beatles love or i don't remember what it was but they they played that song and um and honestly like i always liked the beatles but when i saw that show in vegas i fell in love with strawberry fields and lucy in the sky with diamonds it was just it was magical anyways uh trailing off here this is super glue i actually bought two different packets of this i got one that had like a red top i really didn't kind of know the difference this one says it's a gel so i found that to be interesting but i broke a ceramic bunny it's actually over there i broke the little um ear off if you watch that haul and i already used the red glue set and it works like a charm here is the bunny i'm talking about and this little ear right here broke off no this sorry this one this one broke off and then i just used some super glue from dollar tree and it worked okay so there's that and the last couple of things are some new uh tissue paper and i love the alphabets on it so i think this is probably geared more towards like a baby shower kind of thing you know your abcs but i want to show you guys how cute it is would also be cute if you're doing like a gift for a teacher you know the alphabet so definitely brand new tissue paper prints are being sold at dollar tree too right now there were several more i didn't pick those up um okay now the last several things are all from the crafter square section it's just like their diy wood projects that they sell i found this one with the picture frame in the heart honestly i wish that i had the time but valentine's day is almost upon us and i need to get my daughter's um you know box going but if i had the time i would like paint this and then like put a picture and that would be so darling to add into a care package but this would also be great for a gift basket too if you're gonna do like some sort of gift for somebody you know for your husband it would be really cute you could like maybe write like established in like the year you met or the year you married or whatever and then like a picture so that would be really cute and easy to do also it comes with a little stand so you put it right here and then it's like a table top a dollar like what in the world um i picked up some of these little bird houses for my niece one is just like the traditional round and then one has a heart shape cut out for the bird um obviously i'm not going to
