bells and whistles and the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 processor is the truth now this is my third phone y'all seen the Vivo all right the IQ I keep saying Vivo the iq2 you seen the xiaomi 14 pro when I did the xiaomi 14 pro I was like okay Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 it seems kind of beastly but it could just be the phone after I did the iq12 okay I realized that the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 is not a wet it's going to look like so you don't want real leather on your cell phone on your case that's a different story you can take that off but on the back of your phone you don't want real leather you want Eco leather it's going to be way more durable okay so you got your power button volume rock on one side we're going to power this up okay there it is IR Blaster how many years I kept saying bring classic real me wallpapers that I use on all of my real me phones okay same thing do y'all remember this phone right here that had the light on the back that was a nice little touch okay these are not scratches those are cat hairs that was a nice little touch but didn't really sell like that didn't really sell like that all right so this is the real me GT5 Pro let me pause the video delete my browsing history then we'll walk through the OS Talk Amongst yourselves all right yall so we back in now before I start the review let me answer a very important question if I got $600 to spend which phone would I get with the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 processor you got the IQ 12 you got the real GT5 Pro and the xiaomi 14 now this is just for visuals this is the 14 pro but the regular xiaomi 14 is around 660 bucks so these are all around the $600 phone price which one would I go for I would get the xiaomi 14 first okay that one to me is the Best Buy but then after that which one would I get out of these two I would go with the real me now even though I would say the Vivo has a better rear camera the real has Wireless charge and a better front-facing camera you can shoot 4K video at 30 frames per second with the IQ you can only shoot 1080p at 30 frames from your front-facing camera but both of these phones at 600 bucks like I said earlier the $1,000 phone days is coming to an end you can't go wrong with either one of these personally I like the build quality better with the flat panel with the vi uh with the uh real me you're still going to going to get these curved edges now after using phones like these I with the flat panels and the flat sides it's going to be hard to go back to this even though this one does kind of feel better after holding both of these phones you're going to like the flat panel better trust me now I can't speak for everybody I know some of y'all like curved displays if you like curved displays then it's a no-brainer go with the real go with the real me first let's talk about the Bild quality ip64 okay now that's a little bit below ip68 you can't submerge this but it is Splash resistant minimum dust resistance it should be good for day-to-day usage camera set up on the rear Eco leather feels very premium no fingerprints that's one of the things that I love about these Eco leather phones look how the back always looks when you put your phone on the table you ain't got to wipe it down and all that no fingerprints okay so it definitely has a luxurious build quality it doesn't feel cheap at all now check this out couple of different ways you can open up your device you got your on screen fingerprint censor which works flawlessly Google okay pay attention this is how your orange screen fingerprint sensor is supposed to work just like that bang every time next you can swipe up put in your pattern in your PIN okay next you got face unlock Google this is how Face Unlock is supposed to work okay when you pick up your phone just look at it supposed to open up but check this out you also have Palm I can open up the phone using the palm of my hand how dope is that now it takes a minute to get used to hold up there it is you got to have it at the right angle but look at that now I'm going to try with the knuckle you see nothing Palm that is pretty sick this is called Innovation all right now this is the kind of things that I like to see now y remember phones had the Palm swipe up the swipe up and down and all that the gestures you know this is nothing new okay this is nothing new but the way they implemented it I love how it works okay it's not it's not gimmicky at all there's some other gestures you can do when you get the hang of it with the two fingers I know grow up y'all grow up use your two fingers go crazy all right so you see in the hold up watch this bang look at that look how fast that is too okay and you can do screen record so I was screen recording just now all right so a bunch of different ways you can open the phone excellent Biometrics now this is a Chinese version so when you swipe over you're not going to have your Google homepage but you're going to have um your quick functions okay if you could uh read that okay you got your steps okay you got a RAM Booster okay you can optimize right there and a bunch of different other stuff if you if you going to know what's going on in the world of the Shing ping dictatorship swipe over and find out now if you don't if you just want to go to regular Google you could go to regular Google okay and have your regular Google homepage now this is a Chinese phone like I said everything works though all of the Google apps all you got to do is just download them um from download the Play Store all when you first if you buy the Chinese phone from giztop it's going to come with the Play Store already installed but if you buy from somewhere else and you buy the Chinese version just just go to whatever the uh Native browser