The iPad that's going to take over the education world in the US especially so be on the lookout for that one at around 330 to 350 at a 32 gig of storage starting point which I hope that up to 64 gigs but let's see what Apple does. There are some inklings of a new iPad Pro, and also some talk about bringing Dynamic Island to the iPad Pro. The dynamic island is still not clear but from other tech news outlets its been reported that it will be more like an OLED screen with no notch.
This is actually one of the first few times that I don't know much about the iPad Pro and what to expect. But one thing that we do know is probably an M2 Chip, which is going to be thrown in there. We should expect a new design for the iPad Pro as well as some changes from Apple.
The iPad Pro was actually my main machine before I switched to Mac OS. And now when it comes to Mac OS you should expect three new products first is some sort of new Mac Mini with the M2 Chip. A 700 to 750 dollar Mac desktop that only brings the computer itself with no peripherals and no display but it has the power of the M2 Chip. It's going to be the cheapest entry point for an M2 Chip powered machine.
It's also going to be one of those products that Apple will announce probably without a formal event they're going to make a press release for pre-order and then a week later they're going to arrive at everybody's doorstep. That is what happened with Apple last year when the new iPad Pros were released.
The main things that I'm going to be looking forward to are that iPad lineup, I'm very curious to see if Apple really gets rid of lightning away from the iPad lineup totally because all we need is USBC on the standard iPad for that to come into fruition.
Lastly will be the iPhone lineup and then obviously I'm curious to see what Apple does with a new iPad Pro iteration what advancements can they make because right now from a hardware perspective you know I think we've reached Peak iPad unless it starts to fold.
Now that's just speculation, but when it comes to other products like the Mac Mini. If Apple is going to be bringing out a new Mac Mini with an M2 chip and at around 700 to 750 dollars it will be the best bang for buck in terms of computing power that will be available next year or two.
Overall there is a decent amount of expectation with these new products that are coming out even though apple is probably not going to have an actual formal event they're going to announce these probably with a press release for pre-order and then a week later they're going to arrive at everybody's doorstep.
The main things that I'm going to be looking forward to is that iPad lineup, because all we need is USBC on the standard iPad. The dynamic island is still not clear but from other tech news outlets its been reported that it will be more like an OLED screen with no notch.
One thing that I'm curious about back to the regular iPad, what will be the peripheral situation and what's that going to look like well the same like origami style slim keyboard work well we need to get like a new magic keyboard for a product that's going to be the same price as a magic keyboard so let's see what Apple does from that perspective.
When it comes to Mac OS products coming down the line as well. I'm looking forward to seeing some sort of Mac Mini, which will probably come with an M2 chip and will also bring some sort of improvements to the 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pros, probably going to get an M2 Pro and an M2 Max chip in those M2 MacBook Pros.
And eventually I'm sure they'll bring an M2 Ultra but that's probably for 2023 which will come alongside some sort of new Mac Pro or iMac Pro or new Mac Studio with some M2 powered silicon moving forward.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enso it looks like apple is going to forego an October event this year but that's not to say that Apple isn't going to release any hardware this year because with iPad OS 16.1 right around the corner we should also be getting some press release Hardware releases for lack of a better term so in this video let's talk about everything we expect Apple to release in October because we're only a couple weeks away now at this point let's talk about it so when Apple's far out event they did release iOS 16.0 to the entire public in September which is pretty much on their normal release schedule but this is the first year that Apple actually staggered the release of iOS 16 and iPad OS 16. back with an iOS 13 and iPad OS 13 actually divvied up and split for the first time ever even though the names were different in iOS and iPad OS they were still released at the same time with relatively the same features with iPad OS getting some more tablet specific features and iOS getting more phone specific features but again this year was the first year that Apple decided to forego iPad OS 16.0 totally because they felt that it wasn't ready and during these betas we've been getting over time Apple actually got rid of the number one most important feature at least for myself personally which was that secondary monitor support but they did bring stage manager over to more iPad Pros than when they first released it with just the M1 iPads so long story short iPad OS 16.1 should release to the entire public come end of October around October 20 24th and that will include things like stage manager and more Pro level applications but again we're missing a few features like the freeform like the secondary monitor support so who knows what type of 16.1 iPad OS Apple will ship when it does release to the entire public but as of right now and we are testing iPad OS 16 beta 12 there's still no secondary monitor supports now we're on the third beta where Apple has removed that for a lot of people this will be exciting because they did bring stage manager to the older iPads like the 2018 and the 2020 iPad but unless you have an M1 iPad Air the only iPad Air that will be getting stage manager is that M1 iPad Air so if you have an older one with an A14 chip that will not be getting it and has to do with the amount of GPU cores in the a12x and the a12z