With its powerful specifications and sleek design, this device is quickly becoming a favorite among gamers and tech enthusiasts alike. In this article, we'll take a closer look at the gaming capabilities of the Asus Zenfone 4, exploring its performance in various games and how it stacks up against other budget-oriented Android phones.

Playing Death Trigger: A Smooth Experience

One of the first games I decided to try on the Asus Zenfone 4 was Death Trigger. This game is notoriously demanding on devices with lower-powered processors, but the Zenfone 4 handled it with ease. The device's powerful processor and ample amount of RAM ensured a smooth gaming experience, with no lag or drops in frame rate. In fact, I was able to play this game for hours without any issues, which is a testament to the device's overall performance.

Moving on to Riptide GP2: A Smooth Ride

Next up was Riptide GP2, another demanding game that pushes devices to their limits. The Zenfone 4 handled this game with ease as well, with no signs of lag or slowdown. I was able to play for an extended period without any issues, and the device's screen held up beautifully under the graphics demands of the game.

Asphalt 8: A High-Performance Experience

Asphalt 8 is a heavy-hitting game that requires powerful processing and high-end graphics capabilities. The Asus Zenfone 4 handled this game with ease, even when running at its highest graphic settings. I was able to drive at breakneck speeds, perform drifts, and experience all the visual effects of the game without any lag or slowdown. This level of performance is impressive, especially considering the device's affordable price point.

Asphalt 8: Tokyo Level

I decided to test the Zenfone 4 on a few more levels in Asphalt 8, including the popular Tokyo level. The device performed flawlessly, with no signs of lag or drop frames. I was able to drive at high speeds, perform jumps and drifts, and experience all the visual effects of the game without any issues.

Modern Combat 4: A Surprise Performance

Next up was Modern Combat 4, another heavy-hitting game that requires powerful processing and graphics capabilities. The Asus Zenfone 4 handled this game with ease as well, even when running at its highest graphic settings. I was able to play for extended periods without any lag or slowdown, which is a testament to the device's overall performance.

Modern Combat 4: A Musical Performance

As you can see in the video footage, Modern Combat 4 performed beautifully on the Asus Zenfone 4, with no signs of lag or drop frames. The device's processor and graphics capabilities handled the game's demands with ease, resulting in a smooth and responsive gaming experience.

Subway Surfer: A Laggy Experience

One of the few games I encountered issues with was Subway Surfer. It appears that this game is not optimized for the Zenfone 4's chipset, resulting in lag and slowdown. However, it's worth noting that even with this issue, the device still performed well overall, making it a great option for gamers who are looking for a value-packed device.

Gaming Experience: A Surprising Advantage

Overall, my experience with the Asus Zenfone 4 has been nothing short of impressive. The device handled even the most demanding games with ease, resulting in a smooth and responsive gaming experience. Its ability to play heavy-hitting games like Asphalt 8 and Modern Combat 4 without any lag or slowdown is a testament to its powerful processor and graphics capabilities.

Cost-Performance Ratio: A Key Advantage

In terms of cost-performance ratio, the Asus Zenfone 4 stands out from other budget-oriented Android phones. With its powerful processor, ample amount of RAM, and sleek design, this device offers an unbeatable combination of performance and value for money. Even when compared to more expensive devices, the Zenfone 4 holds its own, making it a compelling option for gamers who are looking for a reliable and affordable device.