is type in Google download the Play Store APK and install it and then you're going to have the regular Play Store it's going to work just like this everything's going to be fine all right so let's go through some of the basics you got all your quick toggles okay now this is the the the two finger stuff I got to play with that a little bit more I the reason I haven't really been playing with it CU it's in Chinese now of course I can use Google Translate but I'm a lazy fat all right so I ain't got time for all of that but yo check this out 4,500 nits brightness that is insane OnePlus 12 got the same thing these that beautiful curve display not my favorite but it is what it is little cutout for your front faing camera but overall the display is amazing look at that viewing angle you don't see no reflection at all you can't see my table nothing this is crazy 600 bucks y'all let's keep it moving all right so before we do a little gaming check this out now just like the IQ phone you got a little gaming Suite right here okay so you can see your network speed your frames per second your battery okay your GPU CPU you can change your power management touch optimization brightness clean up the extra Ram do your screenshots screen record block notifications and see all your games fully functional gaming Suite all right so let's do a little gaming of course I got Asphalt 9 queued up here we go all right let me just casually get my usual as much as I be playing this I should be coming a number one with my eyes closed here we go let's see can I can I matro on the landing with the two wheels I messed up the two wheels this time with a hard drift like that there it is now of let me turn this down now of course Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 you're going to have no issues gaming at all and again all you got to do is swipe over got your little game site right here pretty dope let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about the camera now for 600 bucks I will say this the camera on this phone is outstanding let's go through the different shooting modes you got Street okay you can change your different millimeters right on the Fly okay so you got 16 25 48 all the way up to 142 okay you can see the cat hairs on the table video now for video the max resolution is 8k at 24 frames per second but you can shoot 4K at 60 frames per second now in the front you got 4K 30 frames per second again a little bit better than the iq12 now from video you can do wide angle all the way up to 18 times Zoom you got photos there's your wide angle now this would be my biggest gripe about the camera the wide angle is not that wide right look at this you see the difference the wide angle is not really that wide but you can shoot all the way up to 120 time zoom now this phone did pass my zoom test but I'm going to show you why I like the IQ a little bit better you got portrait mode you can change your different fields of vision okay and you got more so you got night mode PR mode high resolution Panorama movie slow motion time lapse long exposure you got dual video view you got AI ID photos text scanner story mode group portrait and tilt shift now let me show you what I'm talking about what I mean by the zoom test let me let me let me go to my gallery real quick okay I'll do this in real time all right so here's the photos I took earlier right now of course when I do my zoom test I stand all the way down the block and I take a picture of this school and then I try to zoom in on this sign I don't you can see that little sign right there right so I try to zoom in on it so let me show you the best zoom that I got this was it all right this is how the zoom looks now here's that same picture with the Vivo you see the difference it's a lot cleaner look at the word okay look at the word Siamese you see it's a lot cleaner with the Vivo however this did pass my zoom test okay so for 600 bucks 120 time zoom that's not bad at all but I want y'all to take a look at these test pictures and videos for yourself yeah I get so time a I get yeah now let's talk about one of my favorite features the IR Blaster now this phone has a native IR Blaster app as you can see I already got my Sony TV paired up so if I click on that fully functional remote control but check this out it's not only for TVs okay I hate when people say that because if you hit more you got your cable box you got TVs of course streaming devices DVD players conditioners okay I use mine for that too projectors fans lights my RGB lights behind my TV you got your air purifier your water heater your robot vacuums okay basically any device that you can use a universal remote to pair it up you can use your phone for the same thing now check out this stock IR Blaster footage and here's how I use mines all right so I'm sitting up in the office I just finished working now I want to turn off all of my TVs using one phone okay so let's start off with the Samsung TVs just like that another one just like that now we'll switch over to lgtv press the button just like that and now let's switch over to Sony TV press the button just like that the ey Blaster is so clutch for me this is a major go now let's do the RDA test regular daily activities now you just spent 600 bucks on a brand new phone let's see how it works in the real world now of course this phone has 100 wat fast wied charging so that means you don't have to charge it up overnight you can sleep with it in the bed when you wake up in the morning 0 to 50% and 12 minutes okay that's 0 to 50% but 0 to 100% chow and shave times but it takes it one step above the IQ because now you have wireless charging look at that you got your wireless charging so if you want to when you go to sleep at night leave it on your wireless charger you got your always on display time date battery percentage