I'm excited to share with you guys my latest shoe haul from Jordan Brand and Under Armour. I want to start off by saying that I'm really happy with my Air Jordan six Concorde colorway. This shoe is like a Concorde colorway, and I think it's actually a great addition to the Jordan brand family. I don't know if this is officially a social status collaboration or not, but I can tell you that it feels like it. There's no actual social status branding on the shoe, but I think that just makes it more dope because of it.

I want to give a shout out to Jordan Brand for hooking me up with these shoes. They're actually fired, which means they're not made of the same material as the original Air Jordan sixes. But honestly, I don't care - I'm just stoked to be wearing them. I've already worn them to the all-star game and had a blast doing it. The bottom of the shoe is still icy, even after being rained on, which I think is super cool.

Now, let's talk about my Under Armour Champ sports and East Bay hookups. I'm so excited to have these shoes, and I know that many of you are too. Under Armour has been killing it in the sneaker game lately, and this is definitely one of their best designs. I've had a chance to wear them out on the court, and let me tell you - they're amazing.

But enough about those shoes. Let's get to the main event: my disappointment with Nike Basketball and Kobe's new retro release. So, yesterday I got a text message from Harris and Swag Ockman in our group chat saying that Nike lied about this shoe being a full Zoom Air like the original Kobe four Pro TRO. And then they sent me a video of Nightwing, who's basically the best on-court reviewer out there, explaining what happened.

According to Nightwing, Nike made a mistake in their press release saying that this shoe would have full Zoom Air. Instead, it only has half Zoom Air - specifically, no Zoom Air at all. I believe that Nightwing says that this is because of an insert that was removed from the shoe. I'm not going to get into too much detail about what happened, but basically Nike got caught in a lie, and many of us were expecting a full Zoom Air design.

I have to say, I'm disappointed. I wanted to play in these shoes with the new technology, and I feel like I got scammed. I know that's not fair to say - after all, we're just customers who paid good money for this shoe. But at the same time, it feels like Nike didn't do us right.

Overall, though, my weekend was amazing. The all-star game was incredible, and I feel so lucky to have been able to attend. And even with the disappointment of the Kobe retro release, I'm still stoked about my new shoes. the events everything like it was just such a great atmosphere and I'm very very happy that I went and if you guys did not know I went because of SeatGeek so I got to give a quick shout out to seek Charlotte at exactly 7:00 a.m. the first event that we got invited to was a footlocker event it was a very small event kind of like a launch preview of what's going to be going down I didn't vlog too much cuz it was just mainly about the products but here's a quick little b-roll segment so yeah as you guys can see footlocker was holding it down they had the hottest releases and it was just a great fire to start the weekend off after that I actually cruised on over to the owners it was called the owners HQ this was a sneakers pop-up for Nike that place was actually lit because on one of the days during all-star weekend not only did we get to walk around and check everything out but LeBron James himself was there doing a little interview so we're gonna see what went down that sneakers and I'm also gonna show you guys a few clips of just the weekend and what I picked up so I'm not gonna just be sitting here and talking the whole time so quickly that's flash back to me in the hotel what happened that the sneakers owners HQ and then we'll check back in before we actually see what went down at the all-star game itself this is the best vegan law sports also regalia so many different people across lots of different countries so beer - okay so Mina's here Mina took a nice little nap I did - I'm not gonna lie anyway so the first pair of shoes I got was one that I've been wanting since I first found out they were coming back out this is the second proto from Nike and Kobe Bryant this is the throat row Kobe for now the Kobe for was one of my favorite basketball shoes ever this is probably top three of my favorite basketball shoes ever one being the Kobe eight and then this and the Kobe nine being the other two I just don't know which one's better but I really love this so basically I guess that the modification here is that they put full Zoom Air compared to originally at only being half zoom air that's what I think it is I'm not 100% sure but the reason why they released this colorway first because this is the draft a colorway as you guys can see right there on the back of the shoe let it focus that is the date that Kobe Bryant got drafted and he didn't get got these from the footlocker House of Hoops headquarters and then from the Nike sneakers pop up I got this BAM I got the Nike sneakers bag this is actually a size seven and a half so this is the last size they had available but I got it because Mena is oh men's size seven I was like let me have her try them on and she actually did try them on they're a little bit big but she's not a fan of the shoes but I'm actually gonna be assisting this shoe to someone else who really wants it who you guys will see later so I'll tell you guys that later bone fear of God one but I'm gonna be assisting these to one of my good friends was out here in Charlotte well basically we cannot waste any more time there is so much going on out here in Charlotte so we need to leave right now we need some so basically curry and his family opened up a new community basketball court in a community center champs East Bay and Under I thank them for inviting me in getting me into the media section quickly we're gonna flash over there and see what went down at this curry of day all right so we just got to the underarmor event the curry court it's pretty lit what do you think of the shoes you like them
