**The Petrolhead Garage's New S4**

A quick car against a hugely fast supercar - that's what we're going to get with this new s4 from Audi. I'm worried that this is a demonstration of "yeah Peter, this is a quick car against a hugely fast supercar" and the result will be quite funny, just to watch him disappear into the sunrise.

**The Car Arrives**

We've gone light on the specs, but one thing's for sure - we'll do 57 here she is. She's arrived! You may well have guessed by now that this car on the back is another s4. We've replaced our outgoing s4 with a brand new one, and it's about time.

**The Reason for the Change**

So, what made you change tack from looking for a mini replacement to suddenly changing the s4? Well, simple answer - the new s4 is pretty much the same spec as our old car, but with some key upgrades. It's in a brand new color called Navara Blue, and it also has a black pack on it, which includes detailing around the grille, roof rails, and more.

**Inside the Car**

Let's take a look around this car - first things first, we've got the black pack on it, so you can see all the details of the car. The wheels are 19-inch beauties, and they're absolutely stunning. Now, come down the flanks, you'll notice that the s4 has some key differences from our outgoing model. It's got black wing mirror caps, and the windows are now blacked-out, with privacy glass.

**The Rear of the Car**

I just think the rear of this car looks lovely - what do you guys agree? It's got quad chrome exhaust tips, which make it sound quite a bit different from our outgoing s4. We've also got blacked-out lenses on the rear lights, and some nice black roof rails running along the top.

**Inside the Interior**

Now, let's take a jump inside - I think it looks absolutely superb! The gray interior is full of features we love, including electric seats with heated massage support. And with Audi's virtual cockpit, you get all the tech at your fingertips. Let's take a closer look around the dash and see what we can find.

**The Virtual Cockpit**

I'm really excited about this - the virtual cockpit is one of our favorite features in any Audi model. You get to choose between different displays and configurations, but with the S4 models, you also get the big central rev counter that's so satisfying to look at. Plus, with the MMI system, we've got all the latest tech at our disposal.

**The Back Seats**

Honestly, think this car has never had anybody sitting in the back seats - they're really lovely! The interior fit and finish of this car is beautiful - check out the door liners and the brushed aluminium trim. There's loads of space in there, and it's just fantastic to drive.

**First Drive? Already?**

explaining to do that's hi now where do I begin so you may well have seen the videos I've been putting out recently about my next car and right at the get-go I stated that the whole purpose of this process was to replace my mini not the s4 and but we've always planned to replace this car but probably in the middle part of next year we've had this car for five years we both absolutely loved it by far and away the best all-round car either of us have ever owned it is superb this car it's practical it's fast it's good-looking its reliable it's just a stunning stunning car and actually that's part of the problem is what would we ever replace this car with so the beginning of this process was not about replacing this car however because I've been kind of researching and looking at cars to replace the mini in that process I happened upon a car for sale that was the perfect replacement for this car and actually we looked at the numbers I spoke to the guys at 4c prestige in 4c finance and we ran some numbers on the finance and actually it was a really really good option for us so we took the plunge and and bought the car so it will be delivered this afternoon what does that mean for the mini replacement well couple of things on that first I'm still replacing the mini and the hunt is still very very much active however one of the things I found is I am finding it a little bit more difficult to find the exact car and spec that I want and that's why one of the reasons I'm opening up my search window a little bit wider to some different types of cars because maybe the car I really really have my heart set on I'm gonna find it a challenge to to get one to my specification the other thing is I've also got some conversations around how I might buy that car that means I can't necessarily get it now but might have to look in sort of February March April time potentially so that that's still very very much on and I've got content planned over the next few weeks my next really cool car that I am contemplating and I'm gonna be filming that the first week of January I won't tell you what it is but it's basically I've kind of done the two seater impractical the next car I'm going to consider is actually a saloon but a very powerful one and then I've got a couple of other curveballs I want to have a look at - so very very much on the hunt for that but this car I've done some amazing things in this car from driving it at 157 miles an hour at v-max 200 this year it's been to France a lot it kind of took me to Monte with the bikes on the roof love love love this car but what's replacing it is pretty special so and I've actually bought it from a dealer in the Midlands in there Tamworth and so and I just couldn't logistically get up there to collect it myself and do a showroom collection so very cool the-- it's being delivered on a car transporter later on today I'm really excited so all I need to do now is wait for the new car to be delivered and