Conclusion

The Asus Zenfone 4 is a powerhouse of a device that delivers impressive gaming capabilities at an affordable price point. With its powerful processor, ample amount of RAM, and sleek design, this device offers an unbeatable combination of performance and value for money. "WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is Ranjit and in this video we'll be doing the gaming review with this Asus zenfone 4 and this is a budget oriented Android phone and the thing with this device is that it runs on Intel dual core processor that's clocked at 1.2 gigahertz I have already an unboxing of this device so if you want to know a general overview you can check out that video and before I show you some games let's also look at the configuration using the CPU said application and as you can see it's powered by Intel Atom processor that's based on this salt well that's clocked at 1.2 gigahertz that's a dual core processor with hyper threading that means Android sees it as quad-core as you can see CPU 0 1 2 3 & 4 so Android sees this as a quad-core device and I'm actually very impressed with the overall performance regarding the GPU it spurts of power VR SGX 544 a GPU and it has 1 gig of ram and it's made by esos and the screen is a four inch screen and overall I would say in terms of responsiveness the phone has been very responsive and let's actually now try this dead trigger 2 and most of the game of for this dead trigger 2 I was able to install it on the SD card we have a setting inside settings if you have an SD card you can set the preferred location but again not every game is going to install fully on the SD card for example asphalt 8 which I'll show you a bit later most of the game was installed in it internal memory but we have 8 gigs out of that we do get about 4 point 6 TB or so so it's a lot better than Moto e I would say in terms of internal storage let's play this one thing I did notice is that as this game is mostly on the SD card games which were on the SD card do take quite a bit of time to load so this is dead trigger as you can see Intel's running it pretty fine also the touch sensitivity I noticed on this device is excellent overall in the UI also the touch is very responsive one thing I notice is that speaker is ok but not very loud in that space I would say definitely the Moto e which has that front firing speakers is better as you can see it is running very well in fact and this Asus zenfone 4 is the what do you say the budget oriented phone from ASOS and regarding the pricing it's the cheapest case which also has four more models which are plot a bit higher for example this is 1.2 gigahertz the other models are clocked at one point six figures and they have two gigs of RAM as you can see it handles it without any physics language fine in fact playing death trigger I don't have any it shows it later fine so actually let me just we need this just move ahead another company where this Bangert quite without any chosen price but definitely if you have a higher budget I would suggest go for the zenfone 5 because it has a higher bigger screen that's a five inch screen and it's the IPS great screen so the strength is given fine so let us move to another game now and now let's try Riptide gp2 so this is Riptide gp2 and we this tell to steer as you notice if you tilted it some angles the screen does tend to fade a little bit and you are getting those water effects so that means all the graphics are getting rendered and I did play this game for a while and handled it without any issues no drop page of frames or anything like that as you can see it is running fine so let's actually move to now any games and let's now try asphalt 8 and this is asphalt 8 before I started let me also show you the graphics settings do note that I have kept the graphics settings too high it's at the highest level and I'm going to use on-screen steering so let's play a few levels on this asphalt 8 and we're going to play this Iceland level and if you see the lines on the screen don't worry it's just my camera there's no issue with the screen of this device and as you can see it's very smooth I'm able to get that smoke effects lens flare everything see under the grip it is behaving as expected I can do knockout and it is very responsive the screen as I told earlier even in heavy gaming like this see I'll bring the drift you're getting the smoke from the tires and in fact I was very surprised at how well it was able to play this aspect it without any lag as you can see I'm first now I will be this one needless to say the experience while playing a start was great on this device actually as you can see it's running it fine without any issues let me actually do one thing now let's move to one more level on this asphalt 8 and this is the Tokyo level again do note that it's running on the high graphic settings not on medium or something like that oops I crashed I just noticed a script frame there but considering the fact it's running on high graphics setting is just amazing for the price to performance ratio that we are getting as you can see it's running it very well I'm trying to do the drift so as you can see it is playing this even ostrich ate very well so you'll have a great experience playing even this game now let's move to a one more game now let's move to a modern come back for another thing that I notice is that we are playing heavy games very heavy games in fact and yes the back is giving a little bit warm but not very hot like some other Android devices that I've tested earlier so let's move to this modern combat 4 so this is more combat for and again as you can see it is able to handle it without any issues no not whatsoever pretty a musical performance that we are getting from this device answering the price point just six thousand rupees Arabia this device programs etc and as you can see all graphics are getting that not unexpected there's no large genus or anything on a track so let's go ahead Oh so as you can see even very heavy games like AZ 5 7 and this mortal kombat 4 are no issues I was actually pretty surprised to the playing these games I thought we up it will be very laggy and jumping but as you can see it is playing it without any issues there's no drop rate of frames or anything like that so hold on I would say excellent performance while gaming so let me just get out of this one we just swipe that I mean one game where I didn't notice a little bit of lag surprisingly he was this subway surfer I don't know why it was happening it looks like the game is simply not optimised for this chipset from that as you have seen from the gaming review it could even play very heavy games like asphalt 7 and even modern combat 4 so in fact for gaming I was highly impressed with this device and if we consider the cost to performance ratio I would say none of the other budget oriented Android phones could play games as well as this device could - so what do you think about the gaming capabilities of this Asus zenfone 4 I would love to hear your thoughts about it I'll also be doing a full in-depth review for this device very soon so if you're not subscribed to my channel subscribe to the same thank you for watching this video this
