iOS 10.1 Beta 4 Released What's New ! & Follow up on Glitches

The Busy Day at Apple: iOS 10.34 Release and iOS 10.1 Beta 4

It's been a busy day for Apple, releasing iOS 10.34, the iPhone 7, and 7 Plus to fix the cellular connectivity issue that was plaguing those devices. Today, we're going to take a closer look at the new changes in iOS 10.1 beta 4.

As we usually do on this video, I'll give you guys a quick overall view of any new changes within iOS 10.1 beta 4. Currently, the settings show us a build number of 14C72B, which is the current build number for the latest beta of iOS 10.1. We could be anticipating iOS 10.1 to officially be released to the public in the next week or so, as there are rumors of Apple holding a media event or updating their Max and iPod lineup at the end of October.

There hasn't been any physical change compared to the previous iOS 10.1 beta 3, unfortunately. No new features, guys, no new wallpapers, no dark mode, and nothing like that. It's unclear if Apple is waiting for iOS 10.24 dark mode or whatever it is today. Instead, iOS 10.1 is focused on the portrait mode feature for iPhone 7 Plus users, which seems to be a lot more stable on this version of the software.

As we take a look at some of the latest Geekbench scores, we can see that there's been a drop in the single-core score from beta 3 to beta 4. The single-core score now stands at 3452, and it appears that the multi-core score has also taken a hit, dropping from 5577 to 25541.

One thing we want to bring up is the control center glitch that's been present in previous videos. Unfortunately, it looks like Apple hasn't fixed this issue yet. We've tried locking the rotation here to get the glitch on the control center, but it still doesn't seem to be resolved. Additionally, there's still a lockscreen glitch where you can record video while putting your device to sleep, even though it appears that the device is off.

Another thing we want to mention is that there's been no additional feature added in iOS 10.1 beta 4. If you find any new features or updates, please be sure to leave them in the comments section below so we can discuss them further. As always, if you enjoy these videos, don't forget to click that like button and stay tuned for more content.

The Future of iOS: What's Next?

As we move forward with the release of iOS 10.1, it's clear that Apple is focusing on refining the user experience. The portrait mode feature is a great example of this, as it seems to be more stable than ever before. However, there are still some bugs and glitches that need to be addressed.

One thing we're hoping for in future updates is the addition of dark mode. While it's unclear when or if Apple will release this feature, it's clear that they're working on it. With iOS 10.1 beta 4, we can only speculate about what's next for Apple's mobile operating system.

As always, we'll be keeping an eye on these developments and bringing you updates as soon as they become available. In the meantime, if you have any questions or comments about iOS 10.1 or any other topic, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help and support our community of users.
