competition Grand Coupe tuned by G power Mark is from Estonia and well I just love the fact that he came and visited us uh always welcome from all over the world if you want us to review your cars at going to show you around this M8 G power and we know that G power can work some magic with these engines uh this car also has the amazing G power carbon fiber Bonnet with some nice vents in there as well that looks super aggressive love the combo with the aventurin red on the exterior super beautiful car but where the stock M8 competition Grand Coupe is like a a beast in a suit this is more like a beast in a Beast outfit basically it's super aggressive so we've got the stock 20in wheels with G power caps we've got regular steel brakes behind that which for the Alan is not ideal of course but you know I get it if you're just regular driving Estonia you don't really need ceramic brakes uh we've got melant Pilot Sport 4S rubber around that 275s at the front carbon fiber roof beautiful of course again love that with the red and then at the rear we've got two 85s Pilot Sport 4S big Wing by G power on the rear we've got an exhaust by G power as well which is well optionally titanium I'm not sure if this is titanium but it sounds really really good it sounds super angry we've got some gep power badging at the rear as well go away and let's take a look at the engine which of course is the 4.4 L V8 biturbo stock 625 horsepower 750 newm of torque this car has the stage 2/3 treatment basically so it has all the stuff you can get except for the hybrid turbos uh which means that it should be around 800 horsepower and 950 newm of torque so we've got down pipes an ECU remap the transmission has been remapped as well and the exhaust and that is it basically and you get 800ish horsepower and 900 plus new mm of torque it is very very strong beautiful G power logo there on the Bonnet as well which you know this is super light that is very nice and that is ametrin metallic I said a aventurin right that's a different color emrin metallic very a you always have to be careful with those carbon bonnets but amateur in metallic very cool color so there we go and well Mark has got an amazing spec on the inside as well this like tan tan yellowish camel color it's really nice I I quite like the combination of it it's it's a bit out there but when you look into the car from the outside you see all the dark stuff and then you see these massive Sports seats in that like camel color really really beautiful with an M8 logo as well uh the seats are just perfect seating position is perfect it also feels like you're sitting a bit lower in the car compared to an M5 for instance but I think that's mainly because the roof line is a bit lower the window is a bit more angled and the center console might be a bit higher so you feel like you're cocooned inside the car which is super nice that's a really good feeling cheap power badge on the steering wheel as well cheap our floor formats and then the g8m by Turbo badge first class performance so if we start it up that is a very dark and angry startup um it actually sounds pretty decent in like valve closed mode it's it's relatively civilized I would say but then when you go to like M2 it changes and it's very loud it's a very dark sound it is a Saturday so I'm not going to rev it too hard it's nice weather out so I'm guessing people are like in their Garden so yeah not going to rev it too hard so let's go for M2 and we can go into the setup menu and then go for two wheel drive Sports steering just to have a little fun because honestly that is what you can do with this M8 it's one of the nicest cars ever to slide around because you have a long wheel base and you have enough power to to just break traction really quickly and you have that torque to just you know give it a little nudge and then you just keep it in that slide it comes back really gradually oh what a car what a car I mean a stock M8 Grand Coupe is already amazing the m850 I even are amazing but yeah this definitely is like everything turned up to 11 and it works it works really really well I love that sound it sounds like a bit messy it's a bit like dirty you have like a a little little sounds that happened yeah it's a really like ooh that's a dead hair it's a really imposing car to look at but it's it's very rewarding to drive and it definitely takes like that that sve character of the M8 gr coue uh relatively modest and civilized and just turns it into this freaking hooligan which goes very quickly but still has like enough Poise and handling balance to enjoy on a B- road which is very nice that's a good combo because cars with this amount of power they can also become like a bit unwieldy and a bit I don't know too quick for their own good but with this it's still very manageable even in rear wheel drive I mean I can also put it in like four-wheel drive Sport and it's just fine yeah it's so easy so why don't we put it in four-wheel drive sport for the alaban and see what it's like oh that is the amazing thing about this MX drive system it just transforms the way the car feels because it just it changes from this like Tire shredding muscle car into this like super car that just catapults out of every corner it is really insane that is quick so we do have to keep in mind that we have those steel brakes uh so yeah we can lean on the Ceramics so if we get up to speed if we really get up to speed which I'm not sure about because it's very busy today we have to keep that in mind that we can't really stress that brake too much but we'll see if we even get that kind of space listen to that gearbox oh those shifts those are quick shifts so pull in fifth gear Martin is up at the bridge so we can record this sound oh that is a nice pool that is 294 have to break now for this little opal or whatever it is Bishi so bumps it's called stock suspension which is really good absorbs everything perfectly and that's 300 nice little Gap there so here we go seems to be a bit better on this side but the way this thing just accumulates speed in this like super comfortable way still you know even with this G power tuning with the exhaust you have a lot more sound from the exhaust which is nice because the stock car you know it's not the best sound I I even think an m850i sounds better than an M8 so it's nice that you have a proper V8 sound with this exhaust and even though it's it's quite a statement having that big wing on the rear deck lid I quite like having it in my rear view mirror all the time I I think it looks pretty cool so let's see if this side likes us better ah too close together it's quite it's a Saturday and uh it's nice weather so these people are all going to I don't know gardening centers or stuff like that so we have to keep that into consideration like this you know that only happens on a Saturday brakes actually feel pretty good I'm not sure you know how often you can really step on them from braking from a high speed but I have to say the pedal feels pretty good nice and solid and well this is of course our favorite part of this autoban it's always the best spot to do this kind of stuff with so it's not really accelerating that hard anymore that's 311 and I really have to break for these guys but I'm not sure that it is delivering that at 800 horsepower all the time because it should in my opinion it should run up to like that 320 Mark a bit more easily uh I'm not sure that that was 800 horsepower to be honest because a stock M8 Grand Coupe does this kind of speed also with not too much trouble so yeah it definitely is there because we did a 6.16 100 to 200 with this car which just means that it has around 800 100 horsepower but I'm not sure that it's there all the time I feel like sometimes it's it might be limiting the power or something like that but anyway Mark you have an amazing car thank you so much for
