CES 2014 - HOW TO PACK! _ iJustine

**The Traveling Tech Enthusiast**

I'm so sick of televisions I just can't even stand it anymore, but that's about to change as I embark on this exciting journey with all the latest mobile technology. Anything that you can take with you that makes your life easier connected homes have really broadened everyone's knowledge of what a connected home can be like. My obsession with all these applications is unmatched, and I feel like it's going to make my life so much more convenient.

The biggest challenge for me right now is organizing all the gear I'll be taking with me on this trip. You see, when you travel, there are only two bags that you're allowed to carry on, so I've had to get creative. I've found a backpack that I love because it's like a suitcase that doubles as a bag, and it fits everything perfectly. The best part is that it makes me look like I'm not carrying on much gear at all.

I usually use this bookbag to pack up my gaming stuff when I travel, but since I won't be bringing my Xbox with me, I'll have some extra space to work with. I recently purchased a toiletry bag that fits everything I need perfectly. On one side, I've got my GoPro camera, which is going to be my main tool for capturing all the cool moments on this trip. I've also got an AC converter for the car, just in case I need it, and a simple LED light that's going to come in handy.

I'm excited to show off my wireless mouse, which is going to make vlogging so much easier. I'll be able to take some amazing photos with this camera, which has really good zoom capabilities. Plus, it can connect to Wi-Fi, so I'll always have internet on hand. I'll also be bringing my trusty Canon 7D, which is one of my favorite cameras. Everything has its own little home and compartment, making it easy to find what I need when I'm packing.

I've got all the necessary cords and batteries that I'll need for this trip, mostly USB cables since I love charging things on the go. I've also got an extra charger, just in case. But wait, there's more - I've even found a PS Vita case that fits my needs perfectly. And if you're wondering what's inside that case, let's just say it's not a Nintendo DS.

When I get to the airport, everything has to be carefully packed into bins so that TSA doesn't get too excited and start feeling me up (not that they don't already do that). But with all this gear in one place, I'm feeling like I've got my life together. And trust me, it's going to make a huge difference when I finally arrive at my destination.

**CES Bound**

I'm beyond excited for the upcoming CES conference, where I'll get to see all the latest and greatest technology up close and personal. But what really gets me pumped is that I'll be there to showcase some amazing new tools for vloggers like myself. Let's just say that it's going to be a game-changer.

I'm still not supposed to reveal too much about these new developments, but let's just say that they're going to make our lives so much easier when it comes to making videos and doing other cool things. I'll be able to show you guys my onstage keynote demonstration, and it's going to be a real blast.

I'm also super stoked to meet some of the amazing people who are going to be attending CES this year. If you happen to be there, please come say hi! We can tweet each other, take a selfie or two, and just generally have a great time. And remember, don't be a creep - just keep it friendly.

As I finish up packing for my two trips (not just the one to CES, but also another Sasquatch hunt), I'm feeling really excited for what's in store. This is going to be an amazing week, and I couldn't wait to share it with all of you. Thanks for following along on this adventure, and I'll see you guys in Vegas!

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys how are you happy 2014 this is actually the first video that I'm shooting in 2014 for this Channel and there's no better way to start off this year than with one of my most favorite events of the year Christmas is exciting but the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas is by far the most amazing thing that you will ever experience it's pretty much this massive convention center that is just full of electronics that you won't actually be able to purchase or that may never even come out for years and years and years and years which just kind of depressing because you're seeing all this really cool technology all of this awesome stuff and you can't even buy it now previous years at the es always the big Hot Topic is TVs bigger smarter flatter I'm so sick of televisions I can't even stand it for me I am most looking forward to all of the mobile technology anything that you can take with you that can make your life easier connected homes I been so obsessed with all of these applications that I can use to control my house from secur systems to lighting to even the nest which I feel like has kind of broadened everyone's knowledge of what a connected home can be like Anyway this video I just wanted to show you how I'm going to organize all of the crap that I'm going to be taking with me to start off the traveling part is the most difficult because you got to put all the stuff in something and make it easy once you get to the airport to just put it in all of the bins so TSA don't start feeling you up they usually do it anyway this backpack I absolutely love because when when you travel you can only carry on two bags well I put bags inside of bags to make it look like I've only got two this suitcase is what I usually put everything into cameras my tripod all of the things but this is the book bag that I usually use to put all of my gaming stuff in but I'm not going to be traveling with my Xbox this time I'll have a little extra space this is my latest purchase and I'm so pumped about it I got this in CVS it's actually a toiletry bag but it fits everything that I need perfectly so in this side we got my GoPro this is an AC converter for the car so I'll have a plug not only am I going to CES but I'm also going to be doing another Sasquatch hunt so going to need this for the car a simple LED light this little tripod that I can use for my phone wireless mouse extra plugs so what I'm going to be using for vlogging is my GoPro I've got the extra little battery pack on so that will pretty much d double my battery life I'll mostly be using this camera though because it has really good zoom so I'll be able to actually take a lot of cool photos and I can connect this to Wi-Fi this is a Verizon Wi-Fi card so I'll be able to have internet anywhere I am I'll also be bringing this camera that I'm shooting with which is the Canon 7D everything has a little home and a compartment this is the Canon xa1 which I may end up even using over the 70D because it does super quick autofocus it does really easy zoom and the onboard mic is pretty good so I won't have to worry about using any external microphones got my passport I have more extra batteries of course all the cords that I'm going to need which are mostly all USB because I really love things that I can charge via USB if you need an extra charger that's just one extra thing that you have to pack this may look like a PS Vita but it's just a PS Vita case this is what I have my wireless microphones in Nintendo DS because you have to get the street passes so for the travel when I actually get my laptop ready this will be going in here and when you get the TSA they're like wow you're really organized I'm going to groia anyway perfect something else that I'll be carrying on the show floor in my backpack not a Mac surprisingly it's a Sony bio Intel's 2 in one it's so freaking sweet it's basically you've got a tablet oh hold on you have a keyboard I'm also so excited because I will be doing a little special something with in they're going to be introducing this new technology for vloggers to make our lives so much easier when it comes to making videos and doing other sorts of really cool things which I'm not sure if I'm allowed to tell you yet but I think that's happening on Monday so after Monday I'll be able to show
