You've got a new webcam that's going to change the game for content creators and anyone looking to upgrade their live streaming or video production setup. I'm using the Insta 360 Link to test it out, and let me tell you, this thing is impressive.

First off, you can achieve multiple angles of coverage with the 2C, which means you can get a number of different perspectives in one shot. The same goes for the Link 2, but I'm going to focus on the Insta 360 Link since that's what I've got in front of me right now.

Okay so I have the link 2 mounted up to my laptop now 4K 30 selected you can also shoot uh 1080p30 720p 30 and you can do high frame rate or portrait resolution if you have a need for that this is the AI tracking mode it has two sub modes so you have single tracking or group tracking I have it in single tracking right now if I hold up my entire hand it will uh initiate the AI tracking which will just aim to follow me around the room if I hold up two fingers it will go into a whiteboard mode where it will prioritize a white board in the background and then there's a separate gesture like an L shape that you do with your hand in order to control Zoom if you do try to initiate a behavior with a gesture this large LED is going to let you know that that gesture has been received so if I hold up my hand you see that it flashes it should identify me as being the main subject and as you can see I move hold up my hand if I move I'm actually gone and then you have this uh cool feature called desk view if I click this button you can see the gimbal turns all the way down and now I can basically show off whatever I have in front of me on my desk this could be some sort of illustration that I'm drawing or even like something on my phone now actually that gives you a little preview at the link controller so believe it or not you can control the gimbal on this device not necessarily using the laptop it's connected to but instead you can scan QR Code by clicking this button here a little QR code there and it will give you remote control over the gimbal so you'll have complete control to actually move the gimbal around override the AI tracking turn the AI tracking on or off why don't we just shoot a demo clip here oh that's cool so I now know that I've initiated my recording on my remote as well connected to Louis's MacBook Pro this microphone is connected that's so cool so I presume that if I like back away from the camera I'm still going to be recording on this microphone stop the recording let me just open that up real quick so I presume that if I like back away from the camera I just got myself like a portable La mic via the control microphone that is a feature that I did not know existed there's also a bunch of effects in here so we can select obviously like our blur effects for the background if we want there's a bokeh setting as well which is configurable how much of it you want I'm obviously in a cafe right now and it's just eliminated Mo like Mo doesn't exist where did Mo go I don't know it also has a couple of different audio modes which are enhanced by AI including voice Focus voice suppression and music balance I am now using the microphone exclusively on the link to and I'm using the voice Focus mode which they describe as reducing background noise noise and making my voice clear ideal for Clos range audio pickup ideal for close range audio pick yeah I mean that's pretty good I'm at close range which helps right because it's easy to identify which signal I'm trying to record close range audio pickup it's even kind of cancelling some of the Reverb in the room which this is a huge room and has some of that I can hear the algorithm working to minimize that effect as well okay so here is a 4K a 30 frame per second sample using the voice Focus mode to a lot of beard details in there 4K is going to work to try to limit great you're all follow me wherever I go wow look at that it's really not bad so if you're looking for an extremely versatile webcam which can double as a kind of production piece a live streaming camera something you can put on a tripod something you can film basic videos in front of and actually get 4K resolution with AI features and a gimbal with gestures I mean I personally can't think of a smarter webcam that's out there so if you can imagine utilizing these features then you're definitely going to want to look into the insta 360 link to and of course the link 2C which is the little brother it will behave the same way it will perform the same way look at this look at that autofocus as I hold one camera up to the other are you seeing that there's actually some Boke on there look at how quick it's grabbing that couple options two different price points that's the new link 2C

Tiny obviously a little bit more lightweight it's us BC to connect either of them this one looks to have a magnetic connection point for the accessories so we have this little stand which can fit onto included a USB c2a adapter so the 2C is actually quite tiny look at the size of the microphone Grill on top of there a shut off mechanical covering the lens completely USBC is on the back and it's just very lightweight and minimalist design I'm a fan of that the link two which is kind of like the 2C just mounted onto the two AIS gimbal that will change the orientation and location of your USBC