and your notifications now you can also oh bro you see how fast those Biometrics are let me not even look at it I'm trying not to look at the could just be the phone after I did the iq12 okay I realized that the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 is not a gimmick it is the truth and now we got a third phone and I've been using it for about maybe 4 days it's also the truth okay I don't see how the OnePlus 12 is going to make big sales because if you don't care about Quad HD display okay and you don't need to have the best camera in the market let's see what else you get this is going to be now we don't even have to take the cable out USB a a USB type-c charging cable and your 100 wat fast wireless charging Brick In The Box do I even need to say it why not Samsung Google Apple Sony pay attention Okay this is how you do it put the charge in the Box stop trying to make money off of us the consumers now for the phone itself look at this this is a beautiful looking device shoes coming in so hot there's your triple camera set up on the rear you got your LED flash little real me branding okay minimum branding okay this is the vegan leather or Eco leather as they call it now some people ask why don't they use real leather well if real leather gets wet it's going to look like so you don't want real leather on your cell phone on your case that's a different story you can take that off but on the back of your phone you don't want real leather you want Eco leather it's going to be way more durable okay so you got your power button volume rock on one side we're going to power this up okay there it is IR Blaster how many years I kept saying bring back the IR blasters everybody laughing at me now all of the new phones have IR blasters okay okay y'all can thank me later or thank me right now why not on this side nice and clean on the bottom there's your SIM tray USB typ-c charging slot you got a speaker Grill okay all the speakers on the top and that's pretty much it let's go ahead and unlock this and here it is now this is one of the classic real me wallpapers that I use on all of my real me phones okay same thing do y'all remember this phone right here that had the light on the back that was a nice little touch okay these are not scratches those are cat hairs that was a nice little touch but didn't really sell like that didn't really sell like that all right so this is the real me GT5 Pro let me pause the video delete my browsing history then we'll walk through the OS Talk Amongst yourselves all right yall so we back in now before I start the review let me answer a very important question if I got $600 to spend which phone would I get with the Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 processor you got the IQ 12 you got the real GT5 Pro and the xiaomi 14 now this is just for visuals this is the 14 pro but the regular xiaomi 14 is around 660 bucks so these are all around the $600 phone price which one would I go for I would get the xiaomi 14 first okay that one to me is the Best Buy but then after that which one would I get out of these two I would go with the real me now even though I would say the Vivo has a better rear camera the real has Wireless charge and a better front-facing camera you can shoot 4K video at 30 frames per second with the IQ you can only shoot 1080p at 30 frames from your front-facing camera but both of these phones at 600 bucks like I said earlier the $1,000 phone days is coming to an end you can't go wrong with either one of these personally I like the build quality better with the flat panel with the vi uh with the uh real me you're still going to going to get these curved edges now after using phones like these I with the flat panels and the flat sides it's going to be hard to go back to this even though this one does kind of feel better after holding both of these phones you're going to like the flat panel better trust me now I can't speak for everybody I know some of y'all like curved displays if you like curved displays then it's a no-brainer go with the real go with the real me first let's talk about the Bild quality ip64 okay now that's a little bit below ip68 you can't submerge this but it is Splash resistant minimum dust resistance it should be good for day-to-day usage camera set up on the rear Eco leather feels very premium no fingerprints that's one of the things that I love about these Eco leather phones look how the back always looks when you put your phone on the table you ain't got to wipe it down and all that no fingerprints okay so it definitely has a luxurious build quality it doesn't feel cheap at all now check this out couple of different ways you can open up your device you got your on screen fingerprint censor which works flawlessly Google okay pay attention this is how your orange screen fingerprint sensor is supposed to work just like that bang every time next you can swipe up put in your pattern in your PIN okay next you got face unlock Google this is how Face Unlock is supposed to work okay when you pick up your phone just look at it supposed to open up but check this out you also have Palm I can open up the phone using the palm of my hand how dope is that now it takes a minute to get used to hold up there it is you got to have it at the right angle but look at that now I'm going to try with the knuckle you see nothing Palm that is pretty sick this is called Innovation all right now this is the kind of things that I like to see now y remember phones had the Palm swipe up the swipe up and down and all that the gestures you know this is nothing new okay this is nothing new but the way they implemented it I love how it works okay it's not it's not gimmicky at all there's some other gestures you can do when you get the hang of it with the two fingers I know grow up y'all grow up use your two