the motor over yeah but we have some suspicions so far we've been discussing so I mean it's making a lot of noise it sounds like Dana's thing he'll all the noise all the time so his card making some noise yeah what noise a burly noise in that car I know it stalls all the time just else on the low end yeah the chain slapping around in there so so the timing chain goes in here yeah around the top if it's losing oil pressure or there's slack you can change the amount these is a big dentist pick a cavity once do the same thing that now so these stretch so all these little metal links in here over time they stretch so if Ferrari or anything with the rubber belts they change them out because of the stretch right these aren't as rabbit they do overtime stretch so what would be the negative side effects of a slapping chain oh you could skip if it skips a tooth down here and then pistons or valves hit Pistons right you know it skips yeah then you got bent valves we don't want that Damon's car has already been through a loss that's had the motor out for bearing back in I think January I think and yeah we did the shims yeah that was a big job there's a chain we also talks about an oil pump because an oil pressure issue in the mercy yeah so as long as the chains driving the pump then everything's solid in there so the pumps don't really they're kind of on or off they work or they don't so if you've any pressure out of it it's probably losing pressure somewhere else in the so when she start getting higher mileages on the motor and apparent the oil can basically piss out through the the bearings so it's not squeezing tightening up and it's seeping out once the clearances get too bad it's the Murcielago reliable car you know it's thing oh that like driving so they sit around the seal start drying out so as long as they're driven so daily doing exotics works here okay I like that so is there a chance that Damon's car sat for a long time usually I don't have a service history yeah usually all these cars sit for an extended time so we're gonna pull the motor out will not we you guys know pull the motor out of the Murphy and then just listen parts we can't wear a purse until you know exactly what's wrong yeah anything about this stuff even I know this when I was younger I do my own work and always guess what the problem oh oh it's gotta be this I google it oh it's the valve gasket or it's the you know I'm module and buy-in for parts out it that's not how you fix a car you get a professional take a look at it use tools and micrometer and whatever else you've got in computers to find the actual problems actually know quite a bit the ice to Ellen's turbo I did my own turbo chips at on Motorsports before not properly but I know some stuff so that's basically what we want to do with Jamis murciélago is get the engine out take apart the heads take a look at the pistons the valves and do a baseline check so that we understand really the full condition of its engine because you guys bought it and it had a couple little issues right mm-hmm and so we don't really know if we had ever addressed those issues along the way of the car being services you've guys have had it it's kind of we want to bring it out get a baseline and really understand if there's anything inherently wrong with the engine that we want to fix to make sure that you guys get back on the road and have hassle-free driving in love with that v12 engine driving these cars it does take preventative maintenance and span but we're time and money to do it right you don't want to slap a Paris together that's why I ever heard of gee I take the time to do it right get it ready the Huracan we're back on the road soon I found a transmission for it thank God using
