**A Closer Look at Crustle Cases: A Review**

As I examined the two Crustle cases that were sent to me, I couldn't help but notice how they look and feel. The first case, which appears to be a standard black leather case, is sleek and compact, fitting snugly in the palm of my hand. However, when folded over, it snaps into place with ease, providing a secure fit for my device. Upon closer inspection, I was able to feel the softness of the leather, which is not too bulky or heavy, making it comfortable to carry around.

One feature that caught my attention was the little slot on top for keychains. It's a nice touch that adds functionality to an already useful case. The keychain slot is positioned in a way that allows for easy access and visibility, even when the case is closed. When I pushed down on the leather, I could feel its softness and quality, which suggests that it will hold up well over time.

However, there were a few minor issues with this case. For one, the screen felt slightly cheap, like it was not fully secured in place. Additionally, lint often got stuck in this case, particularly when it was inside my pocket. Despite these minor flaws, I found the case to be a solid choice for everyday use.

Unfortunately, like the first case, the screen did not feel fully secure in this one either. black they are both leather cases uh genuine leather as you can see right there genuine leather um there's no name for them they're just called Crustle uh actually they said second gen Dawn right there if you see that Apple app touch second gen Dawn and this one does not have a name but that doesn't matter cuz it's all about the case so let's go ahead and get the black one out let's put these boxes aside didn't come with screen protectors or anything but it's all good just leave that back there so I realize so um once you take it out I'll take my iPod out first I was just using this case actually so once you have it on the outside it looks kind of it looks it looks nice from the front it really does um looks like your regular oldfashioned leather case with a little uh with a little icon down here of the company and when you turn to the side you think oh my God this is this thing is huge it's really bulky looks like it's going to weigh a ton um actually that is true it doesn't weigh it on but it is very bulky in your pocket um as you can see right there it's pretty fat um on the outside compared to the iPod touch you don't need all that but you'll see inside why some of that so uh why it's so thick and then on the back you have the little Crustle right there and the logo beside it so when you go ahead and open it up you'll notice it's a magnet right here that shuts and opens this case um there's no uh snap on or anything so when you open it up you see you have three Pockets right here well two pockets right here and then you have the crustal little thing right here and then you open it up and you have a place to put your iPod and then you'll notice how sorry if I'm going too fast um you have this right here to put your iPod in in and then you'll notice that if you just like flip it back flip it back you'll notice something on the back and that's actually a stand and it's really nice actually it just had it just needs to be able to stay somewhere it's pretty good right there if you were like watching a movie or something you just put your iPod in there and it'll be standing up like that which is pretty cool um if you ask me not a lot of cases offer that which is a good thing from Crustle that they did offer that so and then back here is nothing is just a place for the uh stand for it to be held and um let's go ahead and put the iPod in there you see right there it just says pass quality inspected uh about the leather and stuff so you can go ahead and slide it in show you right here it slides in pretty pretty hard actually it's pretty hard to slide in it's really tightly fit and then you go all the way down uh you can see that it kind of covers up the very bottom of the volume rocker but um it's still pretty good so once you put this over it you're like uh it looks like it's going to slide out actually yeah it does you see right there that the case does slide out quite a bit and um that's one uh con about this case um uh also the fact that it's real bulky yes there's a spot for the um USB and the headphones also for the home button there's like nothing cing it at all it's just the inside it's just a it's just a a full it's just like a a holder right here just like a holder and this is what's supposed to be that protects it which it's really really bulky um don't recommend if you have stuff that goes in your pocket all the time like if you're in school or something and you like carrying stuff around in your pocket um this is not the case for you if you're like that um it does collect a lot of Lent as well um on the screen screen and on the back right here down below there is these Pockets do come in handy if you had like a little something you want to put in there um there's not too easy of um there's not really good access to the volume rockers it's kind of covering the bottom one right here and um if you wanted to if you wanted to listen to something it's it's all good besides the fact that it's all um bulky and it and it actually does weigh a lot as well but um it's the black genuine leather case from Crustle um so it's overall I think it's pretty nice um they just need a they just need to cut down the size of it and the weight um I don't think they need to add all all this in I don't think they need to add this in and uh but the stand is really nice though if you were like to watch a movie you can have it up like that and just sit there and watch your movie um peacefully without having to like adjust it due to the light and stuff and then take it out it's a just just kind of push it from the bottom it could be somewhat hard as well just got there you go just got to take it out like that and uh I I'll go ahead and review the white one now I'm not being racist so this is the white dawn case from crussell uh a lot a big