fingers go crazy all right so you see in the hold up watch this bang look at that look how fast that is too okay and you can do screen record so I was screen recording just now all right so a bunch of different ways you can open the phone excellent Biometrics now this is a Chinese version so when you swipe over you're not going to have your Google homepage but you're going to have um your quick functions okay if you could uh read that okay you got your steps okay you got a RAM Booster okay you can optimize right there and a bunch of different other stuff if you if you going to know what's going on in the world of the Shing ping dictatorship swipe over and find out now if you don't if you just want to go to regular Google you could go to regular Google okay and have your regular Google homepage now this is a Chinese phone like I said everything works though all of the Google apps all you got to do is just download them um from download the Play Store all when you first if you buy the Chinese phone from giztop it's going to come with the Play Store already installed but if you buy from somewhere else and you buy the Chinese version just just go to whatever the uh Native browser is type in Google download the Play Store APK and install it and then you're going to have the regular Play Store it's going to work just like this everything's going to be fine all right so let's go through some of the basics you got all your quick toggles okay now this is the the the two finger stuff I got to play with that a little bit more I the reason I haven't really been playing with it CU it's in Chinese now of course I can use Google Translate but I'm a lazy fat all right frames per second but you can shoot 4K at 60 frames per second now in the front you got 4K 30 frames per second again a little bit better than the iq12 now from video you can do wide angle all the way up to 18 times Zoom you got photos there's your wide angle now this would be my biggest gripe about the camera the wide angle is not that wide right look at this you see the difference the wide angle is not really that wide but you can shoot all the way up to 120 time zoom now this phone did pass my zoom test but I'm going to show you why I like the IQ a little bit better you got portrait mode you can change your different fields of vision okay and you got more so you got night mode PR mode high resolution Panorama movie slow motion time lapse long exposure you got dual video view you got AI ID photos text scanner story mode group portrait and tilt shift now let me show you what I'm talking about what I mean by the zoom test let me let me let me go to my gallery real quick okay I'll do this picture everything still works all right RDA regular daily activities everything works perfect on this phone if you buy the Chinese version the only thing you're going to have issues with is the Android auto okay you're going to have to download all of the Google apps yourself but everything is going to work don't forget too to check your bands all right if you buy this from giztop click on that second tab check the bands and then go to your provider because people always ask me is this going to work on this mobile is this going to work on Mt is it going to work on Obama Wi-Fi I don't know okay I don't I I don't know the bands for every Network on this planet I can only speak for at T-Mobile verin you know the networks that I have but if you got some um some weird carrier that nobody never heard of all you got to do is call them up and ask them what bands do they support and check the bands on gtop check bands and make sure they have your band overall let's go and wrap this video up overall on the scale of 1 to 10 I'm going to give the real me GT5 Pro a major major major go and for 600 bucks as Bob Barker would say the Price Is Right y'all heard me say it earlier okay 1,000 bucks nah okay n now now if you paying 1,000 bucks you better be getting Quad HD display you better be getting one terab of storage okay you you know that that's cuz that's what you're paying for 600 bucks for 256 gigs of storage that's pretty good that is pretty good now there's one more phone I was comparing the xiaomi 14 regular but we also have the the redmi k70 now that one is also a lot of y'all been asking me to review that hit me up in the comments if y'all want to see a video on that I wasn't planning on getting that because it's pretty much this water down and I was going to wait for Poco and see what Poco drop but if y'all want to see that we can do that one too but these two phones right here these are two beastly heavyweight phones for 600 bucks I mean you can't call these nonf Flagship phones you can't do it now of course the flagships will have more bells and whistles better camera Quad HD display maybe slightly better speakers that's what you're paying for but as far as the build quality it's over there no more it's no more all these um $600 phones feel cheap all of them now have some kind of Ip rating okay it might not be 68 but a lot of them have an IP rating all got the same processor all have pretty good cameras okay if you're not a photographer or you're not heavy on social media who cares about the camera you just want something that's going to take your basic point and shoot photos always on displays fast charging I mean both of these phones charge faster than the Galaxy s23 Ultra and an iPhone both of these phones for 600 bucks anyway real me GT5 Pro I can't stress this enough okay stop putting yourself don't put yourself in debt all trying to get a flagship phone especially if you don't really need it if you don't really need it if you got kids you got bills you got responsibilities I'm telling you you get something like this you're going to be happy you're not going to be disappointed you're going to be happy you're not going to be
