The Velocita Turbo: A Rewarding Drive Experience
When it comes to driving dynamics, the Velocita Turbo is undoubtedly an easy car to drive. It's a rewarding experience that leaves you eager for more. Next to Vicky's efforts, I was pleased with what I managed to achieve on the track. The Velocita Turbo might not be the last word in driving dynamics, but it's easy for an amateur driver to get fast lap times. With plenty of turbocharged cars competing at this level, giving the Srao a nine is no surprise. Therefore, I'm going to give this an eight out of 10. It gets a very pleasant nine which gives the Velocita Turbo an A-Team test score of 34 out of 40.
The High and Die Voster Turbo: Fun on Four Wheels
For our next track test, we had the high and die voster turbo, the top-of-the-range version of Hendi Sporty Coupe. This little machine costs £22,000 and comes fitted with a 1.6L turbocharged engine. The Hindai claims that its engine and suspension have been tuned especially for European drivers. With that said, I love it - it looks like a concept car with a number plate. It's gun metal gray, with a crease on the door that makes it look particularly unique. But if you take a closer look, you'll notice that this side has a three-door design, while the other side has two slightly smaller doors. What's the point of having one long door for the driver and two smaller ones elsewhere? It may seem unusual, but I think it's a quirky touch.
Inside, the Velocita Turbo has plenty of equipment to keep you entertained. The touchscreen infotainment system is standard, as are features like rear camera and seven-inch display screens. The gear knob looks particularly stylish, adding to the overall sense of fun. However, when it comes to driving dynamics, there's not much to get excited about. The car feels well-planted on the track, but its engine is somewhat lacking in power. This is especially noticeable in corners where a bit more oomph would help to keep the car stable.
Vicky Heads to the Handling Course
Vicky, an established racing driver, headed to the handling course to set a target time. She was hoping to achieve under steer and a bit more feedback from the steering. Unfortunately, she found that the car's suspension could be a bit too soft, causing her to wobble slightly on the track. Additionally, the engine didn't have the usual roar or rasp that many drivers love. However, Vicky did manage to concentrate and stay focused throughout her lap times.
Johnny Takes Over
When Johnny took over the Velocita Turbo, he found it easy to drive but difficult to get a good rhythm going. He initially struggled with under steer, particularly on tighter corners. However, as he continued to practice, his driving improved significantly. By the end of his second lap, he had significantly reduced his time and was only 0.1 seconds off Vicky's target. The Velocita Turbo may not be the last word in driving dynamics, but its ease of use makes it an attractive option for amateur drivers.
Overall Performance
In conclusion, the Velocita Turbo is a rewarding drive experience that offers plenty of fun for drivers. While it may not excel in terms of handling dynamics, it's easy to get fast lap times and has a great quality interior. With a very pleasant nine out of ten score, the Velocita Turbo earns an A-Team test score of 34 out of 40.
The Team Test Score
In our team test, we awarded the following scores:
* Vicky ( driver): 52.2 seconds
* Johnny: 52.3 seconds
These times were remarkably consistent, with both drivers managing to get very close to each other's lap times. The Velocita Turbo may not be the fastest car on the track, but it's certainly an enjoyable drive that leaves you eager for more.