improvement from the last one I actually like this case quite a bit there's only there's there's probably only one or two cons I have about this there's one that's a really big factor that really disappoints me about this case but I'll get into that later so on the back you see that there's a uh there's like a little place for a keychain which is pretty cool um not a lot of cases off for that um and then you have a you notice something on the front where there's like it comes up but there's you don't see anything there why is that um there's actually a strap right here that that goes all the way to the bottom and it's like a magnetic uh clip in like that it's really strong do look and then it just snaps on it's hard to take off as well really hard um so when you take it down there there's no way that your iPod's going to be getting out of there so when you open it up you see the back it has the pass quality inspected like the other one does um it has a little something right there I'm not sure what that is quality assurance just saying something about the case um but you see there's going to be a little little teeny cutout for the volume markers that's one of the big cons I have get into that in a little bit you see there's a spot for the USB and the headphones and obviously the power button when you open it up full access right there so let's go and try to slide it in and here's where the big con takes place you notice that when you put it in it messes with the volume rockers quite a bit um that is one thing uh when you pull it out actually pulls the volume rocker like out mine actually like kind of broke when when I did it it uh it it um it just like wouldn't turn up it just kept turning down cuz um it was stuck on the down button so uh you put it in there um you notice that the top is sticking out which is quite odd that's uh maybe something I could fix and also that the um this is going over the screen it looks kind of like I'm not trying to get on them or anything but it kind of looks cheaply made when you like move it like that this whole part comes down and it's like covering the screen almost um this part these uh leather pieces that come down right here the white leather pieces that come down they kind of go over the screen and don't give you full access to the screen maybe if you were playing a game or if you were trying to type real well these could get in the way um it's it's easy access to the um to the uh it's easy access to the home button uh easy access to the um USB and the headphones uh but really my only problem is that how it sticks out like this and that there's not places for the for the uh for the screen fully and how when you do like that it looks kind of cheaply made um but when you do fold it over you have it snap right here in place and then you have a really nice case it's not too bulky like the other one U you can tell it's Leather by pushing down you can feel how soft it is um you have the little place for the keychain maybe if you had a keychain or something but uh you feel that and it really feels good in your pocket it's not too heavy or bulky like like this black one right here as was um but it there's no way it can come out there is lint that gets in this case as well um if you're if you have it in your pocket like I do so uh I'll show you what I mean by taking it out when I have this um also that's pretty cool too I just accidentally found that if you saw that um it does stick to the back like that so if you're like playing a game you don't have to worry about it being up here and like kind of like doing like that or something just snaps back on the back cuz the uh the Crustle is obviously uh magnetic well magnetic picks up metal so that it sticks to each other and so if you're playing a game you have better access to the screen even though it's not too great with these but um as I was saying uh the lent does get in here like throughout here um throughout the sides and on the bottom but overall it's it's a pretty good case um if they just if they just fix the part where it's uh covering the screen and if they made it so that it went all the way over the screen not just the with the top sticking out it kind of looks out of place and U like it's not supposed to be there but I like how they have the snap on the bottom that's uh really good it's not it's not like the magnetic um as this one was cuz it's easy to come out if you have it like this if it's like this it's it's a lot easier to come out the magnet's built in like to the bottom of the um the case if it's built in like that um as opposed to if it has like a button a magnetic button it's a lot harder to come out you see right there if I pull on it it doesn't do anything but if I pull on this one it eventually comes out I wasn't trying harder just to try to prove Point um that's really how it is but um overall these are these are pretty useful case this a really catchy um case as well a white leather um you don't usually see white leather a lot and has a little silver outlining which is pretty cool too um this is probably this probably the the rarest color that I've seen cuz I haven't really seen any white uh leather cases around um so that that's a pretty cool thing from Crustle also they had these uh their little logos covered up by little stickers like this I have one right here still little stick stickers that covered it make sure it didn't get scratched which is pretty cool um just for shipping purposes and things like that so Guys these were the two Crustle cases um really nice just that it does need to work on their bulkiness of the cases and the the screen like I was saying but um I'll show you this when I take it out one last time you see right there it got caught on the volume rocker I got to kind of hold on uh there we go all right I got it I got it it's not too hard but sometimes it does catch it and it it could be pretty bad uh you just got to work it out of there and it'll get it'll get better as you um do it so the white leather case again is called um upside down but it's called the dawn for the 2god touch
