Google Nexus 6 Unboxing and Hands On feat Note Edge and iPhone 6 Plus

The Nexus 6 is an Android device that packs a punch when it comes to features and performance. One of the standout features of this device is its display, which is an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of full HD. This means that you will be seeing those Samsung-like colors on it, making for an immersive viewing experience. Additionally, the device features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 over the top, which provides protection against scratches, drops, and cracks.

The Nexus 6 is powered by a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, a quad-core processor that runs at 2.7 gigahertz and has the Agena 420 GPU. This version of the device comes with 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM, making it a great option for those who want to run multiple apps simultaneously without any issues. The camera on the back of the device is 13 megapixels, featuring optical image stabilization and a dual LED flash that is positioned in a ring format. This allows for better low-light performance and more creative control over photography.

The front-facing camera on the Nexus 6 is 2 megapixels, which may seem small compared to some other devices on the market. However, it's worth noting that the device's focus is on delivering a great overall experience rather than just focusing on high-end cameras. The Nexus 6 also features a 3220 milliamp hour battery, which is surprisingly large considering its compact size.

One of the standout features of the Nexus 6 is its fluidity and responsiveness. When you power it on, you'll notice how smooth and seamless everything feels. This is due in part to the fact that the device comes with stock Android Lollipop out of the box, which means that Google has optimized the user interface for this particular device.

The settings app on the Nexus 6 is a great example of what can be achieved with Lollipop. When you tap on the Lollipop logo, you'll see a flappy bird-style game pre-loaded onto the device. This is just one of the many features that come built-in to Lollipop, and it's a testament to Google's commitment to providing users with a seamless and intuitive experience.

One thing that sets the Nexus 6 apart from some other devices on the market is its lack of custom skin or ROM options. When you buy this device, it comes pre-installed with stock Android Lollipop, which means that there's no need to install any additional software to get the full benefits of the operating system.

In terms of hardware and performance, the Nexus 6 delivers. The device has a thickness of 10.1 millimeters, making it slightly thicker than some other devices on the market. However, this also allows for a larger battery that provides all-day usage. When paired with its powerful processor and ample storage, this makes for a great option for those who want to use their device extensively.

Whether or not the Nexus 6 is right for you will depend on your individual needs and preferences. If you're looking for a device that offers a seamless Android experience without any frills or extra features, then this may be the perfect choice. However, if you're someone who wants to customize their device with additional software or features, then you may want to consider other options.

Avengers is a relatively new company that promises to bring openness and community-driven development to the Android ecosystem. They have partnered with Google to create devices that meet the highest standards of performance and feature set. The Nexus 6 is one such device, and it's clear that Avengers has put a lot of thought into its design and functionality.

In terms of comparison to other devices on the market, the Nexus 6 holds its own against some pretty formidable competition. When compared to the Samsung Note 4, for example, the Nexus 6 delivers similar performance and features without the added bulk or price tag. However, it's worth noting that the Note 4 has a more tapered edge design that may appeal to those who value aesthetics.

When comparing the Nexus 6 to the iPhone 6 Plus, things get a bit more interesting. While both devices have their own unique strengths and weaknesses, they also share some similarities. Both offer high-quality displays and impressive performance, but the Nexus 6 has one key advantage: its expandable storage option. Whether or not this is a deal-breaker for you will depend on your individual needs and preferences.

In conclusion, the Nexus 6 is an Android device that offers a unique blend of features, performance, and value. Its fluidity and responsiveness make it a joy to use, while its ample storage and powerful processor provide plenty of headroom for multitasking and heavy usage. Whether or not it's right for you will depend on your individual needs and preferences, but one thing is certain: the Nexus 6 is an Android device that's worth considering.
