Dollar Tree Haul: Exploring New Finds and Favorites

As I walked into the Dollar Tree store, I couldn't help but feel excited about the possibilities that lay before me. I had a vision of creating a unique and personalized space, where I could express my creativity and showcase my favorite items. The first thing I spotted were these little holes in the wall, which made me think that they would be perfect for hanging decorations. I imagined feeding them through a hook and having them hang on the wall like ornaments.

I also thought about how I could display some of my favorite stickers in these little holes. Since they come in different colors, I knew I had to grab at least three to start with. As I wandered around the store, I picked up a composition notebook with an all-black background that I absolutely loved. The simplicity and elegance of the design really spoke to me.

Next, I grabbed some stickers, which caught my eye because they were just so darn cool. They came in various shapes and sizes, and I knew I had to bring them home. As I continued shopping, I stumbled upon these little rub-on transfers that I found absolutely fascinating. Not only did they allow for creative expression on different materials like paper, but they also added a touch of whimsy to any project.

I was particularly excited about the idea of using these transfers to label things, especially in my junk journaling endeavors. The thought of creating perfect circles with ease was just too enticing to resist. I had actually been wanting a compass and protractor for ages, so it was wonderful to find them at Dollar Tree.

As I browsed the shelves further, I discovered some adorable pocket calendars featuring beautiful landscapes and horses. One caught my eye, with its 1970s-inspired design that looked like it belonged in a vintage collection. The images were just too cute to pass up! And then, there was another calendar with a horse theme that seemed to be upside down – maybe it was just me who noticed that?

Finally, I picked up some flashcards that I knew would be perfect for junk journaling. They came in a variety of colors and designs, making them an instant hit with me. The three-tiered cards were especially appealing, as they allowed the materials to move around with ease.

As I continued my shopping adventure, I stumbled upon two calendars that really caught my eye. One featured cherries, which seemed like a sweet treat, while the other had a grid paper design that immediately drew my attention. I couldn't resist the urge to grab them both!

Last but not least, I discovered an Alice in Wonderland coloring book that left me utterly speechless. Who wouldn't want to color with these beloved characters? Unfortunately, the only thing holding me back from grabbing everything was the prospect of running out of supplies at home.

As I made my way through the store, I realized that Dollar Tree truly has a knack for surprising us with hidden gems and unexpected delights. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting to explore the world of thrifting, this store is definitely worth a visit. the bag and start going through through this I was very surprised by these little Decor pieces from the short living line like the shore living line really came out with the most I've ever seen them do um but these are like little like wall pegs um and they can paint it whatever color you want I also found the mermaid and they give you the little piece to hang it on the wall and then the whale I love the shape of this whale it's giving me Vineyard Vines I love that we've got the anchor which what is there another one I thought there might have been another one but I thought those were just absolutely amazing um then I picked up this hair mask from Bolero this is a coconut milk and banana and honestly that's what solely on this I liked the culmination of that plus it has jojoba oil so I thought that I would try this for my hair routine sorry about my nails you know they're coming off I don't know why I picked up uh candy I love to get candy every time I go so I got this and I got a little bag of the mini clips probably my favorites all right then these little lights I don't know if you guys remember but in the house that I totally regret selling and then I went to Florida and then came back yeah so that house had a bunch of these little plugs in there and they're they're just like sensor so you walk by and they just like automatically turn on and that's so freaking cool I love it so I I picked one up because I wanted to show you guys that they came out with like these new shapes I don't know maybe this one's been around I don't know if it's a sensor or not so this might be like it plugs in and it's just on um what does this actually say it's a night light oh light sensing so it's automatic what what they also have it in just a regular Circle so like you don't want the hearts you know you don't have to do the hearts so I thought that was really cool I also picked up this little wood house with the black detail don't know why if I'm being honest I just thought I thought it was cute and it went into my cart um it's a little kickstand you could probably Mod Podge something else on here or put letters or even numbers and like turn it into like a command center I don't really know but I thought it was really cute it's also a great size for a tear tray then I picked up some LA Colors this powdered blush there is this other blush I forget what the brand is I've been looking for it so much it has a strawberry in it if you guys know what I'm talking about I have not been able to get my hands on it and it's supposed to be a dupe to the Physicians Formula blush anyways I did find this powder blush in the color peach rose but I think I'm going to use it as eyeshadow so we'll I'm gonna give that a go it just looks really pretty then I found these really cute little beauty blenders by Remy like look how cute they are so I'm gonna give them a try see how well they are compared to the knockoffs that I get from Amazon I don't really spend my money on the actual Beauty blender brand this is a makeup sponge but Beauty blender is the name of the Big Brand basically okay then I also pick up these little mini guys I don't know a dry you know precise area I also picked up another one of these just because our dryer isn't drying so that's been a fun turn of events in our our Airbnb okay then I picked up I was actually gonna check out aisle and I saw these sitting there and like someone decided not to get them and put them away they are shoe charms so they're probably made for Crocs they're probably like little knockoffs for that I thought that was really cute but from a junk journaling perspective I could definitely use these as like paper clip charms or turn them into different charms I guess and then I picked up this Ione brow kit um it comes with a brow wax a brow bone highlighter a dark brown and a medium brown I like the fact that there's a wax to like set it all I thought that was really cool so give that a try in the second bag I just have one thing which is this massive book and with books you gotta just I don't know you just it's like a you either score or you don't with this this is called Prince Charming which is so cute and then when you kind of go through it tell me this isn't great for Junk journaling like as inserts in your signature pages obviously it's great as just a coffee table book as well like it's just beautiful this book is heavy and it retailed for 35 dollars in the US alone 43. why is it so expensive in Canada what's up with that um but what this book is absolutely stunning but I just immediately knew I wanted to use it for drunk journaling so I found that all right then I picked up a bunch of these now I've been watching a lot of sticker videos sticker organization videos once I move and I finally just not move again um I really want to tackle like major organization in the house and one thing is with my stickers I love my stickers so I finally think that they just need attention and so I've been thinking of different ways that I want to organize my stickers this is one of the formats I'm gonna have several different formats but I was thinking about these dry erase little pockets from Dollar Tree they have like a little hole here I thought these could be really cool to like hang on the wall like you know I could have some type of hook and then I could feed these through the hook and they could just hang and maybe I could have some of like my favorite stickers displayed in these now they come in different colors you can see I grabbed black so I only again with that black background love it and I love the grid paper notice the papers are different this is going to be great you can also peel these and put them in your planners if you're bullet journaling you can always grab pages from other things glue it down into your planner and like you know build a whole section look at this bullets I did not even know that notice that in the store I'm to get it because she's one of the few characters that you just don't see very often at Dollar Tree so grab this right away and honestly it's the perfect day to color and I don't have any of my materials I would have to go back and get markers and pencils and color pencils and crayons and I'm not going back to that store I'm gonna just tell you that straight up but anyways that is it for