that is allowing iPad Pros to run stage manager so now let's talk about some Hardware releases that we are expecting with apple in October so the reason we think there's going to be some actual releases in October is because Apple has already scheduled their October earnings report for Q3 and normally just like they did last year and the year before they actually announced and released a product within one week prior to that earnings report probably to bolster that earnings report and get some good publicity when this is actually happening so this happened last year with the all-new MacBook Pros and in the year before that it happened with the iPhone 12 release so basically it was announced a week later that product was released and then a few days later the earnings report happened so there are a few products Apple will release in October and let's start off with the iPad itself so first off we should be getting the new version of the 10th Generation regular iPad that 329 or now 349 dollar iPad which has that same kind of aesthetic that it's had for a very long time and it's the only iPad left that does not use USBC and that still has a home button and just for a quick rundown on what to expect with this 10th genre Asian iPad we should expect the same price of around 330 dollars to 350 dollars we should have a new overall design to kind of match with the iPad mini iPad Air and iPad Pros look like we will still probably have a home button but just with a different chassis so it's still going to have the same form factor in terms of what you see on the front side but from a design standpoint it's going to look like the rest of the iPad lineup with the squared off edges then more industrial design the ability to stand upright on its own if you balance it correctly we will be also getting the inclusion of 5G probably apple pencil 2 support and then lastly they will be bringing USBC to the iPad which will totally wash away lightning from the iPad lineup which is an amazing thing to have and I think that's going to be the iPad that's going to take over the education world in the US especially so be on the lookout for that one at around 330 to 350 at a 32 gig of storage starting point which I hope that up to 64 gigs but let's see what Apple does and then we should be getting some version of a new iPad Pro now whether that's going to be just the same iPad Pro with an M2 Chip installed in there we really don't know much about an iPad Pro some things that we did here is that they're bringing mini LED down to the 11 inch iPad Pro there are some inklings of a 14.1 inch iPad Pro there's also some talk about bringing Dynamic Island to the iPad Pro so let's see what Apple does this is actually one of the first few times that I don't know much about the iPad Pro and what to expect the only thing that I know for sure is probably an M2 Chip that's going to be thrown in there and then let's see what Apple does will they change the design will they keep the design for one more cycle for another 18 months will they move the selfie camera finally to the correct orientation which is in landscape mode Let's see what Apple does with this iPad Pro because again like you guys all know the iPad Pro is my main machine and then when it comes to Mac OS you should expect three new products first is some sort of new Mac Mini with the M2 Chip so think about it again a 700 to 750 dollar Mac desktop that only brings the computer itself with no peripherals and no display but it has the power of the M2 Chip it's going to be the cheapest entry point for an M2 Chip powered machine with the the Mac Mini so expect that in October and then also some specked up improvements to the 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pros probably going to get an M2 Pro and an M2 Max chip in those M2 MacBook Pros so it's gonna be called the M2 Pro MacBook Pro 14 inch or 16 inch and then eventually I'm sure they'll bring an M2 Ultra but that's probably for 2023 which will come alongside some sort of new Mac Pro or iMac Pro or new Mac Studio with some M2 powered silicon moving forward so overall there is a decent amount of expectation with these new products that totally because all we need is USBC on the standard iPad for that to come into fruition and apple again is going to need to do that with that new legislation that has passed so I figure Apple's probably getting a of the game and getting it done on the iPad lineup and then lastly will be the iPhone lineup and then obviously I'm curious to see what Apple does with a new iPad Pro iteration what advancements can they make because right now from a hardware perspective you know I think we've reached Peak iPad unless it starts to fold maybe we can move the selfie camera like I mentioned the landscape mode maybe there is a 14.1 inch version coming out let's see what Apple does with these new iPad pros and I'm also curious back to the regular iPad what will be the peripheral situation and what's that going to look like well the same like origami style slim keyboard work well we need to get like a new magic keyboard for a product that's going to be the same price as a magic keyboard so let's see what Apple does from that perspective and then like I said we'll have the Mac OS products coming down the line as well but if you guys did make it to the end leave it all dolphin in the comments down below so I know you made it to the end and also leave a comment down below what product are you most intrigued by are you interested in getting a new iPad Pro are you throwing away the iPad Pro because I got rid of stage manager or secondary monitor support before it even came out or are you more excited for that MacBook Pro lineup or maybe the new Mac mini because a new Mac Mini with an M2 Chip could be the best bang for buck computing power that will be around for the next year or two to come but that's gonna do it everybody if you want to watch some more videos on iPad OS Mac OS or iOS click on one of these videos right here until next time I'm Fernando all I know is that I'm excited for a new iPad Pro finally but until next time I'm out of here foreignso it looks like
