**The Bob Vessel: A Smart Dishwasher Review**
I recently had the chance to review the Bob Vessel, a smart dishwasher that's making waves in the kitchen appliance world. I must say, I was impressed by its features and performance.
First impressions of the Bob Vessel are that it comes out looking quite...well, like what you'd expect from a dishwasher, which is pretty impressive. No racks or anything in there except for this one big saucepan. So, let's see what fits well. There's one big saucepan, and I guess if I put the plate rack in behind there, I could probably fit a couple of plates. Let's try it.

Ah, yeah! Okay, so that's pretty good. I've got a bit of room there, too, for smaller things not bad. Now, for the real test: baked on days old. This is gross. Okay, Bob, don't let me down. Let's see position that. Let's try one more. I've got one dirty bowl here too. All right, it's a very, very small load but let's try this.
[The reviewer attempts to wash the dishes using the Bob Vessel.]
I think it's still going to use like the same amount of water, 3.8 liters, 70 degrees, and I'll see you in an hour and a half. All right, and it's done! Also love how it pops open the door when the cycle is finished just to give it a little bit of extra air dry.
[The reviewer waits for the dishwasher to cool down before checking its performance.]
A few moments later, moment of truth okay let's see what looks good from the top. Well, our bowl is nice and clean, and how did this one do? Ready oh no way that's really clean there's like zero residue whatsoever! Ah, Bob color me impressed!
[The reviewer discusses some caveats about using the Bob Vessel.]
Okay, don't be fooled Bob does not have the same capacity as a full dishwasher but it's definitely enough for a meal for two people and all of the plates, dishes, and cutlery that you would use for that. You can also fit around 16 glasses in there too if you take all of the other elements out and just want to wash those.
[The reviewer highlights some key features of the Bob Vessel.]
There are a couple of caveats though like a normal dishwasher you really should scrape off all of those food scraps before putting anything inside it, and also point all of your pointy, sticky cutlery down not up. Bob comes with everything you're going to need, and when I opened it up for the first time, and I took everything out, I was really kind of shocked about how much stuff was in there.
[The reviewer notes some convenient features.]
It's everything you're going to need there is a water inlet hose if you would rather use that from say a faucet instead of the built-in water tank. There is also a drainage pipe, and there are all of the cutlery racks, plate racks, cup racks that you're going to need.
[The reviewer mentions some additional features.]
And there's also these things called cartridges, which is essentially your dishwashing liquid inside those. Good news is you can also use your own dishwashing liquid if you want. They just recommend that you leave one of those cartridges in the dishwasher even if it's empty, just to protect all of the bits and pieces.
[The reviewer talks about some user-friendly features.]
I also enjoyed how Bob gave me the chance to practice my school girl French now don't worry there is also a booklet in English as well but even if there wasn't it's actually really easy just to plug and play, follow the instructions on the screen, and everything is pretty self-explanatory.
[The reviewer discusses pricing and availability.]
What's the damage Bob? Well, the basic model will be $299 US dollars. It comes with a matte finish, and all of the tools that you'll need. The more deluxe version, aka the one that I have here, costs $399 US dollars, and comes with a couple of extra features, including a color display as well as built-in Wi-Fi.
[The reviewer mentions some additional details.]
You can personalize your Bob with a number of different color finishes when you place your order. It's also got a color display as well as built-in Wi-Fi, because why wouldn't you want your dishwasher to connect to the internet? I guess updates are pretty nice, huh? And it also comes with a sterilizer using UV light. Tweets, you can put your phone in the dishwasher which kind of feels weird, doesn't use any water though or pretty much anything else.
[The reviewer concludes their review.]
You'll be able to put your pre-orders in now if you're interested and get delivery in June 2023. That's all for my review of the Bob Vessel.
