got out of my contract free and i went to a t and actually had uh ordered the international version of the galaxy note yeah i have one well actually i have a i have um three galaxy notes here and this isn't some crazy awesome giveaway video no this is actually um uh curse you samsung video i am still in the process of trying to find a good working galaxy note because they all end up having some type of crazy screen issues oh and get this don't order from hand tech never order from hand tech i have learned my lesson with that this is what hand tech likes to give and then they say that they don't sell refurbished phones but uh i asked them to check it for me you know before sending it and see if there's no dead pixels and instead they i don't know what they did there's this look at this the box is completely torn and squished and just broken in several places and i just that just is extremely insulting to me and i open the box and uh i mean i'm like yay this is so fun and cool but um the phone has primarks all over it yeah they didn't refurbish it although there's two security seals on the box with hand tech which is the united kingdom company that sells cell phones see this if i can get it to zoom in do you see how it looks like there's something overlaid and then there's tape this is two separate security labels hand tech i mean really security label underneath let's get even closer even closer so you can see right there evidence and there's actually the silhouette from behind it this is an oem samsung label and you guys gave me a crappy refurbished product when i paid for a brand new one so somebody had taken it upon themselves to just pry the phone up like this all around it yeah that makes me just incredibly happy so the ironic thing is that this is the only one with a nice screen no dead pixels no problems the other several samsung phones i can get them all out and show them to you it's one that's two make sure i don't get these all mixed up and then also if you have a separate flavor liking there is the black one so yeah this is three separate galaxy notes that are now on my credit card they are going back i swear they are trying to do that like tomorrow hopefully so yeah there's been a lot of complaints about this one having issues with the screen because there's a green haze anytime you see anything that's black during videos it looks blocky and this one has this horrible green sheen looks like haze over the entire thing but come on samsung this was supposed to be the coolest product right it was on the super bowl and it has oh yeah it has a pen yeah actually that was one of the reasons why i wanted this particular device because my tablet you know it's big it gets bulky i can't carry it everywhere this i can just kind of annotate class my teacher sucks i hate you ucsd you screwed my life i hate you i hate you so you know it works really well for that type of annotation yeah and hand tech doesn't send out advanced replacements either they make you purchase another one so i have in fact paid for each separate phone here and uh had called over my bank several times and on my bank you know the credit card company i'm like oh yeah it's okay just keep charging six hundred and something dollars to my credit card um but they have agreed that if i do get screwed over and hantec doesn't want to return these for me in full like payment wise they will let me dispute it and i should be okay this is the international version and i'm extremely impressed with the phone itself i love it it's fantastic but um with the problems that it's having right now i can only hope that they fix that i mean it's just it's ridiculous and the speaker quality on some of them is really abysmal and sad so it sounds like garbled crap so harry potter ringtone i'm all excited listening to it and it sounds like poo so hopefully i'll get one that it is nice i'm sitting here with my huge pile of phones so my fourth one will be here tomorrow and i will have four samsung galaxy notes which cost like almost 700 a piece don't do this yeah return one at a time i just didn't have a backup phone and then i ordered this crazy backup phone and it won't let me text my mother so it keeps rejecting her number but nobody else's i i don't know what that's about if you do buy a galaxy note that's international for warranty purposes you will actually have to buy it from somebody that will send it to samsung international on your behalf because it's not covered in the united states yeah samsung they're being real honestly so yeah and oh yeah don't think about square trade because it has to have a united states warranty in order for it to be covered by something like square trade and then i actually went through n squared and found out that you can definitely insure through them phone's unlocked international but the problem is that they're going to replace it with the att galaxy note which just i don't think it's up to par with these guys as far as processor it was what something like uh 20 frames per second to like nine frames per second if you're doing gaming especially emulators it's i mean that that's it's a good representation of how not awesome the uh snapdragon qualcomm processor is because it's that much slower at least with the rendering so yeah that's what happened to me and i got completely screwed and i don't recommend purchasing this through hand tech although they are the one company i'm aware of that will actually take it back on your behalf and fix it for you but they completely screw around the entire time and have like five billion people working on your case and they don't send you the right information and then takes forever so don't order from hand tech i hate you hand tech you better take these back or i'm going to screw you if you screw me so you know order from amazon amazon is now the fulfillment section sector whatever they're now the fulfiller and the seller which means that they will take it back with the amazon guarantee their day guarantee so if you get one of the dead pixels or problems you can send it back so that's the note itself so one is coming
